This is not the first time the 11th CCA has ruled in favor of Jack Smith. This is the same federal circuit court who said they defer any/all definitions of classified documents and national security matters to the executive branch, in a prior ruling that supported the lawfare operation.

In short, the fate of Smith’s report — and whether some of it will be released publicly in the coming days — remains a muddle. A Justice Department spokesperson declined to comment on the latest development.
DOJ had asked that the appeals court resolve the matter by Friday, though it appears it will take at least another few days, with just 11 days left until Trump is inaugurated and takes control of the department. (read more)

My opinion: For years I have been saying that Trump turned the other cheek and rose above Hillary, and all others who criminally attempted to stop his being elected the first time, AND HE DID TURN THE OTHER CHEEK, and he was honorable in doing so. But this time, it is bigger than Trump and retribution. It is about changing the moral direction of this country. It is about lessons.
Limited to your specific subject matter, what Hillary et al. learned from Trump turning the other cheek, was that to which we have been subjected throughout the Biden/Obama et al. regime. As Dr. Phil once said, “We teach people how to treat us.” I will go one step further and say that failing to require one to take responsibility for one’s actions, breeds lying, manipulation, fraud, etc.. When one is taught to tell the truth, and to take responsibility for one’s own actions, the result is very different.
Prosecuting the criminal activity of those involved in the near destruction of our beloved country, must happen, in order to teach those who remain obsessed with its destruction, that what they have done will not be accepted. They have not gone away. They have merely been subdued. This is our last chance. We the people spoke during the last election. Our actions now must establish to the George Soroses et al. of the world, that we will never let this happen again. They are watching. They are waiting. They will try it again. They must be taught a lesson so clear, so black and white, so to speak, that they will conform. It is not retribution, it is our only hope.

There was a local drug store where I grew up. Like many stores back then, they had rows of glass jars with penny candy. I did not understand that things had to be paid for so I pocketed a few pieces of Bazooka bubble gum. When my mother and I returned home, I took one out of my pocket, put it in my mouth and began chewing it. Knowing she had not purchased it for me, my mother asked where I got it from. I told her the drug store (she obviously knew that, as that is the only errand we had gone on that day).
She explained to me that we had to go back to the store and pay for the gum. She took me back to the store and I had to explain to the manager what I had done. My mother “loaned” me the $.03, and I paid the manager for the gum. She then told me that I had to do a chore for her (I can’t remember what it was), to earn the money for the $.03 she had to spend to pay for the gum.

I agree that prosecuting criminal activity must be done and though it will be painful (see “sources and methods” for covering up incompetence) the bad actors must be purged. That may wind up being 80% of the Washington bureaucrats, but, like the company formerly known as Twitter, it will function much more effectively after.
I strongly suspect that Washington D.C. runs on blackmail. This may be painful to eliminate, but that too must be pursued with extreme prejudice. Let all the files out, prosecute those that need prosecuting, and then the holders of that material no longer have control.

Once MAGA gains operational control over the State party, then all things are possible; True election integrity, being able to SUCCESSFULLY Primary elected RINOS in Public Office and replace them with MAGA, School Choice, Successfully electing true a slate if MAGA candidates to State Executive offices (Gov., A.G., SoS, etc.) and MAGA Majority State Legislatures, and similarly Federal offices and legislatures,..and yes, the repealing 17A, a Conservative majority on SCOTUS, and States using 10A to cut down the Federal Govt. to size, complimentary to the work PDJT and others are doing “from above”.

This scenario has played out many times to bring about the depravity the left loves to continue to shove down our throats.
The reason the constitution works for a moral people and no other is that a moral people will “fill in the gaps” not covered by the constitution with moral decisions such as giving the benefit of the doubt or erring on the side of grace or attributing to incompetence instead of evil.
When immoral people come with the intent of wrecking things, they take advantage of the benefit of the doubt and erring on the side of grace and if anyone looks like they are on to their schemes, they lecture us [remember Obama’s famous “that’s not who we are?”] so they can go back to wrecking things.
To take back our power, we must first get back to a truly biblical Christianity and reject the pablum that is cultural christianity. Only then will “we the people” be able to be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves.
What We The People can do is repeal the Constitution’s 17th Amendment.
Prior to the 17th, the individual States, either the Governor or State House and/or State Senate selected your 2 Senators AND the State’s had immediate RECALL authority as outlined in the State’s Constitution. Today a Senator is accountable to no one but their next election. 17th Amendment has no RECALL provision for Senators. Adding, changing or repealing a Constitutional Amendment is a long torturous path to success.
Especially one affecting any CongressCritters bec Senators and US House Reps alike will feel threatened by the loss of power. But Senators need to be accountable to someone other than themselves – but IMHO the 17th is an absolute necessity.

Most Americans know whether or not they agree with the result, but don’t know how the sausage got made. The Legal Left care only about the result, that the court chose their preferred remedy. They don’t care how the court got there. It’s all about the remedy.
The Legal Right care greatly how the sausage got made, and are generally willing to accept the result as long as the law was properly interpreted and applied.
No more. The Legal Left has now convinced the Legal Right that the result, not the process, is what matters. Accordingly, who judges, who adjudicates, matters most. This is what the corruption of the DC Circuit and the NY, CO and GA judiciaries has wrought.
They are equity judges, focused solely on the remedy, the fix of the dispute facing them. Thomas, Alito and Cannon are law judges, concerned with enforcing the rules the people agreed to up front, even if that means a dispute remains unresolved in a preferred manner.
I want to know what the rules are up front, so I know what is expected of me, what to expect of others, and that those rules will be enforced with real consequences if violated.
The Legal Left will pretend to agree with the rules, but their very existence is to convince agreeable judges to either ignore the rules or to recognize an exception that eats the rule to reach a preferred result or remedy.
Enter Lawfare. Literally the law, the rules don’t matter. An unethical attorney files a questionable action in a court with a corrupt judge in a jurisdiction with biased jurors. And the Roberts court turns a blind eye and maintains the demonstrable fiction that there was a legal and evidentiary basis for the action, the judge exercised appropriate judicial discretion in interpreting and applying the law, and the jury deliberated and found the relevant facts without bias or prejudice. All while the American people know, truly know that that is utter and complete bullshit.
