Good morning, Garrison 💕☕🌲 We’ve spent the past four days on a mission to find and then organize new auto and home insurance after the company we’ve been with for nearly 20 years jacked up our rates darned close to 100%. Contrary to their well known motto, in no way was this well known company “on our side.” Not easy, let me tell you. But the deed is done, every i dotted and t crossed. It was with great pleasure we cancelled our old policy, metaphorically sticking our tongues out as we did so.
So now with that stressful and time consuming job out of the way, I am looking forward to listening to your lovely lady…with a cup of coffee of course ☕💕
Good morning, Bet! Went through a similar thing in August with our auto insurance. One of the big ones, had been with them since 1988 but the kept jacking up the rates every 6 months. So when our agent told us of the 40% hike coming, we switched. ❤️😍

The new company asked if we’d had a new roof. Yes, four years ago. They wanted proof we’d put it on. But when I searched for the docs, found every one…HOA approval, shingles delivery and invoice, payment from the insurance company… but for some reason couldn’t lay our hands on the completion doc. Got in touch with the young man who was so good and whom we love who told the company had been sold on. Ugh!!!
So then his new boss who remembered our house, sent notice to the insurance company that indeed it had been put on. But we were told they wanted the lengthy details, which he couldn’t provide…another but bigger UGH!!!
in the end while Chris was on the phone with one rep who was explaining they needed them for the underwriters, the wonderful young woman who had been so helpful phoned, asked how it was going. Chris told her how frustrating it all was (I mean, who orders and has shingles delivered if they’re not going on the roof?? Yes, yes I hear you saying…plenty I’ll bet and all down to fraud ). She told him don’t stress, application approved. Must have been his posh British accent 😂
Cancelling our existing policy was a doddle. And a pleasure…and there you have it. Our four day saga.
We are grateful to be able to get insurance, given the horrible stories I’ve read, especially in Florida, NC, Tenn, the Northeastern states, on and on…

Texas has an interesting state policy that provided for sharply reduced insurance charges for older adults who drive less than 50 miles a day. Gonna’ look into that ‘fer sure.
Been a bit ill with a persistent chest cold. Fortunately it is breaking up but, being an old guy now, these things tend to stick around longer than the used to. Little ‘Tink dutifully looked after me, making sure all was well. Good kitty 🙂

We too have lost pet cats to old age, Lorrie, as well as having lost young cats to leukemia and other illnesses. To lose two in such a short space of time is doubly painful.
I understand your heartache for your lost loved pets. I know that my wife and I love the pets in our house since our children are grown and one is many states away while the other is consumed by his work. The cats bring life to the home that fills up the “empty nest”.

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

“Mind splitter, code keeper, builder of the altars” – and more. It is told that when Israel stood before Mt Sinai to receive the tablets, God “looked” at them with 1 eye. Why only one?? Because, even though they were about to “see” the word of God Himself, even then they had one eye on the Golden calf. So, God only “looked” at them with 1 eye of mercy. This relates to our “mind split” in as much as we can only hold ONE thought in our minds at a given moment, WE have to power to choose either to empower it if it be a positive thought, or to “reject”/replace that thought with a positive. Of course this is happening almost sub-consciously and very fast, but if we concentrate and practice it is absolutely possible to “switch” and substitute a negative with a positive – thereby forcing a positive mindset. The dark side will fight a person day and night to try convince the person that it’s no use, look at you, who are you, etc etc etc in order to generate and amplify the negative, and over time destroying the person in their own eyes. Kinda what is being done to us on a daily basis by the media, society, government, even friends and family (those hurt). So yep, don’t let that “mind splitter” separate you from the day when God will “look” at us with both eyes of mercy, together having finally defeated the “split” forever.

To be honest, I’m not sure if you have been gifted special “powers”, but whether you are aware or not, the writing you just posted felt like God Himself speaking to me. Not every line is relevant to the “now”, but I have certainly experienced most if not all – some are particularly relevant to what is very relevant as we speak. Tough times I’m afraid, however I do understand and recognize His supervision – doesn’t mean I like all of it though 🙂
Frankly, Speak – if God’s message is to be applied universally – it would speak to many – some in the past – and – some in the now – unfortunately !!!
One commenter said he believed the poems were speaking to him personally – which only means he can relate to their messages – not the one who penned them.
I have no special powers – but I have been ‘gifted’ with the ability to transmit what God wants His

They say we all have a certain commonality with characters in the Bible – IE those we find ourselves particularly drawn to. Sometimes it is a combination of some of their attributes, and sometimes one may be more “dominant” than others. For example a person may find themselves feeling like Job (pretty popular guy – lol), or like Moses fighting against Pharaoh (frustrated). Some even compared President Trump to Jehu (he drove his chariot like crazy) lol. In any event I’ve long felt you are connected/have characteristics to King David (both poets) with similar sentiment. An honor indeed. Lately I’ve been feeling a lot like Jacob (he strives with God) – making the timing of your post most remarkable. The tree is truly blessed to have you as a branch.

Why is it all of a sudden, when I try to play the embedded videos, it jumps away to a screen stating : “sign in the prove you’re not a bot”
This occurrence is relentless, yet there is no way to sign into anything, and what would you be signing into anyway ?
This happening to anyone else ? Anyone figure out how to stop it ? It’s only very recently that this has begun.

I am a bit on edge writing this. I have posted here before the goings-on in the public education system here in Indiana. The people of Indiana gave Senator Mike Braun the Governor’s seat. I received a letter from him basically telling me that “thanks for keeping me informed about the Lebanon Community School District. With the transition of my office, please forward your concerns to my successor.”
Mike Braun has determined to keep Katie Jenner, the current head of the IN Dept of Education… which basically means he captured the office he wanted, and now our kids are sold up the river to this regime of satanic education and propaganda-infused doctrine that is breeding mental illness, violence, and poor academic performance for our children.
That horrible Principal of my daughter’s former public school, Frank Meyer, got scot-free with all his shenanigans. The School Board held a “trial” and found him not guilty – so with their little police force on campus, self-contained, self-appointed judicial oversight, and complete lack of accountability to our parents and our children – they have become an entirely self-encapsulated concentration camp of mental illness and Eli Lilly endowed social and mental experimentation. No one holds them accountable. No one. Not even law enforcement or child protective services. As a matter of fact, more and more child protective services is complicit in the abuse of these children who do not have parental advocacy.
Did I ever mention that they gave me advice on a summer school that was $12,000 to send Savannah to, so she could become a laundress???? Yep. $12,000 for an away program – so she could learn to be a hotel industry maid… tell me they aren’t putting our children into slavery!!!! And if I couldn’t afford the $12,000 tuition expense, I could take it out on a low interest line of credit. I WENT BALLISTIC. Savannah is not a throw-away and she is highly functioning and capable of grasping complex understanding – when TAUGHT THE RIGHT WAY. She already knows how to do the laundry, cook meals, and take care of most tasks – with exception of driving a car. Did I mention she can FLY A CESSNA AIRPLANE????? She’s done it three times… and as God is my witness… she’ll do it again!
I am so GLAD I voted Libertarian. I voted for Trump, but for Governor… especially with Micah Beckwith “installed” as the Lt. Governor via a B.S. end run with the IN Delegates… there was no way on God’s green Earth… that the RINO (Charlie Kirk promoted and wannabes) were getting my vote. It is proven ONCE AGAIN – that the State of Indiana is captured by the WORST UNIPARTY CREATURES I have ever seen… and I’ve lived in Los Angeles AND Seattle – so I’ve seen some crap!
I am so sickened by it that I can barely see straight. The Lord Is Sovereign and vengeance is His. These people should be cursed generation upon generation for shirking their responsibility when it comes to our children. Every single person who supports, contributes, participates in the violation of our children will go before God for judgement.
God will weigh the impacts of their deeds on our kids who have been hurt by industrial manipulated food, vaccine injuries, mental corruptions and manipulations… for Christ said in Mark 10:14-16 “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” 16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.”
God values our little ones. Our “representatives” use them as bargaining chips. Old boss same as the new boss.
The idea of continuing to work in the State of Indiana – forced into B.S. Obamacare which the Washington Deep State Critters just excluded themselves from in the most recent Continuing Resolution to fund the Government, along with continuing to take away our rights to body autonomy in the form of allowing faux vax mandates and other nefarious and utter NONSENSE that completely VIOLATES THE MANDATE WE VOTERS ISSUES TO PRESIDENT TRUMP… makes me want to leave this country. I am only 51 years old, but the corruption is more than I can stand.
I work for a small business. Our “Affordable Care Act” health insurance is almost $700/month and the insurer Ambetter by MHS just defaulted on about $3,000 of blood tests for me. The health insurance covers nothing and is not taken by ANY REPUTABLE DOCTORS – assuming we could find a reputable doctor. We still have my Functional Medicine lady, but she’s quickly becoming unretainable if my health insurance doesn’t cover any of the tests she orders.
So why should I contribute? Why should I continue paying for garbage insurance when all the ILLEGALS get everything FOR FREE. CASH, FOOD STAMPS, FREE RENT FOR TWO YEARS, FREE HEALTHCARE – just head to the closest E.R. for the gimme give away. Small business is held hostage trying to give their employees living wages and benefits, yet the restrictions and taxation placed on us is outrageous!
I am disheartened. I flee to the Arms of The Lord Who Cares for all that concerns me. He counts the tears I cry and He knows the angst in my soul when I see the wicked. I truly believe what Revelation says and take literally what it reveals will happen.
Get right with God, folks. Minister to who you can, but protect yourselves. Yes, Trump will be President, but I have no faith in the Charlie Kirk promoted appointees that are infiltrating the Administration again. It is more than one man can change and we must keep our faith in ONLY THE ONE WHO CAN CHANGE THINGS… CHRIST HIMSELF.
I’m sorry this isn’t better news – but I wanted to keep you informed of what I am witnessing. Maybe, too, this will help us with our prayers and how we still need to watch these cretins at the local level. Trump may be Federal but with the RINO’s of the Republican Governors’ Association – we still need to watch our backs. You can barely tell a RINO from a DemonRat. They’re opposing wings of the same cancerous bird.
Live your best life. We are. To hell with them – quite literally.
No need to apologize! The crazy you describe has infiltrated so much and has been going on for so long, it will take time to fix it. Hopefully the team Trump has put together will make huge strides at correcting the crazy and in time, the strides will filter down. Much like the crazy got so bad that Trump won so overwhelmingly that his election (in spite of the Dems attempts to prevent it) was solidified all around. Sit back, relax, have a peaceful Christmas, and watch come January and after. It will actually be fun, and the fun has already begun.

Ohhh friends!!! It IS the CHRISTmas season. I am sorry for my terrible post. I can’t believe CHRISTmas is next week!!!! We love the season and are looking forward to winding down. I’m off from the 21st of December through January 5th and I may just collapse in a heap!
Kiddo is so good! She passed her year anniversary at her job and sadly her store manager was demoted and moved to another location. She wept over that – and quite a few put in their resignations – but Savannah is standing tall and pushing through and forward. She’s ready to help and train where needed. She’s finishing up her last night class this evening and she’ll be off until the first of the year from school – but will continue her jobs shifts.
I will refrain from posting more negativity. I will strive instead to FOCUS SOLELY on GOD’S PROMISES which are for all of our ultimate GOOD. GOD IS GOOD AND MERCIFUL AND WORTHY OF PRAISE!
