“This was no small thing, to restore a republic after it had fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may have been that our task was impossible. Yet, if we did not try then how would we know it could not be done? And if we did not try, it most certainly would not be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, would have been lost.”
“But I tell you this: We did not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we made with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from this day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.”

Battered Conservatives No More – By Sundance
1. We admit we were unaware of our Republican abusers – Our elections have become manipulated.
2. We accept that only a power greater than ourselves can restore our republic.
3. We make a decision to focus our effort and our life to the care of a loving God.
4. We have made a searching and fearless inventory of our prior beliefs.
5. We have admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human, being flawed in our political belief.
6. We are entirely ready to have God free us from defects of character, break our victim mindset and strengthen our resolve.
7. We humbly asked Him to remove our false assumptions.
8. We have made a list of all political abusers, and we commit to holding them all accountable.
9. We accept the need to confront the republican abusers, if even when doing so hurts their feelings.
10. We continued to take personal inventory and if we accept victimization again, we promptly admit it.
11. We seek through prayer and deliberation to improve our conscious contact with God, praying only for righteous knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.
12. Having had an emotional, intellectual and spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we pledge to carry this message to others who are abused, and to practice these principles of awakening in all our political affairs.
Blessings to Stillwater and Maquis! 🙏🇺🇸
Salutations to sincere patriots who stand strong for one another despite the political whims! ❤️🤍💙
Seconded. That we engage in heated debate is NOT asign our coalition is unraveling, it is a sign of health, that we don’t walk in lockstep.
Totally agree..Dutchman 👏👏

Jimmy Dore’s take: MAGA is legit… (LANGUAGE WARNING)
“Vivek SH*TS On American Culture To Push More Immigration!”
True that. It’s vital that we keep that ability to engage in debate.
I read an article recently by a blogger that had a nugget of truth nestled within its paragraphs. It said for every 2 things people disagree on, even vehemently, there are 6 things they agree on. People used to know this instinctively and were able to disagree and give their disagreement a nod (or even agree to disagree and not revisit the topic) and continue their friendships and joy of life. I haven’t forgotten it. And I look back on my mom’s and dad’s generation (born in the 20’s) and see they always incorporated this and had a bounty of friends, good time amidst difficult times, and joy. I am thankful for the lesson.
Your a fortunate. I am too protective of my family to spend any time with President Trump haters..as they are fools, easily duped and quite capable of having me and the grandkids strapped down and force fed a jab of who knows what.
Cheers!
Agree on all fronts….but I can still love them, speak to them, disagree vehemently, though not waste time on their foolishness. And any harm to kids, millstones around the neck with a short dip in the ocean is what Jesus recommended as best for them. We can direct them to that scripture as they sit in the pokey’s cold basement awaiting earthly justice as well. DO NOT HARM the children – period. I cannot say that loudly enough.
LOVE Senator Kennedy!
‘Who Appointed You Pope?’: When John Kennedy Tore Into The CFPB Director During Senate Hearing
Kennedy probably voted to confirm the guy. He probably voted for Garland, Mayorkas and Chutkan, too!
Yep, he’s just there for soundbites. He needs to retire like the rest of the old crusty guard.
yep talk about a SHYSTER .. that he is. All hat, no cattle. He’s in it for the checks and perks. No spine and I lost all respect for him over the years
PULEASE! Couldn’t you, can’t you “Love” what someone SAYS, without transferring that emotion to the speaker?
I LOVE what Lindsey Graham said, at the end of Kavanaugh hearings, but I sure as helk DON’T “love” Ladybugs Lindsey Graham.
Dutchman, I 💕 love what you just said about loving the words and not the person!
I certainly don’t love Kennedy or Graham. Actions (their actual votes) speak louder than words!
Senator Kennedy is not the first grandfather to talk out of both sides of his mouth.
Or both sides of something.

Jimmy Carter Dies at 100
…Donald Trump Honors Carter: ‘We All Owe Him a Debt of Gratitude’…
We should have a contest where we finish that sentence?
“… he might have become 101.”
“,….even Democrats didn’t like him enough fo steal him a second term.”?
I still have the white button down cardigan sweater I had to wear at work because the office building i worked in had to turn down the heat during the winter because of Carter’s energy crisis!!
“Anyone who knows how Carter facilitated the Islamists to take over Iran, or how his weak foreign policy emboldened Soviet aggression, will realize that his disastrous presidency had a lot to do with his own policies.”
This Christianity Today article elevates Jimmy Carter because he was not divorced while Ronald Reagan was divorced once. Therefore, Carter is a superior Christian while Reagan was, well you know, a lesser Christian. God divorced Israel. They seem to forget that part of the Bible.
This is why church seats are empty today. The cliques that run the churches only want people who pass their purity tests of who they will rub elbows with. Everyone else just needs to leave.
“Come as you are” is on the marquee but they don’t really mean it.
There’s nobody in the seats because the church accepts & normalizes the sins that God does not.
They’re frauds.
At least Carter was willing to sit there shivering in a sweater himself, unlike today’s ‘elites’.
But for how long? My guess it was just a photo op and once the shot was done he got up and went back to a warm heated room and removed his sweater! But I’m very cynical about anything our Federal Government puts out!!! JMO
H-1B DATA MEGA-THREAD
I downloaded five years of H-1B data from the US DOL website (4M+ records) and spent the day crunching data.
I went into this with an open mind, but, to be honest, I’m now *extremely* skeptical of how this program works.
Here’s what I found

Good to see that they are staying within the allowable numbers and the extras no body really cares about. That should be an easy fix.
sarc/
“The program has a statutory limit of 85,000 visas per year, but employers routinely receive approval for more than 800k applications per year (868k, or 10x the limit, in 2024).”
Somebody made a measly little mistake by adding a 0, Gees.
Close enough for government work.
Somebody should now do F-1 student visas. Guessing the H1 scam is dwarfed by it.
Now I want to see the salaries for US citizens for the same jobs.
What’s happening on the southern border right now is nothing less than a catastrophe. But I had no bad it truly was until I looked at the data myself.
I downloaded and analyzed 23 years of Border Patrol data today. Here are six charts showing just how bad the situation is

The invasion has to be stopped and millions removed from the country. If American citizens are unwilling to use force to repel this ongoing invasion it won’t matter who is President because the country has already been lost.
I’m not sure much force will be neccesary, its always been a question of WILL, and the American people have finally expressed the will they have always had.
Now its a matter of politics, transfering that WILL into action.
Quit feeding the stray cats and they will leave.
It is my strong belief that the “invasion” at the border during the fake “Biden” admin is and has been an operation to wake up the masses.
Fact: Biden has not been the real President.
Fact: POTUS 45-47 is somehow still running things. I don’t know the exact how and why but things sure do seem to align that way. POTUS 45-47’s entire mission is to Make America Great Again.
So, here’s the operation (just simply my guess)…
Fact: Everyone knows that if you don’t have a border then you don’t have a country.
Fact: The U.S. has suffered immensely from its porous border for a long, long time.
Fact: Everyone knows that unchecked migration is a long term recipe for failure. We were on a path to be a failing nation.
Fact: President Trump ran on “building a wall” in 2016 (controlling migration) and won.
Fact: When given the proper attention/management, it has been proven that the U.S. can and did seal the border during President Trump’s first term. Migration can be controlled. We have a say in the matter. It’s an issue that can be managed. It must be managed.
Fact: When the pot is just slightly warm, then the citizens don’t notice that they are in a pot as much.
Fact: If the heat is turned up to full blast, then suddenly everyone realizes we are all in a pot and are getting cooked.
That’s the operation. We are having the “migration” heat turned up so high that everyone now realizes the pot we are in. Everyone! With everyone now on board, we can once and for all solve the long, long, long standing “migration” issues. The operation is to solve the “migration” issue for the long term.
I guess you could say it’s a “citizenship issue” because it’s we citizens who have been under attack for so long and its we citizens who will benefit the most by solving the “migration” issue.
As I’ve heard it expressed, “Sometimes you can’t tell people. You need to show them.”
The term “lawfare” refers to the use of criminal prosecutions as political warfare.
Lawfare has been popularized in recent years by the Democrat Party, as exemplified by the Russian Collusion Hoax and its various coverup attempts (see: Mueller, Ukraine/Biden impeachment, et. al.).
The last few years have seen a series of lawfare attacks designed to bankrupt, imprison and kill the Democrats’ leading political opponent, Donald J. Trump.
These unprecedented activities have been orchestrated by a close-knit group. Two of the perps could be Norm Eisen and Mary McCord, if those are their real names.
https://directorblue.blogspot.com/2024/12/top-10-craziest-things-norm-eisen-and.html#more
“Lawfare” is a misleading statement. It makes it sound like Trump and everyone else who has been through it has been through a game ( losers and winners ) when in actuality they are victims of crimes. The criminals have to be punished!!!!!
Why Trump’s second-term start is vastly better than his first-term launch
Three, Trump is grudgingly admired, now even by some of his enemies who once sought but failed to destroy him.
He endured two impeachments, five civil and criminal court indictments, incessant lawfare, 95% negative media coverage, attempts to remove him from states’ ballots and two assassination attempts.
Yet all these unprecedented hostile efforts to end Trump may only have made him stronger — and more empathetic when seen as a target of increasingly fanatical enemies.
Four, Trump has expanded his MAGA base and permanently branded it as an ecumenical movement that welcomes shared class interests rather than tired old tribal racial and ethnic chauvinism.
Trump also brought in disaffected Democrats, independents and minorities in a way the Democrats could not with the evaporating “Never Trump” dead enders.
Trump’s veritable campaign menagerie of RFK, Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, Dana White and Kid Rock made it impossible for the left to demonize MAGA Republicans as right-wing aristocrats or laissez-faire capitalists.
https://nypost.com/2024/12/29/opinion/trumps-victory-spells-success-without-2016s-headwinds/
…and we them a debt of gratitude for their support!
“Trump’s veritable campaign menagerie of RFK, Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, Dana White and Kid Rock made it impossible for the left to demonize MAGA Republicans as right-wing aristocrats or laissez-faire capitalists.”
None of this would likely have been possible, had they not stolen the 2020 election from him.
By their actions, they made themselves weaker, and him comeasurately stronger.
Historians will be marveling at their strategic and tactical blunders and stupidity, for 100 years,..
100s of years. Nope, 7 days maybe.
hubris, the dark side of confidence.
Stealing Elections is proof nobody likes you, wants you, trusts you or believes you. It proves your weakness.
I agree completely. Makes me think it was planned that way. What’s four years in the grand scheme of things?
We are looking at a 100-year fix. This was not about another “four-year election”.
In President Trump’s own words, “This is not simply another four-year election. This is a crossroads in the history of our civilization that will determine whether or not we the people reclaim control over our government.”
Suffice to say, President Trump and team’s mission is not a four, eight or twelve year quick hit. It involves major course corrections to set our nation back on the right path for the long haul. They have been focused on the “grand scheme of things”. With that in mind, a 100-year correction sounds about right.
Guardian Angels resume NYC subway patrols for first time since 2020 after shocking arson murder
The Guardian Angels are resuming their patrols of the Big Apple’s subways as if it were crime-riddled Gotham in 1979, after the horrifying arson murder of a sleeping straphanger on a train last week, founder Curtis Sliwa said Sunday.
“We’re going to have to increase our numbers, increase the training and increase our presence as we did back in 1979,” Sliwa said at the Stillwell Avenue-Coney Island station in Brooklyn where the woman was killed.
“We went from 13 to 1,000 [members] back then within a period of a year,” he said. “Because the need was there. The need is here now once again. We’re going to step up. We’re going to make sure we have a visual presence just like we had in the ’70s, 80’s and ’90s.”
Ever since last week’s shocking slaying, “hundreds of citizens” have requested the Guardian Angels return to patrol the subway cars, Sliwa claimed.
“We’re covering the actual trains from front to back, walking through the trains and making sure that everything is okay,” he told The Post on Sunday. “We’re doing this constantly now. Starting today. that’s going to be our complete focus because the subways are out of control.”
https://nypost.com/2024/12/29/us-news/guardian-angels-say-theyll-start-patrolling-nyc-subway-again-after-woman-burned-to-death-on-f-train/
To think, the mayor of NYC could have been Curtis Sliwa.
Are those the original members? Don’t they have any bruiser grandkids? I am 45 and still relatively strong but I have serious back problems.
If I had to mix it up with someone, I’d have to hurt them so bad right off the bat in order to gain an edge I’d probably end up on trial for it.. are all the kids too scared?
The populace and the environment has changed. Unarmed they will will be in far more danger than they faced in the 70s and 80s and 90s.
I dunno, it was rougher than all get out in NYC in the 70s/80s/90s.. I guess most of the kids nowadays that are prepared to throw hands are the same ones robbing folks. The goodhearted kids are soft as medicated cotton, Sir..
I watched a video of the leader explaining their purpose. It is to subdue violence before it begins. Whenever they encounter an unstable rider they begin calming attempts that they have been trained to do. If it becomes uncontrollable, they advise leo’s who use their own methods. Their object is to make the New York subways safe again. Hopefull no one will be caught unaware and alone like that young lady who was burned to death. I sure hope this works for new yorkers.
I wonder if this was for the Bush family who has purchased mucho property in Paraguay.
Elon Musk changes his tune on H1-B visas as he tries to cool raging MAGA civil war over skilled immigration
Elon Musk admitted that the H1-B visas are “broken” and floated a potential fix as he sought to cool a raging civil war within the MAGA base over the immigration program for highly skilled foreign workers.
Just a day after vowing to “go to war on this issue” and telling detractors to “F— yourself,” Musk, the world’s richest man, acknowledged some of the criticisms of the program getting abused and argued that the US should make it more costly to hire foreigners.
“Easily fixed by raising the minimum salary significantly and adding a yearly cost for maintaining the H1B, making it materially more expensive to hire from overseas than domestically,” Musk wrote on X late Saturday in response to a thread claiming H1-B visas were being used to hire low-wage programmers and developers.
https://nypost.com/2024/12/29/us-news/elon-musk-changes-his-tune-on-h1-b-visas-after-maga-backlash/
The only thing Elon was “very clear” on in this debate is that he is NOT America First.
He hasn’t been very clear. Somehow a threat that he will go to war to retain and increase the usage, and mischaracterizing what the system even is, don’t come across as clear.
He only changed his tune because President Trump took him to the woodshed.
PDJT didn’t have to, Americans did that.
My takeaway is that Elon is learning similar lessons to Trump in 2016, regarding the differences between business and politics and how hard the crossover can be. Trump is now far more experienced a political operator, so will triumph in this disagreement, with the newly recruited tech ‘geniuses’ rapidly learning (if not already learnt) a hard lesson about the realities of exercising soft-power.
Although damaging, this dispute is happening BEFORE Trump’s administration gets its feet officially under the table, so will not detract from day one, something the MSM was hoping for, hence the Elon’s really in charge stories. This again shows how far Trump has changed, no tweets to fan the flames, instead a unifying statement about the passing away of Carter, reinforcing his Presidential stature, elevating himself above the current fray.
Lets think about why the program is even there in the first place.
It’s one thing to hire foreigners because that labor simply is not here in the numbers we need.
It’s quite another thing to have policy that creates those conditions here within our own population.
THAT is what they have done!
They have totally destroyed education, we’ve got college degrees worth so little people demand to not even pay for them now.
Students graduate from high school unable to even read or do math.. we could go on and on about how we’ve been purposely set so far back..
IF these elected people, people in positions of power and control were not setting Americans so far back then we would not need foreigners for these jobs.
As far as I’m concerned, solving this is what the core goals of America First and MAGA is all about.
The needs of our own people come first and our educations and jobs we can get is like JOB ONE for us.
We are nothing, or damn little without a good education and a job that can support a family in this day and age. These are the absolute basics, the foundation- and they are a mess now that needs fixing immediately.
The loss of our middle class is the evidence of how bad it is !!
The true control mechanism of all societies is the educational sector. They are not only responsible for producing the future leaders but the entire electorate itself.
We gave away our manufacturing capability and the demand for skilled workers. Can we rebuild this sort of thing so that we don’t rely on others to build or repair airplanes, autos, computers,ships…..? Building stuff is more rewarding than “would you like fries with your order”?
No Elon, there are no easy fixes.
Even if employers pay the same wage, they don’t pay SS for these workers,..
But even more, these employees are endentures slaves, who will not sue them or complain to EEOC, which has to be a very attractive feature to employers, and so makes them inherently more attractive, evdn if the monetary costs were the same.
Sundance’s take on this fake change of tune.
https://nitter.poast.org/TheLastRefuge2/status/1873278917567717833#m
Social security and indentured slaves are good arguments, but the bottom line is that virtually everyone of these people are taking American jobs.
F..k Face cannot reconcile this.
I am glad weare having this discussion, MAGA writ large, and PDJT as its leader, have all along said we need to curtail ILLEGAL immigration, and than completely revamp the legal immigration system.
This discussion, reinforces that even as we focus on reversing the invasion (remigration) we start the process of revamping the legal migration system.
America has something no other country has; people from all walks of life want to live here.
And, its a comptitive
World; so why not take advantage of our inherent unique quality, to attract the best and the brightest, so long as they share our values and are interested in assimilating, and weeding out those who don’t, and structure our legal system with that goal in mind.
I don’t have a problem with bringing in the best and brightest.
I do have a problem with claiming they are all in India.
I do have a problem with bringing in “the best and the brightest” (whatever that means) when we have a nation full of Americans who are and can be the best and the brightest.
You sound like one of those people who said 40 years ago that black men weren’t smart enough to be an NFL quarterback or a head coach and that’s why only white men were chosen for those jobs. You know, “the best and the brightest”.
You, Elon, and Vivek think the same way.
And China.
Eyeopening has been this H1B discussion. I now know why calling the cable company is like talking to India. Hopefully, the Sherman Anti-Trust Act can be used to break it up into 150 local cable companies. And the Big Banking Banksters are hooked on H1B too! It is symptomatic of Crony Capitalism.
They likely don’t pay unemployment insurance or worker’s compensation either.
“Changes his tune,” my foot. Where is his apology for telling us to “go F ourselves in the face”? Where is the apology for threatening to kick us out of the GOP? Where is his apology for calling Americans “retarded,” “subtarded,” and “racist”?
Until Musk 1) apologizes for his insults against MAGA, and 2) dumps his 1500+ H1Bs at Tesla and hires American, then it’s the same tone deaf tune he spent the past week singing.
To be fair (unlike leftists), it is important to note Musk didn’t tell MAGA to go FYF….he said that in reply to a tweet from an individual. Moreover, he was trying to be funny by quoting the famous Les Grossman line (played by Tom Cruise) in the hit comedy movie “Tropic Thunder”, in which said line was intentionally WAY over the top…said during a phone call, after which the character Grossman told an assistant, “Find out who that was” to underscore how hilariously over the top the comment was.
You can watch it on Youtube.
He did make a general threat about going to war.
Bullshit.
There is a private FM option for responding to an individual.
Elon Musk posted that we can GF ourselves in the face, for all the world to see. He threatened war with us and he meant it.
No amount of repeating lies will morph them into truth.
DM option..
damn arthritic fingers
Tropic Thunder is funny. Elon Assburger isn’t
Yes, he was memeing and didn’t mean to sound nearly as harsh.
Nonetheless, the issue is serious–665,000 indentured servants at any one time. And now he’s adjusted Twitter’s algorithm to shadowban patriots like the bad old days.
The person Elon was responding to when the brouhaha started:
Publicly. Instead of by DM.
Elon Musk directed and meant his vulgar rant and his threat of war to all whom disagree with his stance.
Thank you for clarifying that. The context of the hair on fire reactions and media hype to his comments of course led the way. Knowing the whole story makes for a much more rational response. The on purpose lack of content and intent is a major way the enemy has publically attacked PDJT since 2016. People supporting MAGA and PTrump should not be doing the very same thing and bashing someone who they have decided is not a good fit for the new administration despite the very same person being praised before the election for campaigning, contributing financially and working well with PTrump to get PTrump elected.
It’s disappointing to see these media driven controversies rule the news, the enemy laughing and being able to still manipulate the public discourse and be given a boost by some of the people supporting Trump who should be unifying to get this administration off to a strong positive start. We the people still have an ongoing job to do and being critical of almost every person chosen by PTrump in his appointments, to the point it is totally distracting from the main actions needed to be taken starting day one, is not very helpful at all. We either trust PTrump to manage his chosen team or we keep being divisive and critical of nearly every action taken and what he’s doing.
Legit questioning of any politician is necessary for sure, but there are times when it seems it should be put into a different place of when to bring it up and not when the enemy decides it should be on the front political burners. Raising this important question of H1B reform or elimination could have been done after the inauguration when it would be placed in the appropriate order of ongoing things to correct by the Trump administration. I fully believe this would have been addressed, probably already on the agenda, when the entire immigration issue was worked on by PTrump.
Now the media is running with the hype that MAGA is in “a civil war” and Musk and Trump are not on the same page which is exactly what the enemy wants to make happen and have the new administration starting out in public controversy. We need to do better I think. The media should not still be running the show against us. We know better by now, or should.
Lmao, he felled a tree in a private forest and we heard it.
Yes he did and then he went on to explain that MAGA extremists need to be purged from the Republican party.
He can apologize until the cows come home, won’t change the fact that we all have seen his true colors, and they are not very nice to look at.
I don’t want an insincere apology from Elon and his tech lords. I don’t need to like them , but I do expect them to put American workers first in our own country. As long as President Trump believes they will be useful to MAGA, then I will put up with their presence, for now. I care not for the personal opinions of people who despise me. Elon and others have used State and Federal taxpayer money to subsidize their business empire. I’d like to know how they plan to pay that back.
Good thing.
Because he doesn’t owe you or MAGA an apology anyway.
He said GFYF in reply to a individual poster on X, not to MAGA nation writ large. (see my post above)
Ofvcourse, leftist media WANTS you to think the latter, and intentionally omits the former as it attempts to fan and ignite divisions inside MAGA movement.
Who was he threatening to go to war against? An individual, or all those who opposed him?
Exactly.
exactly .. he meant it as for the ENTIRE MAGA coalition. I’ve lost all respect for him and see him with very clear eyes now
He EFFED himself in the FACE
Leftist media did not have to tell us what we all saw with our own eyes.
Damn, Elon Musk must be paying hella overtime to his PR firm to fix this dogpile his ego started. 🤣
Intellectual incest at best,
He didn’t tell MAGA to go f’ itself, he told a friend that MAGA should go f’itself.
I find you very entertaining.
–“Intellectual incest”–
Now that is fascinating term to mentally play with! <grins>
Right on. H1b controversy is one issue. The more important item for me is how Trump is going to work with these MAGA haters.
The system isn’t broken, failure to monitor it and stay with the numbers is the problem. 65,000 turns into 800,000? Who is watching the store?
Another example of corporate capture; who is paid to look the other way, or offered a job in the private sector?
$$$$$.
Everything is for sale in this country. No one holds these bureaucracies to account.
You know what happens when systems fail to be monitored
They break, i.e broken
If I understood correctly, 65,000 per year has now grown into 800,000 total because once approved, you can renew indefinitely. There are probably a lot more than the 800,000 too because the goal is to eventually convert to a green card. Once that happens you wouldn’t be counted in the 800,000 anymore.
Elon is going to fix the visa problem by raising the minimum wage.
Frying pan-fire.
Genius, maybe. Politically ignorant, absolutely.
Manmade Global Warming Modeling proves to be Wrong Again
“This year’s minimum Arctic sea ice extent was 26% larger than 2012. @BBCNews said the Arctic would be ice-free by 2013.”
So if that’s the case..the climate change dingbats will say it’s working…and we must triple the amount of $$$ to completely eliminate Globle warming…
Those poor polar bears, WHAT will they di, with all of that extra territory?
Seriously, in nature many animals in nature sould increase their populations,…
Biden Furious at Merrick Garland Because He Didn’t Work Harder to Lock Up Donald Trump Before the Election | The Gateway Pundit
Joe Biden is furious that Merrick Garland didn’t do enough to lock up his political opponent, Donald Trump, according to The Washington Post.
Biden reportedly regrets withdrawing from the 2024 presidential race and believes he could have defeated Trump.
Also according to WaPo, Biden regrets appointing Merrick Garland as Attorney General because he allowed the DOJ to prosecute Hunter Biden and didn’t work hard enough to derail Trump.
In November 2022, Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel to investigate Trump three days after the former president announced his 2024 bid for the White House.
In June 2023, Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which was protected by Secret Service agents.
In September 2023 Trump was hit with 4 counts in Jack Smith’s January 6 case up in DC: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
Both cases fell apart after the Supreme Court ruled that US Presidents have immunity from prosecution for ‘official acts.’
Biden is angry that Merrick Garland waited too long to prosecute Trump.
“In private, Biden has also said he should have picked someone other than Merrick Garland as attorney general, complaining about the Justice Department’s slowness under Garland in prosecuting Trump, and its aggressiveness in prosecuting Biden’s son Hunter, according to people familiar with his comments,” The Washington Post reported.
“Biden was persuaded, and some Democrats believe the decision had devastating results. Had the Justice Department moved faster to prosecute Trump for allegedly seeking to overturn the 2020 election and mishandling classified documents, they say, the former president might have faced a politically damaging trial before the election. (Others blame the Supreme Court and a Trump appointed judge in Florida for repeatedly siding with the former president and delaying the cases; the Justice Department declined to comment),” WaPo reported.
Former Gorsuch clerk and founder of the Article 3 Project, Mike Davis, said Trump’s Justice Department must investigate Biden’s DOJ weaponization.
“Conspiracy against rights (18 U.S.C. § 241) is a very serious federal felony,” Mike Davis said
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/12/biden-furious-merrick-garland-didnt-work-harder-lock/
Without large scale cheating, including collusion/co-operation by RINOS, Biden never could have been declared the winner in 2020, and he had no chance in 2024, even if PDJT ran from a Jail cell.

Immaturity is a hallmark of leftists; we see it in their allowing their emotions to dictate their thoughts and actions, in their inability to debate without resorting to name calling, and in this, their inability/unwillingness to take responsibility for their words and actions.
Not that we don’t have more than a few on our side that lack maturity, but with leftists its mandatory.
WaPo sez, I believe nothing posted by Pravda on the Potomac. Biden is an evil bastard, but his severe cognitive decline makes me suspicious that it was just him calling the shots. His staff mandarins were doing the dirty work as directed by unnamed directors in the IC cabal.
Obama.
Don’t forget attempted murder.
Yes the White House was involved.
There was more than 1 shooter.
No real investigation to find out anything.
Who knows, and who actually cares, what this corrupt, husk of a human says or thinks?
I would be happy if DOJ, along with several other departments, shrink. Clean house. Get rid of these weaponized abusers.
Does Joseph Robinette Biden have the mental capacity to be furious about anything?
Just now, the Fool has the capacity to admit that he Weaponized his DOJ by now admitting that he ordered AG, Mary Garland to jail his pol opponent.
Go get’em, Kash.
Anger and tears seem to be the ‘last to leave’ mental faculties?
Jimmy Carter To Skip Trump Inauguration | Babylon Bee
U.S. — In yet another blow to President-elect Trump, aides have announced that former President Jimmy Carter will also be skipping Trump’s inauguration.
Carter joins the growing list of several prominent Democrats who will not be attending Trump’s inauguration, a sign of the deep divisions still plaguing the country…
At publishing time, Biden had announced that he too was dead and would not be attending the inauguration.
LOL….but Biden is dead only from the neck up….
Dang, they stole that joke from Tiffthis..
But the real question remains….
Will he vote his conscience in future elections?
A: Yes; consciences.
Fark!!!
I hate it when Trump is deceived and made to look like a simp.
The “Visa” issue never should have been.
All the info was there PDJT!!!!!!!!!!
You ain’t seen nothing, yet.
They have laid monumentally massive landmines for Trump that will blow up next year.
One thing about the media that is little mentioned….what they DON’T report widely upon, if it harms dems politically.
For ex: McConnell and his RINO crew worked overtime with Schumer to confirm a record 235 highly ideological, liberal federal judges since election day. Each one as bad or worse than Judge Tanya Chutkin.
The lawfare is about to get way, WAYYY worse than what we have already seen
True Dat’
**ck them
Kakistocracy placing twisted thinking judges in the burgeoning Kritarchy.
They thought they had it made. They got him to nominate their guy, who wants to even increase the amount of foreign workers, and no one was supposed to notice.
When people did notice, Elon Musk threw a mega-tantrum. David Sacks, whose visit to Mar-A-Lago seems to have begat all this, came up with the idea to try to shame us for talking about the wrong thing; shame anybody who even mentioned India as racist; and just in case that wasn’t enough, spread propaganda that anybody who went against them was falling for a psy op to divide MAGA.
BTW they already got to Trump with their foreign student racket. That one is worse than we ever thought, it isn’t just DEI we are talking here, there’s an actual criminal operation going on.
Are we allowed to say that India is known for corruption?
The foreign student issue has been ongoing for thirty years or more. It’s not new and has been in effect for numerous administrations. I fully expect the Trump administration to address this finally when it works on the entire immigration issue. I believe they already talked about working on changing university policies in many areas that are using federal funding.
“foreign student racket”. Ditto
Federal Prosecutors Involved in Trump Witch Hunts and January 6 Cases Flee DOJ, Fear They will Go Bankrupt
”Dozens of prosecutors and agents have worked on cases that potentially make them vulnerable, such as special counsel investigations of Trump, prosecutions of hundreds of his supporters who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and contempt-of-Congress cases that sent top Trump associates Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro to prison this year.
According to Rolling Stone, Jack Smith’s team of prosecutors are also combing through their private and professional communications to make sure they haven’t written anything that can be subpoenaed.
Are they deleting evidence of misconduct and anti-Trump bias?”
Some federal investigators, including more junior staff, have talked to attorneys and legal groups about possible ways a rejuvenated Trump Justice Department could try to make their lives hell, what precautionary measures they should take, and even how to avoid going bankrupt if the probes come in full force.”

.
Note the concern re: bankruptcy….
They are all VERY well aware of that THE PROCESS IS THE PUNISHMENT.
And why would they be combing through emails, unless this is EXACTLY WHAT THEY THEMSELVES DID IN THEIR WITCHUNTS?
They can wipe their phones clean, and deldte their emails, but its xall right there, in the NSA database, and as of Jan. 20 PDJT has complete unfettered access to it.
An even better boomerang (off the cuff, because I didn’t actually look up the venue rules in the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure):
All those prosecutors (and judges?) in DC who engaged in treason, sedition, election interference, and conspiracy to deprive civil rights, gave a basis for venue to be laid in the jurisdictions where the J6 prisoners were arrested, before being forced back to DC for trial by a jury not exactly of their peers.
The Cabal reached out and hauled those people into the hostile and demographically rigged jurisdiction of DC. But in doing so, they may have attached the grappling hook that’s going to yank them right back to the extended point of their reach -to be tried in places like Alabama and Kansas.
LOL.

Something good he did- he stood up to HUD, I think it was. Way back in the 70s, they were already at work pursuing globalist goals, and they wanted to start making neighborhoods “diverse”, by actually putting ethnic groups into areas where they didn’t have that particular ‘kind’ of people already.
He said he didn’t see the good of it, and blocked it, and he was criticized as being bigoted because of it, but he did stand firm.
I certainly didn’t shed a tear for yet another incompetent president steering America over a cliff.
Who sold ron! on this??
Florida’s controversial idea: Using radioactive waste to build roads https://www.earth.com/news/floridas-controversial-idea-using-radioactive-waste-to-build-roads/

Glow in the dark roads? Interested concept.
Will they make the automatic lights on your car go out?
Not bad idea if you live in place with lots of winter weather and it keeps roads from icing up…. But Florida?
Great insights:
I think the disinterest in engineering stems from graduating deep in debt and then not getting hired or losing your job due to employers hiring foreign workers.
After a while Americans see the writing on the wall and don’t bother.
The people who become Tik Tok influencers have no bearing on the pool of talent for potential engineers and I don’t know why that keeps being brought up.
If your good at math, as most who go into engineering are, why not go to Wall Street, where you can make a fortune in a few years, gaming the system?
Or better yet go to Congress!!!!
Yep, realtors here in southern British Columbia can earn $250,000 to $350,000 with not too much effort, and with next to zero education.
The old Russian saying still rings true,
They pretend to pay us, so we pretend to work.
Excellent post! A Brother in Law here in Canada is a partner in a large Engineering company that is truly international.
He is in his early seventies and still travels the world assisting with contracts, and has stated several times over the years that getting competent engineers to join the firm, a firm that pays very well, is getting to be increasingly difficult.
American education system – which is NOT creating or fostering gifted students. That must change for America to compete and dominate on the global stage. qualified people are highly paid & hired in a nanosecond.

This is a great article about the need for consequences in our government, “taking out the trash” people who have done great wrong and never suffered any pushback.
“It will surely be necessary to begin open inquiries into the recent behavior of some prominent political figures in order to demonstrate a serious intent to reform. For just one example, Alejandro Mayorkas, the Homeland Security chief who threw the US Border wide open for four years, presents a probable cause case for treason.
Perhaps the new Attorney General can convene a grand jury away from the blob-dominated DC federal court district, say in Texas where these crimes on the border were actually committed — crimes such as ordering the US Border Patrol to stand down while whole caravans waded the Rio Grande.”
Who in the White House confabbed with attorney Nathan Wade to manage the Fulton County case against Mr. Trump and eighteen other defendants?
Why did Delaware federal attorney David Weiss allow the statute of limitations run out on Hunter Biden’s 2014 and 2015 tax evasion cases? Stuff like that.
And, of course, FBI Director Christopher Wray needs to answer for the Jan 6 DNC / RNC pipe bomb caper, and the roles of “confidential human sources” in the Jan 6 Capitol riot — including the antics of the notorious Ray Epps.
Plus, the three years of RussiaGate and his cavalier use of the FISA Courts.
Please subpoena SC District Judge James Boasberg on that, too, while you’re at it. It will not take many inquiries like these to get the point across.
The point will be that after many years of absence, consequence is back on the table for those who abuse power.”

The deafening silence on the Elon issue from the Trump camp suggests strongly to me that the fix was in, nobody thought it was going to be noticed (it was announced so close to Christmas), it was noticed, and they weren’t ready with their response.
Someone who was ready was Vivek Ramaswamy. Have I mentioned that he’s quick on his feet? He came out with a lecture about how many parents don’t raise their kids right and our schools suck and that’s why we have to hire workers from other countries where presumably they raise their kids right and educate them better except they don’t really hire from other countries, they hire from one country that just happens to be an extremely corrupt culture and not known for its great educational system, and part of that corruption centers around H1B in America.
Again, where was the response from someone on the Trump transition team?
All we got was a remark from PDJT that he likes H1B and uses it. He doesn’t.
That’s it, that’s all we got.
We are left guessing, like this is a damned soap opera or something, and there’s talk of oh good, now Elon has given us something we can debate. What debate, and who is this Elon character, who does he think he is, that we need to debate him? Did I vote for him? Is he the de facto president?
The reality is, there should be no debate when it comes to H1B. It’s a program to undercut American workers, it is corrupt beyond words, much much worse than I thought, and has caused direct harm to millions of Americans.
Yet here we are, waiting for a thumbs up or a thumbs down from one of our “leaders”, like we are a bunch of peasants supplicating our overlords.
There is that image of President Trump sitting at a table while all the other people are a blur. 😉
I’m not talking about four degree chess moves or anything like that, but why the rush? Let it play out.
People are growing angrier and more disgusted the longer they are left with only an “I like H1B” response?
That isn’t a good reason?
Why is it so hard to come down firmly and unequivocally on the side of Americans?
Vivek will start his spin cycle. Watch how the narrative engineer spins H1B. He will go from the specific to the general, such as ‘it is not H1B, it is immigration as a whole, that needs reform.’
The signs are NOT good. I’m seeing a bought and paid for Trump. This term is going to be a disaster from this starting point. America First is dead.
Vivek lectures us about our parenting and education.
His deflective America last solution is to hire people from other countries.
Is there a problem with untested outsiders attempting to run our policy? Notice the modus operandi. First they run us down. Tell us we are no good even though they choose to be in this wonderful country to ply their wares. Then they push their self serving solution.
We do not need to import people to solve our problems.
AMERICA FIRST solution:
1) reboot our culture to family first, fix the root problem of parenting
2) make education great again.
Vivvy was a little quick off the mark, wasn’t he?
Kinda think President Trump is fighting a different kind of battle right now. Not like him to let us hang unless his attention and action is needed somewhere else in a more dire situation at present.
He won. He’s not going to jail. I don’t think he really cares beyond that.
not referring to that. The fact we are reaching the cap of our government spending has got his attention.
He is also NOT worried about spending. He never was.
I think unfortunately that Trump is worried Elon won’t like him anymore and will not come to his New Years Eve Gala.
I don’t think POTUS needs Elon as much as Elon needs POTUS. POTUS will leave it at that. POTUS is a highly skilled genious…very stable as well. This is NOT the first time he’s dealt with the likes of ELON. He’s made trillion dollar deals all of his life. He knows how to handle them.
They’ll bow down and kiss the ring and ask forgiveness. If not, he’ll show them the door …we do not need ELON as he is already banning MAGA on his platform.
He lied…

@RealTheoWold
In Trump ‘45, the President had a showdown with the Tennessee Valley Authority over 200 American jobs that TVA had switched to H1Bs.
In the run-up to Christmas, TVA fired these 200 Americans – and had them train their foreign replacements on the way out.
They did this despite the fact that TVA is (1) a government agency; (2) founded to improve the material station of poor Americans, and (3) manages critical energy infrastructure for a large swath of the country.
My team and I proposed a plan to President Trump to reinstate the terminated American workers. Because the President of TVA cannot be fired by the President of the United States we thought President Trump should hold the TVA board members responsible – the highly-compensated decision-makers who had orchestrated the H1B worker swap.
The President agreed. He started firing TVA board members one at a time, with a demand to reinstate the Americans to their jobs. It didn’t take long before the TVA president and the remaining Board members agreed to reinstate the American workers.
At the time, some skeptical commentators said it was meaningless because it was “only” 200 jobs. But it was an important moment for two reasons.
First, these 200 jobs mattered to 200 American families, especially with Christmas approaching.
Second, it set an outer boundary for what short-term labor visas (which is ultimately what the H1B visa is) should NOT be used for: to replace competent American workers in a critical industry with temporary foreign visa workers just to save a buck.
There is broad agreement on the right about what H1B visas – or any other visa – should NOT be used for. The TVA showdown is an example of that.
Agreeing on this common understanding is the right starting place for this incoming administration.

Speaking of immigration and the West, since we are pretending that anybody who opposes H1B is anti-immigrant, let’s just suppose for a moment what peoples’ reactions would be if we started hearing about and seeing Americans being replaced from their jobs en masse by say, Canadians, or maybe Australians even?
Wouldn’t their be shock, and outrage? Imagine if your son or daughter told you that, at their workplace, management brought in 20 people from Saskatchewan and told them to start teaching them their jobs?
When it’s Indians, though, so many of us accept that this is perfectly fine.
Suppose they told us that Canadians were just so much better educated and had a better work ethic? We wouldn’t allow that to stand, would we?
What is wrong with us?
Now we say that we can have a debate with Elon Musk. Why is this even debatable? He thinks we should have a meritocracy, the best and the brightest, and he can’t have that without hiring immigrants, and not just any immigrants, but immigrants from one particular country, and this is someone we can have a serious debate with?
Elon is changing his tune. Also he is H1B or was.
Daddy Don isn’t going to stand for it. Elon the nerd doesn’t know how to act with strength because his whole life up until he acquired X he had no power, no voice no foundational knowledge of leverage and how to use it. He is still learning.
Trust me daddy Don has Elon in the palm of his hand. Don ( the President of the United States)can deport him and take everything he has.
Elon will get in line…
Oh, please… Elon owns Don now.
We’re doomed!
/s
I think you’re lost. This isn’t Bluecry.
Debate is always of value.
For example, Vivek brought up culture,…fine.
Lets REALLY LOOK at the culture of India; it is and long has been a rigid, caste system, with all that implies and NOT a meritocracy.
It is also known for endemic corruption; the kind where if you want any public servant to do their job, you must pay them a bribe…
And thisis the culture that Vivek says yields superior workers?
Great point.
Yes Dutchman, culture doesn’t stay in India.
I’ve helped Filipinos separate from their employer in California. If you didn’t know the Philippines is as corrupt as Mexico if not worse. Traditionaly H1B Visa’s are for very skilled professionals, like doctors or engineers. The scam is they get sold on working in the US ( the promise land ) by an employer who tells them they will be sponsored and the employer will help them with there immigration paperwork to become a citizen. They are told it will tale years before they can become a citizen because they have to have a number of quarters paying taxes before getting to pledge allegiance to the US. What these immigrants don’t know is that the visa thats applied for is an H1B. They will get a tax ID # right away but the visa to work has to be approved but they can still work as long as they are paying taxes and in the process of applying. Most won’t get approved because they aren’t highly skilled. So the employer says that they were denied after a long period of time and not to worry because they will reapply and they don’t have to fear being deported because they are in the process of applying and paying taxes. They will never be approved, ever. They are stuck. It’s Filipinos doing this to Filipinos. The culture of corruption doesn’t go away easily. It takes generations.
Yes CULTURE matters!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And…. They are Filipinos FIRST. I’ve known a couple that were told they are working 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When they get to sleep in a bed instead of a couch it’s in a closet. I explain that the definition of Fulltime employment isn’t what they were told. They are working ALL of the time. They didn’t believe me, trust anything I said about the law of Labor. They only listened to their Filipino community. They explained its what they do in the Philippines. It’s their culture.
Its no different for Indians, Chinese, Guatemalans or whoever….
We had a local, wealthy Indian family who got into trouble for keeping a servant as basically a slave.
They didn’t get into enough trouble, of course.
Vivek lost a LOT of support this past days. I actually liked him and thought he was eloquent. Now I see he is nothing but a fraudster, crook, and will do anything to get ahead.
One knocked down from the 2028 roster for me. Easy peasy. He can talk all he wants now but this issue will remain in my mind forever.
I’m sure many others feel the same
Yep. Tired tropes reflexively. I was impressed but now I’m repulsed.
“America’s diversity is our greatest strength, and the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities are all essential parts of that diversity.” –President Bill Clinton
Hey Bill FYI America’s greatest strength is our Freedom!!!!
Diversity for the sake of diversity is a fools errand! “Diversity is our greatest strength” is just a leftist shibboleth unsupported by any facts! There was a Harvard study years ago that proved that diversity had many detrimental effects on a culture of similar ethnicity!!!
It will be interesting to see whether there is anything to this.

Talking to a whistleblower who has inside information on a very large recruiting firm that works with hundreds of the biggest companies in the country.
This recruiting firm is paid huge money to provide candidates. The kicker? The candidates are not allowed to be White or Asian. The application system they use auto-rejects applications from candidates who select White or Asian on their application.
These big organizations are paying a pretty penny to ensure that they are getting no White or Asian candidates. By outsourcing it they can keep their hands clean.
The organizations include Bank of America, Bloomberg, eBay, Expedia, Goldman Sachs, LinkedIn, Mastercard, Morgan Stanley, Netflix & many more.

21 Days to VDC Day, aka “Victory over DC Day”
On that day, all eyes will be on President Trump as he rolls out his “Day 1 promises.”
President Trump is the Executive Branch, in toto.
While President Trump’s arena will be the Oval Office in the White House.
His appointees to the various departments in the Executive Branch will be on site of their departments.
Those departments were the center of the weaponization of the federal government against Americans.
Americans deserve to see immediate actions taken to fire those responsible for the weaponization and other actions to shut down the weaponization, cold turkey.
The appointees have had plenty of time to allow them to move quickly to start the dismantling of the weaponization against Americans. Gut the unconstitutional weaponization’s mechanics, manning and funding.
President Trump’s oath doesn’t allow him to be associated with nor support unconstitutional activities ….. that flows down to his appointees.
Pull the plug on all the Executive Branch intelligence agencies “large database” support of the social media platforms and digital utilities like google, go “cold-turkey”, and let the chips fall where they may. Not one more penny for weaponization of the federal government against the American citizens, aka “j6 prosecution and imprisonment”, propaganda and control through the social media / digital utilities, etc.

I read what she said on X, and I can’t be the only one who found it obnoxious, rude, and condescending.
You don’t start a post aimed at people with serious concerns about Americans losing jobs to foreigners with “Goodness gracious”, totally mocking and dismissing their concerns.
Greene has a construction business, doesn’t she? What sort of “highly skilled” foreigners is she hiring that can’t be found in America?
She basically echoed what Vivek said, blaming the victims, and totally ignoring how H1B workers are replacing Americans. Since when does a “highly skilled” worker need to be trained by the worker they are replacing?
Can’t we just quit with the falsehood that businesses can’t hire Americans because we didn’t take the STEM courses?
We’re back on “Americans are lazy”, I see.
This is one thing Bernie Sanders has said that I like and totally agree with- he said that Americans are the hardest working people in the world.
“Greene on Friday supported Americans focusing more on skilled labor, and a strong work ethic, and encouraged younger generations to pursue careers like engineering, and coding instead of social media and content creation.”

They want to reform it to be more fair to the foreign nationals and they want to increase their numbers.
If you are following the Elon/Vivek H1B topic: This article came up locally last night by a man that describes himself as well into retirement age, that has lived this issue over the course of his career..
He’s describing what he saw and lived- which was basically policy after policy that then set us really far back and at a disadvantage here in our own country.
I mean think about it, the whole reason there has become such a massive “America First” movement is because we’ve been watching and suffering under the America LAST Plan over the course of our lives.
I feel a lot like every working American at this point could tell us the same story about their own careers and they’d all look quite a bit alike.
This article explains how it went down in his tech field over the entire span of his long career and how it will all need reversing to rebuild..
The Problem Isn’t H1B
https://granitegrok.com/national/2024/12/the-problem-isnt-h1b
That was useful.
He’s right, Americans have started catching on that a degree in engineering isn’t a good investment. The part about choosing “studies” because they are less work, I don’t believe that people who might have become engineers are concerned about workload as much as cost versus earnings or even employment in your field at all, and that has everything to do with H1B.
I’m going to slightly disagree with him in one area. We do have young people graduating from schools that deemphasized and dumbed down math and science.
However, I know far too many Americans who were educated just fine, who either couldn’t get hired, couldn’t get promoted, or lost their jobs due to not just DEI, but H1B.
How are we supposed to believe the new H1B hires are superior when they have to be trained by the people getting kicked out of their jobs for them?
I am just hearing way, way too many firsthand accounts of highly skilled Americans who can’t get hired or got replaced by Indians.
Where are these Indians acquiring these skills?
About those degrees, if this is true they may not be what they seem:
“Here’s the game. Students from India fake their undergraduate degrees and just apply straight to Masters programs. The reasons for this relate to H-1B reqs and other things but also because colleges have gone full woke and stupidly don’t have any way to verify the undergraduate certificates. So they just accept them most of the time. Canada is much worse btw, they have actual diploma mills with like 80k Indian students.”
https://x.com/Anc_Aesthetics/status/1873263531287577080
Notice we have a seperate article, far more specific to this H1b controversy, with over 1000+ comments, and yet this topic comes up on the Presidential comments section as well and pretty early on?

Second time around it will be different, but these people aren’t gonna fold up and go away.
Elon, Vivek, JD Vance to me are actors. They are playing a role to be on the inside and get their way, they don’t support our President, they support themselves and in JD case, probably his handlers.
You can go watch a movie and be transfixed as the what you see forgetting these actors are playing a role, I don’t see anything different so far with these 3.

You thought the H-1B visa was bad? Wait until you hear about the largest guest worker program killing jobs for new American college grads—the Optional Practical Training (OPT):
OPT is run by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
CIAWiki:
“USCIS is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that administers the country’s naturalization and immigration system. It is a successor to the Immigration and Naturalization
Service (INS), which was dissolved by the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and replaced by three components within the DHS: USCIS, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).”
Fatherland Security again. The folks who brought you Butler.
Allows tens of thousands of indentured students to overstay, gives employers a matching SS exemption of 8%, permits low wages–and was never passed by Congress but written by a Homeland bureaucrat over a lobbyist’s dinner!
Oh that’s nice.
Send to EVERYBODY! We all need to scream in unison! This is the future of your progeny!
Thanks for informing me.
Who is David Sacks, the Bay Area venture capitalist tagged by Donald Trump to lead on AI, cryptocurrency?
But as a billionaire presidential adviser, Sacks carries baggage: His San Francisco VC firm Craft Ventures boasts investments in AI and cryptocurrency, the two technologies he is directly charged with overseeing, noted John Pelissero, director of government ethics at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University.
“There’s a potential for lots of conflicts of interest to arise here,” Pelissero said.
Sacks did not respond to a request for comment.

Here is what is going on in Germany- now that Elon has involved himself- which- looking at how it’s going, was a good thing in this case.
There is a video in this article of the AfD’s leader Alice Weidel absolutely taking these people destroying Germany to the woodshed.. what a powerful speech.
This lady could have been saying all this about our own Democrats right here in America- is what I was thinking listening to her lay it all out.
It’s truly stunning, listening to her, that the left all over the entire planet is really following the same plan and the outcomes are the same as well all over the world..
She’s a powerful speaker and very Trumpian, she’s one to watch, this is for sure.
And after seeing this, I can see why Elon feels as he does because he’s right.
This woman and her party truly are the only real and viable path forward for Germany if they intend to stop their country from going down the drain- and the same can be said for all of us.
Here is the Zerohedge article, it’s worth the time, the video is not long and was quite a joy to witness such a take down.

How many America First Op-Eds did Musk pen in American papers?
She is a good speaker.
I have seen where she describes herself as more of a Libertarian than far right, whatever far right is.
She’s not Controlled Opposition.
Trade you a Jim Jordan.
Elon got this one right. Good. Now get right here, bro.
Watch this Tucker Carlson clip:
https://rumble.com/v63uf1g-in-every-single-dose-of-a-mmr-shot-has-millions-of-pieces-of-dna-from-abort.html
The most important part, as important as it is, isn’t about the bodies of 70 (Biblical number) babies being chopped up into cubes for vaccine development purposes.
The most important part is what Carlson says at the end.
He has been read in, or given enough dots to connect.
This is preparing his audience to make the same connection at a later time, upon the revelation of further information, likely from a source accepted NY Normie’s.
Can we handle the Truth?
What happens to all those children?
True.
I was down on my knees last night, at this news.
If this reality doesn’t get every American on their knees praying for Divine mercy on our country, which is, if anything, worse than Sodom and Gomorrah and which has sacrificed more babies to Ba’al than all of Phoenicia, I don’t know what will.
For all the parents who consented for the last forty plus years to having their children injected with the DNA of murdered children – who were deliberately (if obscurely) sacrificed if Tucker has it right (he does), there really is only one prayer:
Forgive us, Father, for we did not know what we did.
Not that it makes the reality different, in terms of possible pollution of the human genome.
What. Was. In.
The mRNA Shots?
We must find out. NOW.
These sick sonsab!tches will rue the day when all this comes out.
Here’s Indian conman and fake AI guru Sriram Krishnan endorsing Twitter 1.0’s Indian led censorship regime.
Really Donald Trump? Really?
Interesting that President Trump’s incoming Chief of Staff instructed, demanded actually, all of PDJT’s nominees to immediately stop posting anything on all social media platforms.
Sad and funny at the same time.
Won’t matter, damage has been done and all nominees now had better beef up on all the immigration laws, both illegal and legal because the Democrats are going to have a field day using this topic to block each and every one – and
I blame Vivek Ramaswamy 100% for this mess because of his anti-American diatribe and blame his wingmen Musk and Sacks for trying to come to their buddy’s defense. They both should have left Vivek swinging in the wind on this one as his diatribe wasn’t pro-H1B but rather distinctly anti-American.
Upshot is – for me, personally, I could care less about anything D.O.G.E. or cyber-AI infrastructure. Neither are going to happen and believe this topic was the tech boys way of wiggling out of their commitment; as Sundance opined, they probably each finally met face to face with the silo establishment and realized they had no way to actually do what they promised candidate-Trump they could do, so found an out and jumped on it.
President Trump simply needs to focus on HIS agenda, the one we voted for. Everything else will take care of itself as it always does.
I’m sure the week of super focus on a visa program of fewer than 100,000 spots a year has served some good purposes for both / all sides (distraction being one of them), but my sincere hope is that it turns eyes on the ugly underside connecting these four things:
State Dept
Visas
Elites
Children
Why would you want to mock someone for wanting to find out more?
The H1B issue is turning out to be bigger and more corrupt than I’d ever have dreamed. I’m sure that many, David Sacks for one, would like people to just gloss over it, but I’m not going to.
You know they had plans for it to get bigger and bigger, right?
I’m not mocking, just noting the 5G warfare markers.
We have to be able to discern, as Spurgeon wrote, the right from the almost right.
The H visa debate barely made the news for 4 years of a Trump term and 4 years of a Biden term, but now all of a sudden it’s worth 70 percent of the headlines in MAGA world?
And President Trump’s stance on legal immigration hasn’t changed one whit, and he’s the guy setting policy.
So what gives?
Like I wrote, any time some issue like this blows up to engage attention and energy, there is a purpose for at least one side in making it happen, and double down on that if another side finds the benefit too.
All sides, white hats and black, and gray, engage in 5G warfare.
All I am saying is, whatever the underlying merits of this issue that wasn’t ever much of an issue between 2017 and 2021, I see the smoke and the fog, and the eyes being drawn.
Drawn to it, yes. Maybe because there is a LOT more going on with visa abuses (that ties in with the Maxwells, Mossad, human trafficking, and Skynet and AI).
Maybe for other purposes (draw the eyes away).
I see a lot of deliberately created smoke. I’m just trying to figure out who is blowing it, and why.
It’s like standing next to the fog machine at a rave, so the revelers can’t see who is in the DJ booth.. sometimes big name headliners would cancel or be too high on whatever to spin records at a huge event, so they’d pop in the artists CD and fire up the fog machine.. the ravers never knew the difference.. The things I saw as a barback..
Agree with your priorities.
However the number is 868,000 for H-1B alone, not counting H-2 or OPT, let alone under-the-table illegals.
It’s multi-millions.
He also explains why the RINO half of the UniParty HAD to get Trump elected – if the Dims won they’d never get elected again.
However, what he didn’t point out is that to give them the excuse to block Trump with the usual “insufficient majority” excuse, they then ALLOWED this:
Down Ballot Steal – The Whack-A-Mole Election
Trump outran the steal, 4 senate candidates and a dozen house candidates did not

Cannot hate them more. Biden does not even know this is being done. It’s Blinken, McCord (Ingrahams BEST friend) and many others who hate the taxpayers
Where is Nancy? She has totally been out of the news since a couple of days after her fall. Is she going to be taking the oath of office with the new Congress in a few days?
I will bet that she will”take the oath” in some private ceremony at some unannounced location. Her showing up for the 1st House vote in the new year will be interesting to see. In a wheelchair?
Will this give the Speaker a little more room?
