Plus, it was the jurors’ collective common experience to be exposed to the unpredictability of the mentally ill on the subways. They knew.

I also believe the stupid maneuver by the DA in dismissing the greater charge in order to manipulate a guilty verdict on the lesser, was a serious legal blunder. These DEI people, so blinded by their racism, simply do not have the intellectual ability to think rationally. By dismissing the greater charge on Friday, requiring the jury to return on Monday, gave the jurors the opportunity to discuss the whole sordid thing with their families and vent about it. They were able to understand how the entire thing was a sham – a DEI show trial based on race, as the fact that the DA did not believe in the truth of the greater charge came into focus for them. They understood they’d been played. If there had been any votes for guilt on the lesser, the remaining jurors immediately changed those minds, as the jury came back one hour after they’d gone back for their deliberations on Monday. Only one hour. There was nothing to discus, and they were resentful at the fact they’d been required to return. Think about it: Get up extra early, do the transport into or around lower Manhattan, find a parking place or ride the subway (yet again – and maybe see another mentally ill person harassing others), rapidly walk to the courthouse to ensure a timely arrival, with some of them probably seething the entire time. I’ll bet the DEI DAs never even thought about those things. I once had a jury nullification in the face of clear factual guilt because the judge presiding was a complete jerk to me, a young public defender at that time. Jurors can and do rebel given the circumstances.
And, prayer! Let’s not forget that. GOD is good.

There is no doubt that Zimmerman, 28 years old at the time, shot and killed the 17-year-old Martin. But there is also no doubt that Zimmerman was framed for Martin’s murder. He should never have been arrested, and should never have had to stand trial. He was saved from a life in prison by a six-woman jury too naive to anticipate the public shaming that awaited them when they voted to acquit.
Within weeks of the Feb. 26, 2012, shooting it was clear to anyone paying attention — shout out here to Sundance and the “Treepers” at the Conservative Tree House — that Zimmerman was the victim of a vicious, unprovoked assault by an aspiring MMA fighter nearly half-a-foot taller. Had Zimmerman not shot Martin he very likely would have been beaten to death.

This is an important point. “Malicious prosecution,” and “depriving rights under the color of law” are both felony offenses. my comment – sounds like the judges in the D.C. circuit are telling agencies it’s okay to go outside your limited authority to mess with things not in your purview even after the Supreme Court already told various agencies they can’t do that. Thanks to Biden, there is legal precedent that a president can fire any federal appointee, even if the appointee’s term isn’t up.

The Supreme Court just approved a lower court’s ruling (the 7th Fed District) that supports the right of the State to raise our children. In a 6-3 decision, the court ruled Schools can encourage CHILDREN to chemically and physically change their sex and HIDE the facts from the PARENTS.
It is bad enough that this ruling favors the further degradation of our social structure via Transgender grooming but it sets a precedent that allows the State to make parental decisions without involving the actual parents of children in ALL situations.
Further proof that the current court cannot be relied upon to rule favorably when a key issue of power and money is on the line.

This is another issue heaped upon President Trump’s plate to fix with proposed legislation to Congress.
It’s another ruling on standing by SCOTUS. Looks like the parents had to wait until they could prove that one of their children was actually being groomed by the teachers before being able to sue.
Even that will not stop the grooming and recruiting … which degenerates will claim is a first amendment right and “responsibility” of the state educations system to perform…so long as the degenerates do not physically participate in the actual “execution”…the degenerates are just “providing information”.
This is a very dangerous precedent involving grooming and recruiting by State employees for any STATE supported belief while excluding Parents from that activity.
This goes far beyond beliefs in Transgenderism …. it sanctions grooming and recruiting of CHILDREN into any State supported “..ISM” one can name. It’s a legally protected carte blanche to the degenerates of the State.

Not taking up a case is not necessarily approving the lower court ruling. There’s a limit to the number of cases they can take, and sometimes it’s about priorities, sometimes it’s about not liking particular facts in the lower case and waiting for a better one, sometimes it’s that there’s another case in the queue that might be better, sometimes it’s a trade-off re what cases to take up, sometimes it’s about whether an issue is likely to be resolved another way, e.g. Trump. Just saying.
