A preemptive pardon might actually turn out to better serve the cause. Consider that preemptive pardoning removes many of the legal protections the accused would have.

When you’re prosecuting a true criminal, you still have to limit your accusations to what will stick in court, and be willing to listen to all their defense BS, and not only win it in court, but in the public arena. To the extent that Congress would be involved with prosecution, you’d have taken them off-task from passing careful legislation needed to make America great again.

But if the culprits get pre-pardoned, now you’re free to produce fact-finding documentation–and that’s what we really want in order to drain the swamp. Freed from the legal system, you can tell the actual truth and set the record straight, while “outing” those in the media who repeat lies, defend the corrupt, and protect the government from the people.

Hey Bernie, put the shoe on YOUR foot. Had you been running for President and had Pelosi choose members of a “committee” to “investigate” you for “crimes” that consist mainly of questioning suspicious activity during your election (after all, Bernie, you were the victim of the same cabal that used nefarious circumstances in ballot counting not to mention using a method NEVER BEFORE USED to get ballots out to millions of people who haven’t voted in years or en masse going into Memory Care Units to “record” the “votes” of those with severe dementia into signing a ballot. Maybe you think that these tactics are free and fair, especially knowing that you spent time in Russia in your earlier days and have stated publicly that it is a great place.
Suppose Pelosi had named a committee of all Bernie haters to investigate you, would you agree with the “results” of this committee’s investigation? Especially if every one of those members hate you to their core?

On another subject, do you trust the same government officials who told you that the Chinese “weather balloon” was not an issue and allowed it to fly completely over the country including over some of our critical military bases? Sounds as though you do as long as the person at the head of the country is a radical liberal leftist.

Totally sad that our government officials are so corrupt they seek a pardon when not convicted. Pretty much says they should be. I looked up the definition and here it is: The president can issue a pardon at any point after a crime is committed and before, during or after criminal proceedings have taken place. The president cannot, however, pardon someone for future crimes. A pardon covers both the offender’s conviction for the crime and the sentence for that crime. So anyone pardon by Biden admits a crime has been committed. Says a lot for our r ruing, judicial, and intelligence, doesn’t it? One person who has said he doesn’t need a pardon because he committed no crime is President Trump.

I don’t believe willful demonstrated sedition and treason have a finite prosecution time line or are pardonable.

Mass, pre-emptive presidential pardons are a direct assault on the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law in the USA. It is a signal to any potential president to hire vicious criminals to do his/her dirty work with no regard for the law with confidence the endless crimes they commit will be wiped away.

The American people should reject this destruction of our system and act in accordance with the statements of The Declaration of Independence using the sovereign, plenary power of the people themselves to throw off this tyranny by whatever means they believe necessary to end the tyranny.

Any pre-emptive pardon should be pretext to public inquisition and taken as admission of guilt on behalf of the recipient.

A preemptive pardon is useless. It will stop ZERO investigations. It will stop zero subpoenas. It will not protect people who lie under oath or obstruct investigations. It will stop zero documents from declassification/unredaction.

And, in keeping with the oblivious and transparent lack of self awareness, talk of preemptive pardons makes them look even more guilty of crimes.

I’m also curious how much the Biden’s will be interested in protecting the people who pushed Joe down the stairs last summer. The various phony indictments sealed Trump’s victory.

The Uniparty is conditioning us for mass pardons. At least Clinton waited until 1/20/2001 at about 11am to pardon Marc Rich, a stone cold criminal thief who bought his pardon. Reno wouldn’t even sign it, so they got Holder to do it, making his bones.

Today, no shame attaches to such travesty. The Uniparty and Deep State demands it.

Pardons don’t mean there will be no investigations or the revelation of what those investigations uncover.

However, by accepting a pre-emptive pardon appears to remove the individuals who accept such pardons any ability to mount a defense which a trial would provide; acceptance is no different than an admission of guilt.

People will remember only that the individual was guilty and had no defense for their actions. Temporary relief turns into a lifetime of shame doesn’t seem like a fair trade.

Plus, that burden of shame will live on in the family and the accepter’s heirs, forever.

Discussions have also begun about the presidential pardon process, no doubt laying the groundwork for resisting PDJT’s pardons when his second term is ending.

If a person has not been prosecuted, convicted and sentenced, that person is innocent. And you cannot pardon an innocent man. In other words, do not confuse the power to pardon (in the Constitution) with the power to immunize (not in the Constitution).

So if the Potatus “pardons” anyone who has not been convicted, ignore it! Just go full steam ahead and prosecute them. We know the process is the punishment, so put them through years of hell and millions of dollars in fees.

And at the end of the day, I expect that the Supreme Court will disallow “prospective pardons,” and the criminals will be put behind bars.

Don’t the Dems realizing by admitting that Hillary, Schiff and Peloisi all should be given pardons they are admitting that those Dems broke the law???? I’m thoroughly perplexed at how you can per-emptively pardon anybody. The legal definition of pardon is “the excusing of an offense without a penalty”. How do you excuse and offense that has yet to be committed? How do you excuse an offense for which a person has yet to be convicted? This just doesn’t seem constitutional on any level.
