I am reading from many different sources that North Korea has sent soldiers to fight with Russia in Ukraine.
Yes, all western sources, though. There has been no pictures of any North Korean troops anywhere on the battlefield.
It would not matter a bit in international law if North Korean troops were fighting along with Russians in Russia because that would be by invitation.
But it is rather a silly claim, started by Zelenskyy. Our Pentagon says it is true, but says that they do not have any proof. There would be a language barrier. There would be problems with North Koreans weapons use – who would supply ammunition replacement for their North Korean weapons or would they be using Russian weapons with which they are not familiar?
The claim also appears to have been attempt to get

It’s fun all these years later to see what she is going to wear and besides that, she has a pleasant and cheerful attitude.
That was all in San Francisco, that used to be a place with standards of dress and the pleasure of looking good – what’s wrong with that?

These individuals would not be eligible to receive welfare benefits, including participation in programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) or certain housing benefits.
“For years, Americans have been told that illegal immigrants are barred from receiving federal benefits to distract from Washington’s complete failure to secure our borders,” said Lee in a statement. “This is a lie. The senate is still voting to confirm Biden’s judicial nominees.
The senate has six unanimous consent agreements lined up and ready to be passed today. One of them is a resolution to ignore the deadline for the Equal Rights Amendment from back in the 1970’s.
Back then, the constitutional amendment would have enlarged women’s rights. It failed, in part, because the draft would have applied equally to females.
I suspect that if this passes, the amendment would quickly be interpreted to shoehorn in the transgender agenda.
Again, this piece of legislation is set to fly on a unanimous consent “vote”.
A constitutional amendment would have to be ratified by the states.
As a female, I do not see that there is anything good to be gained here. Unlike the 1970’s, women now have equal property rights.

Horrible incident in Pecos City, Texas today.
A tractor-trailer with a wide load had bottomed out on the crossing and was stuck. It was there for approx. an hour before a train traveling at high speed hit it. 3 killed. Worst part about this is that LEOs were already present, but no one thought to notify the DOT and the railroads.

I appeared this morning for a North Carolina woman in her initial appearance before a DC Magistrate. A complaint was unsealed against her last week and she was told to voluntarily appear in court in North Carolina or they would arrest her at her house in the morning.

If you live where it snows in winter and the world becomes black and white nothing is more beautiful than spotting a cardinal in your back yard. That spot of red against a white and grey backdrop is a delight for the soul.
A beautiful cardinal came to perch on a tree limb and watch me for at least five minutes the morning after my son’s funeral. I had no idea there was any symbolism of this happening. I just knew from that day forward the cardinal would be my reminder of my beautiful son.
The morning after my Husband’s funeral I was sitting in the exact same spot and a beautiful goldfinch did the same.
God is good in all things.
Over the course of my long life there has never been a better politician, with due respect to President Trump, than Empty Chair.

Donald J. Trump administration turncoat Alyssa Farah Griffin is accused of serving as the key “go-between” for former Congresswoman Liz Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson, a crucial but unreliable witness for the corrupt January 6 Committee. A new congressional interim report accuses Cheney of unlawfully tampering with Hutchinson and recommends that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigate the matter.
The pressure being applied to Griffin on social media draws on texts first uncovered by the Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight in October. They show that, in the months leading up to Hutchinson’s highly publicized testimony on January 6, Cheney engaged in direct and indirect communications with Hutchinson, facilitated by Griffin.

Here is a good article up over at Zerohedge this morning, it’s short and has some good information in it.
I think it’s a good message of Hope, there is so much more changing and going on than we’re aware of- small details that will likely bring about huge changes.
It’s about how the last Trump Transition into the White House went, how naive Trump’s team was and how they essentially walked right into a trap on Day One.. a trap that they’d never quite get out of.
Today, what is explained here is the lessons learned from that and the entirely new process the Trump team has created to attempt to operate in the swamp and yet within a bubble unable to be touched by the swamp..
Readers here know that is no small feat, but what is good news here is that they fully get how the game is played now and have/are entirely re-stacked the deck in response.
Read this and then imagine how all those thugs in Biden’s administration are reacting when they first saw Trump’s new team say to them “Thanks but No Thanks”..
I would have loved to be a fly on the wall when those people learned that nothing at all would be going forward in the manner of which they imagined..
I’ll add a good point I saw in a comment: When Elon bought Twitter, he bought their crime scene, he bought their map that they used to get there. I have a feeling that he now has a tremendous insight as to how things are likewise working deep down in the bowels of the swamp. The union of Trump and Elon, in addition to Vivek now, this is going to be the secret sauce needed I think to busting up the crime ring.

Gosh Darn! I sure feel sorry for our poor over worked senators having to show up today on a Friday. This will mark the 5th time this year that they have had to show up to work on a Friday and only the 3rd time that they have had to show up for a full five day work week. (Actually they don’t even have to show up even though the Senate is in session!)
Poor babies, that’s such a demanding schedule!
(*I do not count 23 second to 4 minute “proforma” sessions with only 1 senator present as a work day.)

We need to apply functional metrics to their job performance and pay should be commensurate with serious accomplishments, that exclude getting in front of cameras.
I was thinking they should take a 20% pay cut for all they’ve accomplished.
For every increase in gubmint spending a corresponding decrease in congressional pay.
Work? Do they actually work or do they sit and wait for the staffers to bring them their voting orders?
They work their phones soliciting campaign donations.
It might be hard work to just sit around and wait to be served your orders and contributions.
Course, ‘we folk’ have no idea whether that is hard work or not as we don’t have that kind of experience!
From 1,547 pages down to 116. The high Liberty Score rated (I checked a sample of them) Republicans could safely vote against it because they knew it would not pass which makes me wonder how much of their high Liberty Score ratings are due to such safe vote posturing. They voted “nay” because the bill raised the debt ceiling as if that isn’t going to eventually happen as it ALWAYS has AND, BTW, Trump wants an end to the debt ceiling.
Also, some Rep on Fox which I watched for a few minutes last night said, in effect, don’t worry about any shutdown because fed checks won’t stop which, as I’ve previously pointed out is the only thing that might force change, but neither half of the UniParty would want that because it would be political suicide. Instead, as usual, they’ll just close down “essential” things like national parks.
So, there’s your next “Trump” CONgress which will have the lowest House RINO majority in 90 years and will not change hands in a way significant enough to prevent results like that which just happened. Trump vetoes to bring the fedgov to a halt in any sufficient way (checks stop) will be 2/3 overridden in a New York minute and, because of that, the BS DOGE advisory group will be as successful as Reagan’s (see below).

WASHINGTON — The House rejected a bill Thursday to keep the government funded temporarily after Republican leaders reneged on an earlier bipartisan deal and made modifications to appease President-elect Donald Trump, billionaire Elon Musk and an internal GOP revolt.
The vote was 174-235, with one Democrat voting present, falling far short of the two-thirds majority needed to pass it under a fast-track process. Two Democrats voted for the bill, and Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, was the lone present vote, while the rest of the party opposed it. Thirty-eight Republicans voted against the bill, as well, with conservatives saying it did not substantially reduce federal spending.
The failed bill put together by Johnson and other Republican leaders had Trump’s endorsement…
After the vote, Johnson did not provide any details about next steps in the House. Instead, he sought to cast blame on Democrats for the vote tally. Similarly, Musk and the Trump transition team both pointed the finger at Democrats.
The 116-page bill released Thursday would have funded the government through March 14. It also would have extended the country’s debt limit through Jan. 30, 2027, in response to a key, eleventh-hour request from Trump.
Trump praised the deal on Truth Social, calling it a “success,” and urged both Republicans and Democrats to vote yes.
“Speaker Mike Johnson and the House have come to a very good Deal for the American People. The newly agreed to American Relief Act of 2024 will keep the Government open, fund our Great Farmers and others, and provide relief for those severely impacted by the devastating hurricanes,” Trump wrote.
On Thursday morning, Trump went even further, telling NBC News that Congress needs to abolish the debt ceiling entirely. In a phone interview, Trump said that some Democrats have wanted to eliminate the debt ceiling for years and that he would “lead the charge” in that effort.

I am glad my Rep Eric Burlison voted against it. It would had raised the debt ceiling for over 2 years, not the mid 2025 that was agreed upon.
