The common IV treatment (amphotericin) is very expensive and requires ICU monitoring due to the side effects..

I have had internet troubles….long story short….I switched to Brave as a browser…it was ok a month ago….I would search for a specific and get results…within the last 2 weeks….I get all sorts of topic related but totally irrelevant results when I do a search. Highly annoying and disappointing that my search results are skewed.
It’s been spreading for months now.
Google, of course , has been filtering out all but “approved” search results noticeably for the past year or two.
I switched to Brave, and over the past 6 to 12 months have seen the same issue as Google, but slightly less obvious.
Now using StartPage. Getting worse by the week.
Basically, web sites and information sources that I have been using for years, are legit objective information sources, but stray from approved narratives, are gradually disappearing from search results. Since I do a lot of researching on health topics, I really notice issues there.
I nitter, and have begun following links and burrowing through rabbit holes there to find information sources with alternative viewpoints and diligently bookmark those I find useful so I can find them again.
