Many people are wondering who recommended him to President-elect Donald Trump (possible hint below). No one is certain, but the withdrawal is a positive sign. This guy was one of the worst sheriffs in Florida for COVID-19 enforcement, and leans left under the mask of leaning right.
For President Trump this withdrawal is a slight hiccup, and he will likely not be happy with the person who recommended the nomination.

There is more work to be done for the citizens of Hillsborough County and a lot of initiatives I am committed to fulfilling. For a proper vetting there should be a team that looks though the person’s history and tries to find reasons to not nominate him. Like does the person have a drinking problem for example.

I suspect that the reason for the hurry is the possibility that PJDT will assume orifice PRIOR to 1/20/25.
Think about it. SCOTUS is supposed to have rendered their decision on the Brunson case (2020 Election interference). Justice Thomas has hinted around that the decision has been made in the affirmative (SCOTUS AGREES that there WAS election interference).
If true this means that the faux Biden admin is shown the door immediately, all of their decisions, Presidential Orders, signed legislation, etc. is all null & void & PJDT & his Cabinet are immediately brought in. 2 big things come to mind here:
Let us keep in mind that PJDT signed a PEAD (Presidential Emergency Action Document) BEFORE he “left” orifice. If SCOTUS rules that the 2020 election WAS tainted, with military assistance, PJDT & his Cabinet will be installed immediately.
This could be a few days from becoming reality. That means Trump benefits by having most/all of his Cabinet in place to start immediate clean-up of the swamp & thus a reason for Trump’s hurry in filling his Cabinet.
That’s gonna be a pretty tall order revoking all that went before. I’m sure if Brunson falls in DJT’s favor, there will probably be adjustments made. For what and when, that’s speculation at this point.

I never heard about him invoking PEADS. If so, it changes everything, and for the better. He would have to declare a National Emergency first. I left a comment below suggesting that a nominee from the logistics world would be better than someone from law enforcement. Military logistics would be even better.
A good candidate from the military might not even need to have had drugs impact his family. He would need to be a leader who looks at a supply management system and recognizes how to make it more efficient. That is the type of person who could have a better chance of staying ahead of the cartels and drug dealers as they innovate around pressure points.

When you do not have core beliefs, your decisions will not be consistent because you have no basis from which to work. When you have no core belief and you aspire greatness you will always go in the direction the wind is blowing. Pam Bondi always has her finger in the wind to see which way it is blowing so she can make her decisions.
As has been previously stated, the work is done on a lower level and the director is a person to be seen. I think we can agree Pam is easy on the eyes.
With that all said, if we keep a steady wind blowing in the right direction Pam will be fine. If you are concerned about her not playing exactly by the rules I would ask you to check out the last directors. There may come times when we may need the rules “bent” a little in our favor.

Sheriff Mark Lamb from Pinal County would be a great choice to head the DEA. He has always been in Trump’s corner and refused to enforce COVID restrictions on the grounds they were unconstitutional. He has experience dealing with the cartels and the very personal, tragic experience of losing his son’s family to a drunk and drugged driver.
I’ve never had sympathy for the COVID crusader crowd & I’ll keep most of my feelings about them to myself. B/c historically the situation in a pandemic or plague is always similar, going back centuries. We learned from the Black Plague not to just let disease spread & that’s a good thing. It’s also true that any emergency situation creates new forms of social control which some part of the population & those in power will abuse or prolong
