As noted by Politico, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith has officially resigned from his position in the DOJ targeting effort of President Trump.

Jack Smith departs the DOJ having succeeded in fabricating labels for President Trump, “first ever indicted” … “first ever tried criminally” etc. However, Smith failed to deliver on any of the prosecutorial hopes of those who followed the fabrications, because the constructs were only framed to deliver labels.

He was given a 180-page dossier on the malpractice and sex offender assisting work done by Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers in Missouri, and advice on how to bust Planned Parenthood officers for aiding and abetting sexual abusers by failing to make mandated reports on underage girls.
He got in in July 2024, and an offer to send him electronic copies of all the public records that the dossier was based on.
So did onther statewide officers in MO, and prominent pro-life leaders in the Show Me State.
He personally and his staff collectively, along with establishment pro-life leaders in MO were afraid of the info. They refused to use it in the election — which they brought on themselves by refusing to allow exceptions for rape and incest and life of mother, which would still have prohibited more than 90% of all abortions and put MO abortion providers out of business.
Then when they lost the election on abortion in Nov 5, 2024, Plannned Parenthood sued AG Bailey personally as well as an agent of the Missouri government within days. This he took seriously and reached out to the investigator whose work he refused to use when it mattered.

Could that entire group be charged with either election interference or held liable for in-kind donations? Jack Smith, in particular, has a history of bringing flimsy charges against Republicans during elections. Those charges get overturned on appeal, but the success is tarnishing the candidate for the election. He was successful with the AK congressman years ago.
If there is collusion between the legal trials, could RICO charges be brought? This would allow the prosecution of a wider group including the ringleaders of this legal scheme.
