As a teenager in the 1960s, I had longish hair, which was the style at the time. I still remember the lady across the street telling me to get the hair out of my face. She was a Holocaust survivor, author, and quite outspoken.

She did great for the most part, when they opened with the gaslighting about telling the truth she turned it back on them. She either didn’t hear or didn’t know to discriminate in a couple of instances, but was mostly on point.
I watched the whole thing and wasn’t distracted by the hair flipping; in her defense I would just say she’s only 27 years old.
My only suggestion to her would be to intentionally slow down a little, make sure she heard, understood, and has time to formulate a responsive answer. She sped up as the conference proceeded because they were subtly attacking her – and her boss. She let that affect her. Slowing down deliberately will help her stay in control of the jackals.
