I’m not good at this, but just thinking not too hard, if it came to ranked choice with Trump, wouldn’t we pick someone like RFK Jr. instead of Harris, if it came down to that?

Sending money earned in America freely, without regulations, by illegals from the USA to foreign citizens does not seem very reasonable or smart. There should be a way to control this that is not going to mess with actual citizens sending money to family members who are American citizens over seas. The “fact” is that Joe Biden is trying to pardon himself.
I hope that US States will immediately sue, taking the case directly to the US Supreme Court as their “court of primary jurisdiction” in such cases. These 4,000 political appointees ostensibly rule 432 agencies (as listed by the Federal Register) as well as some 2.9 million employees (aside from the military and postal service) that effectively inhabit permanent jobs. This permanent state – sometimes called the deep state – knows the ropes and the processes of government far better than any temporary political appointee, thus reducing the appointed jobs to cosmetic positions for the press to hound while the real actions of government take place behind the scenes.
From 2020 and onward, the American people got to know this administrative state well. They ordered us to wear masks. They deployed their influence to close small businesses and churches. Actually, if you look the Federal Govt. “IMPOSED” very few of those listed mandates, cause it does not have the authority, and it KNOWS it.
It required masks be worn at all times, ON ALL FEDERAL PROPERTY, cause thats the only jurisdiction it has.
And, to to oversite of transpirtation, it ORDERED masks be worn and maybe social distancing on all PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
ALL of the rest, the closing of churches, etc was done by City, County and State officials, that when challenged may have blamed the Feds, but they were CDC GUIDELINES.
The main area where the FEDERAL Govt. exerted control, was with Hospitals and Clinics, and that was thru changing the standards, of the Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement policies for treatment.
THATS what “guided” the hospitals by, in effect saying “You can TREAT Covid patients any way you choose, but THIS is what we will reimburse you for, and by that circuitous route they dictated the standard of care which included sending home until really sick, run-death-is-near, ventilators, isolation etc.
Notice not ALL States sent Covid patients into nursing homes, it was only around 5, IIRC.

Thanks Federalist Society. Let’s hope there is a better process for picking judges than there was during President Trump’s last term. I will never forget what it was like when they came. They made it to my door, with their stupid battering ram and joint terrorism task force all masked and hooded up. My son was on the front porch made gun point trying to go to school seeing those little red dots on him forever changed my perception of this government.
I will never be able to look at them the same, the people that can carry out these horrific actions for people who peacefully protested. My case was ultimately resolved with a misdemeanor trespassing charge and a ridiculous federal prison sentence and years of probation ridicule media harassment and destruction of everything normal I spent a lifetime building.
