How about this: We relitigate all of these cases in a fair court of law. It does not need to be bias, only fair. We show the illegality at all levels. We show Ray Epps as a fed plant, illegal interpretation of existing law, etc. And, with this we can send the truly guilty people to jail without a single pardon. I want to see Marchan and Graves in jail for legal malfeasance.

I don’t know of course, but keep harping on this maybe just wishful thinking, but Representative Barry Loudermilk of GA is the head of a Republican subcommittee investigating J6 as well as the Select Committee J6 Report.
He has access to the 40,000 hours of video and, I think, FBI whistleblowers and Capitol Police Whistleblowers. He has already released, drip by drip, information about the Select Committee hiding and deleting testimony, possibly illegally influencing testimony and destroying video testimony evidence. They also misrepresented testimony to the public to make President Trump look guilty of driving the J6 riot and going into the capitol.
He may also have uncovered evidence of FBI and others engaged in driving the whole J6 rioting and incursion into the Capitol.
Rep. Loudermilk has said he is going to release his report in mid-December. I’m hoping his report will show that the Select Committee Report was at a minimum flawed and inaccurate or show it was apolitical report to hurt President Trump that was fraudulently created and he will recommend the DOJ investigate individuals. I also hope his report will show that the J6 riots were due to FBI and others engaged in the event and the lack of security created the opportunity for rioting to occur.
We’ll see what comes out if indeed it ever does like so many investigations that Washington does that quietly gets deep sixed.

How this could all play out in the coming months and years:
Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and other Republican legal scholars argue that “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” should exclude the children from illegal aliens from the protections.
This could be accomplished simply by applying Section 5 of the 14th Amendment. Section 5 states that: “The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”

Of course, it will be challenged in the court of law, with the Supreme Court making the final determination.
The final result will most likely be a scaling back of the 14th Amendment to its original intent. It won’t happen as quickly as one might hope, but it will happen. This will alter the fabric of the United States for future generations and is critically important to maintaining the fabric and nature of American society.

The fall caused McConnell to skip the presser afterward and left him with a cut on his face.

I have a coin op laundry and most of my machines (speed queen commercial) are 25-30 years old and run very well with a little care…. they are fantastic. I am not sure that any new washer (with all the new restrictions) would be very good.
