As the story is told, the unwillingness of President-Elect Trump and his transition team to comply with the rules of the bureaucracy in DC this time, has led to the Administrative State refusing to comply with any transition of power, specifically as it relates to Robert F Kennedy Jr and the healthcare transition team.
If President-Elect Trump would just adhere to the DC transition rules, then the DC bureaucrats who run the Executive Branch might be more willing to comply with requests. However, unless and until President Trump accepts the administrative state’s power over him, they are at loggerheads.
Given the “trillions at stake” in the Health and Human Services system, we can only imagine the internal dynamic and pressure from lobbyists to keep their equity stakes as long as possible.
WASHINGTON DC – Advisers to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reached out to the Health and Human Services Department multiple times after Donald Trump tapped him to lead the massive agency, hoping to jumpstart coordination before his takeover in late January. They were rebuffed.
Kennedy’s inability to communicate with the agency he may soon manage, confirmed by an administration official with knowledge of the episodes granted anonymity to describe internal deliberations, is just one consequence of the president-elect’s continued foot-dragging on signing the standard trio of ethics and transparency agreements with the federal government — something his team pledged to do shortly after the election.
The Trump transition’s unprecedented delay in signing the agreements has so far prevented the incoming administration from having any formal contact with federal agencies, including sending in groups of policy advisers known as “landing teams.” It also means they can’t access cybersecurity support or secure email servers for transition-related work, or request FBI background checks for their nominees.
Both the Trump transition and the White House confirmed to POLITICO that negotiations on the agreements are still underway. But until the standoff is resolved, Trump’s Cabinet nominees will gain no more insight than the general public into the workings of the departments they’re supposed to run. (READ MORE)

RFK, clean house with dogers.
We can do this the easy way or the hard way…
Gonna be the Hard Way, the Uni-Rat Party is Not giving up their/them’s Che$$e. democRats are Bolsheviks, rinoRats are Quislings, Both are Despicable Crooks.
I spit
I think that is true to an extent, but alot of govt. workers will say it’s time to retire, or just change jobs.
They know it’s only a matter of time, so they’ll get out while the gettin’ is good.
If they have accrued benefits, they will grab those and hit the road.
As for the remaining hardliners in specific positions, well get the popcorn ready.
The hard way is better for us all.
Yep, take names of those resisting and then transition them to an office in Shemya Ak or Thule Greenland. If they refuse the transfer they can be fired.
Then they may be eligible for relocation incentives.🤷♀️💁
Up to 25% more added to their current salary if they
meet the requirements.
Great way to get a 25% raise.
Relocation Incentives

💥 💥 Trying to convey to everyone just how
large and complex the Federal Government
is💥💥💥
That was then this is now and we have a new sheriff in town with a mandate from the owners of the company. We the people.
As my boss used to say, “you can do whatever you want on the last day you were here. “
The Boss ant always right, but the boss is always the boss. That from my old Train master.
In all seriousness, the changes RFK Jr. wants to make will have to be phased in. He isn’t going to come in on day one and ban a bunch of colors and additives and so forth. There will have to be a transition to allow the old to be phased out in the new to be phased in. Otherwise, there will be massive disruptions to the supply chain. Not to mention, there is a procedure to be followed when making changes to federal regulations.
Plus, there will be just outright resistance to maintain the status quo. RFK Junior will have to fire some people, or if they have civil service protections, reassign them out of the position so they aren’t an obstacle. Send them to GSA to be in charge of liquid paper or pencils or something. Or the national parks service to coordinate pumping out public toilets.
I fully expect he will have to make a an example of somebody. Remember that Obama official who was recorded talking about the Romans terrorizing conquered people, suggesting that is a good way for a federal regulatory agency to act towards the industry it regulates. RFK Junior will need to go in and chop off some heads.
I had a old gunnery Sargent in The Marines ,he could explain it in a context even the shortest IQ could understand. I can’ t stop you from doing it,but i sure the heck break you from the habit. Gunny Pelican was good with his word.
*upskill*** not kill smh
Another thing, so far I haven’t seen much mention or consideration that a LOT of people’s bodies are used & addicted to these toxic crap additives. Just like someone coming off of toxic drugs, people can start having serious cravings/withdrawals and can alter their behavior, some not so much.
In addition to that, their bodies will need to get reaquainted to healthy food, cooking it, the flavor, etc etc.
I completely agree that the food system will also need adjusting and that can take time.
“their bodies will need to get reaquainted to healthy food, cooking it, the flavor, etc etc.”
Fat chance of that happening.
“Fat chance of that happening”.
An ” artful” word choice. Kudos.
“zombie” == doom merchant, perchance?
I agree, but I suspect/pretty darn sure a lot of people aren’t going to want to kick their habits due to their addictions to all of the crappy ingredients. I remember reading quite some time ago, when some one wants to change their diet dramatically & start eating healthier food, their mind & body sorta revolts. Their taste buds don’t/can’t recognize the taste & flavors of good food, all of the nuances in herbs & spices.
And, don’t get me started on soda drinks!!! The ingredients in those things…
One to 2 months maximum to adjust if one is honest.
I quit smoking on December 9, 1980 . . . cold turkey (I was but a mere child, then). 🙂
Fast forward to 2020, Mom and I are on one of our trips to the rehab and nursing hospital to visit our elderly friend . . . while our friend was at her Physical Therapy session, we found the snack machines and discovered these Fritos chile corn chips . . . not much else looked appetizing . . . oh, I think there were some Doritos in the machine as well.
I actually got hooked on those darn Fritos and just had to have one little bag and then two. Appalling, to myself. I knew better. Don’t ever get involved in those things. If you ever see them, run. I wonder if RFK, Jr. has any info on them because strangely I felt like I wanted a cigarette! It was inexplicable to me but then I stopped having those chips as there seemed to be a connection.
THE most important thing Trump needs to deal with, both legislatively and from a criminal justice standpoint is election integrity. If the Democrats steal another election it will be existential to the Republic. As important as all of the other priorities are, it is important that they do not over shadow cleaning up our elections. They can all be be dealt with later.
National voter ID law!
Careful you might fall into a trap with every American forced to receive a digital I.D..
not anything like a social security number, though
How about an old fashioned photo on your drivers license or approved photo ID?
Neither a complicated nor difficult process.
Those who agree with prioritizing “election integrity” and understand what Team PDJT is doing so that priority becomes a reality prior to the existential important 2026 election battles, also understand why The Regime is fuelling and amplifying rEEEEeeeactions to certain PDJT nominees, like his final chouce for AG,
Its also why those who understand what PDJT is up to AND want him to succeed, are publicly praising PDJT’s rEEEEeeee triggering nominees. And explaining why.
Yes!
The attorney Lin Wood constantly points that fact out.
Fix 2020 or nothing changes.
I.E. prove the election was stolen and prosecute everybody involved.
They certainly have a lot of evidence from the corrupt states/counties that were involved. Still no answers on the trucked ballots, GA warehouse fire, pallets dropped off at 3am, double scanning ballots, indicting a clerk for backing up a server, erasing post election data, dysfunctional scanners on Election Day, preventing poll watching, No voter ID, mail in ballots, harvesting, no signature verification…..a total fiasco.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the HIV/AIDS Hoax •
If you haven’t read RFKjr’s recent book about Fouci you are in for a surprise.
RFKjr spends 200 pages arguing/proving that AIDS was a hoax perpetrated by Fouci and others to rake in billions of government tax dollars for HHS and also promote the deadly but lucrative treatment for “AIDS”, a failed chemo therapy drug AZT.
This story according to the author Ron Unz has a direct connection to the multi billion dollar vaccine program. And the fear that parents in America might lose faith in the pharmaceutical companies biggest profit maker, pediatric vaccines.
https://www.unz.com/runz/robert-f-kennedy-jr-and-the-hiv-aids-hoax/#comment-6878228
He can get on TV and announce the schedule for the removal of “known carcinogens” and “known inflammatory substances” and watch the manufacturers scramble and a lot of stock get pulled from shelves.
RFKjr put out some youtube videos detailing what these bad things are and where they come from. The yellow dye that goes into the “healthy” gatorade product is a frikken petroleum byproduct.
If he makes it a habit to get in front of white house news conferences he can do a LOT of “damage” to the food producers.
And he can NAIL them to the wall by pointing out “they already know how to make it healthier.. the stuff they sell to Canada doesn’t have this stuff in it!”
He’s already done a couple of videos on additives. Check your news sources.
RFK Jr could take a page from Robby Starbucks’ ops manual.
This is good. VERY GOOD! Now he knows who to fire first.
RFK has his work cut out for him. When you take on a job were the employees are worthless criminal minded children, who have freeloaded all their adult life off the tax payer, hey day gonna bee hard to handle.
It’s pretty hard to fire career bureaucrats.
They can get rid of political appointees quickly.
But the bureaucrats pretty much run the show.
They can move the more recalcitrant bureaucrats to do nothing jobs. But they still have to be paid.
That, in and of itself needs to change. No person should have a guaranteed job.
I’m pretty sure that Supreme Court ruling on immunity gave the president authority to fire anybody in the executive branch. That’s new if correct and a game changer.
I’m pretty sure employees retain the right to appeal adverse actions to the MSPB.
If it comes from the power of the chief executive (president) it’s easy. That power comes directly from the US Constitution. Any law repugnant to the constitution in is null and void. So any law or policy created at the behest of government employee unions are unconstitutional.
I think you will find the “necessary and proper” clause of Art I/8 will prevail. Civil Service law is not directly related to any union.
Media narrative: Chaos in the Trump administration
White House narrative: the rats are jumping ship
They will get their comeuppance in spades. The State Dept. personnel. are mainly pushing the war to cover for their malfeasance, with an assist from the CIA. The nihilist urge is strong with these people with no allegiance to the Republic.
Priceless cartoon…so many true caricatures…love the the capitol covered in money bags, the epicenter of corruption and bribery.
Kudos to the artist….well done!
Dealing with beaurocrats is like ,trying to talk to your dentist or explain to your doctor in decent terms, why you think the medical industrial sucks.Just crazy stars and a Um Uh now and then.
You need to find diffsrent Drs. .mine agree the system is totally f*cked up.
I was done with trust, that day I went in for my regular checkup. There was a lady in the foyer . She said to me we need to check your Temperature and here is a mask,I said no thanks I will be back after the crazy train leave the terminal. Was three years before i went back. The medical industry complex is a total mess.
I changed all my doctors over that nonsense to ones who agreed it was nonsense.
The system is designed to make it hard to change doctors.
By paying cash you could just fire them on the spot.
But many of the centers with multiple doctors are not accepting patients who pay cash.
And low income mothers on Medicaid are trapped with few choices.
Fortunately, these unsuccessful attempts at “explaining” can lead to learning how to improve persuasion and communication skills.
This quest is a Never Ending Journey filled with delight, increasing success and heart warming feedback.
Sending bon voyage best wishes to all Light Hearteds willing to on this journey.
#MAHAMAGA
Have to agree Larry, and they don’t take much time to listen and know where their bread is buttered.
My experience is usually seeing a Phys Asst, not a doctor, and they are always pressed for time.
Note The Yellow Kid is in the lower left hand corner … that’s a hat tip to the very first political cartoon figure, the grandaddy of all political memes.
Another things that will hobble RFK Jr. is lousy staff picks.
Maybe a U.S. Senator or two can call a meeting with some of these people. They could talk about some of the things RFK Jr. would be talking with the agency people about.
RFK Jr. could sit in, as a member of the public.
There’s more than one way to skin a bear cub.
I am still leery of RFK overall, but he is an ‘operator’, meaning he has skeletons(admittedly) and has gotten his hands dirty going against serious forces. This type of stuff will only steel his resolve(hopefully).
Just think of what Tulsi will go through… Hopefully the government’s ‘force’ attempts will stiffen spines once and for all.
Trump is a wonderful leader that has that rare quality to lead by example; hopefully folks will remain ‘steady'(The Patriot).
are these the same people worried about losing their jobs!
There is a Presidential Transition Act, but the FBI vetting candidates is not part of it. Nor is the concern of lobbyists about the incoming Administration taken into consideration.
I would say uncooperative Federal employees have cause to be fired if they do not comply.
https://presidentialtransition.org/transition-resources/transition-timeline/
Federal employees being uncooperative with the Chief Executive should be immediately terminated!
Who do they think they are, anyway? I mean, look at how they’ve defied Executive Orders before, such as EO 14043 issued by the President in Sept 2021:
https://en.m.wikisource.org/wiki/Executive_Order_on_Requiring_Coronavirus_Disease_2019_Vaccination_for_Federal_Employees
Enough! Fire them all, starting with the ones that didn’t cooperate with EO 14043!
That’s your example? Ordering people to take poison?
Methinks the EO 14043 example was sarcasm to make a point:
Unquestioning obedience to the Chief Executive is not the primary obligation of federal employees.
If anyone advocates for unquestioning obedience, they advocate for totalitarianism.
Sounds good.
But in practice, it’s just not that easy.
In fact, it can be near impossible.
How dare they! This is disgusting and infuriating. Fire them all.
I remember when Ronald Reagan Fired all those cry baby Air traffic controllers. Still got a airport named after him.Rright smack in that oasis of crime laziness freeloading D C.
They never thought he would do it 😁
Maybe some can’t be fired. Time for an internal transfer. Rent an old warehouse….somewhere East of Omaha….and welcome to your new career. A metal desk and a chair.
That is the safest route in theory.
In practice, how many people can they move to the warehouse?
When it’s a big as a B-52 hanger, space for lots of desks….some chairs
That is the ticket, someday heat someday air but never consistent when needed.Lots of folk need to spend some time hanging on to a rail car . Rain cold and heat, and a hope one day to be the Engineer.
Please deputize me into the Marshals. I’ll volunteer to help them find their way out of their offices.
Yep….’put me in coach, I’m ready to play…’
Or their homes…many are remote at this point.
“Kennedy’s inability to communicate with the agency” a more accurate statement would be “The agencies refusal to communicate with Kennedy.”
I picked that up too. If he’s the one reaching out, how is the failure on him? See how subtly they reframe narratives
So what….I would not sign or agree to one fricking thing with this corrupt government. And they want to play this way…fine….once you get in you find out who was behind the stalling and you fire those sob’s.
One thing that Trump’s Team is going to learn….is how to say very professionally…like Donald J Trump says it…..”YOUR FIRED!”
It’s easy….own it…..and use it……….
OFTEN!
And in some cases……just saying you are getting fired is not going to be enough….some of these people are corrupt and are criminals! So firing with handcuffs would be nice to see too!
So bureaucrats in HHS are uncooperative? What a surprise. Was there anyone who did not see that coming?
Why would anyone from the Trump administration trust an FBI background check? They can just make something up to keep someone they don’t like from being hired. After all, they inserted red and yellow “classified” cover sheets into the seized documents at Mar A Lago to provide more dramatic pictures. This was admitted by Jack Smith in court!
Informing the people is solving half the problem. People changing their eating habits and reading labels will be up to them. I do agree that we have to get rid of a lot of harmful ingredients in our food.
Employees of any agency who refuse to work with RFK jr should be excused from their jobs.
Fired with cause, and no retirement.
Can you imagine a new general arriving to lead a division of enlisted soldiers who have formed themselves a “union” and are resisting assigning a car, quarters, chow hall assignment and mail until he ratifies their union? This is sick and should be dealt with like lightning!
That’s great! We are surrounded! Now it doesn’t matter which direction we attack!
( did I steal that from Chesty?)
❤
The deep state hasn’t been able to get Jr to drop out yet due to blackmail. Trump hit the deep state with so many nominees so quickly he has overwhelmed the deep state’s ability to leak blackmail. As a result the stakeholders are nervous.
If I were RFK Jr I would get rid of high fructose corn syrup on day 1.
A general, rather than personal, observation reaction that’s hopefully helpful to someone:
Engaging in fantasys about Super Heroes with reality defying Super Powers can be fun but that fun runs the risk of becoming a Fatal Distraction and/or a Regime exploited way to trigger self poisoning emotional reactions.
Especially during this intense PsyWar where everything’s at stake.
We shouldn’t be at all surprised PDJT, and his team of disruptors aren’t being welcomed with open arms by people they have been bad mouthing and threatening for months/years.
This is similar to the American workers, ordered to train the phillipino workers their jobs are about to be off shored to.
Of coarse the incoming will get no cooperation from the buerocracy.
However, the SCOTUS decision affirms PDJT’s plenary authority, and he can delegate that authority to his incoming warrior cabinet appointees, and the buerocracy, used to tolerantly ignoring “political appointees” will just have to learn,…its a new day.
Reminds me when I tried to return an overdue library book without my library card…they wouldn’t take the book. 🤔
Career bureaucrats can be fired for insubordination.
Sure but at this point RFK Jr is not in any supervisory position. In fact if some Biden appointee tells his people not to have anything to do with RFK then that is what they will do.
Low hanging fruit first.
Hoping DoGE and Pres. Trump quickly review billions in govt. contracts and grants handed out by Executive agencies.
Fire useless contractors, NGOs etc… and cut loose thousands of indirect employees.
This will eliminate alot of waste, fraud and abuse, plus oversight would return.
Those contracted workers would not be entitled to a pension, or severance.
Sure, gov’t contracts generally have “termination for convenience” clauses, but negotiating the termination will take years and management attention.
They have to figure out which ones to terminate/void and curtail the spending.
Alot of organizations should not be receiving taxpayer money, so we can start there.
Planned Parenthood comes to mind and there are thousands of political advocacy groups that receive funding. It is totally unconstitutional to fund any of them.
Fire them all and shut down the worthless agencies.
Personnel is policy. Period.
That being said. There needs to be a searchable website that lists the names of all federal employees and departments and dates of employment. And there needs to be a list of all contractors and consultants and third parties utilized by each department.
And going forward we need to make sure they are never hired again.
MAGA MAHA
Florida has Sunshine Laws where you could look up expenditures of each department, state colleges and agencies. It showed salaries, positions, no. of employees, vacancies and even names. Not sure if all of that is still the case, but it helps with accountability and provides some deterrence to fiscal malfeasance.
Sir Humphrey Appleby on the Proper Function of Government
Allison Miranda Ollstein, who wrote the excerpt above, writes for Politico. A quick look at her work clearly points to her being a dug-in, never surrender, Stage-5-TDS’r.
Her bio on Politico’s site reads like it was written by Kamala’s JOY TEAM.
Somebody needs to get Allie a happy meal.
Looks like we found the swamp. Start firing here.
Audit and review every government contract and hold all COTARs responsibility. Just send one to jail and u will seen corporation quickly.
Fine. Your job? It’s gone!
Take the names and numbers of everyone refusing to work with Trump’s appointees, and send them to DOGE.
Isn’t the *Kennedy* family the darlings of the dems??!! ROLMAO 🙂 Wha haapin?
RFK is completely right about our food. My hubby had serious kidney function, his specialist was talking about dialysis. My granddaughter is a healthy eater and she encouraged me to start him on healthy eating. So for three months I cooked everything that went into his mouth. No processed foods..only fresh produce and home cooked with little salt. It was a learning experience for both of us. But his kidney function went from 29 to 41 on his last checkup. One thing TikTok has accomplished is we now can see that the food we get is different from other countries. When you see a Kraft Macaroni and Cheese box from the US market the has 45 ingredients and the European version has 7. It’s making a lot of us cook and prepare meals completely different.
Bureaucrats can resist but they can be transferred to Adak Island, Alaska. The weather there is always terrible. That will take a lot of fun out of being an arrogant federal employee. Go ahead and keep paying them if they transfer to such remote locations. They will “self-deport” from the federal government soon after.
“the president-elect’s continued foot-dragging on signing the standard trio of ethics and transparency agreements with the federal government”
NO!!! Do NOT sign ANY agreements with anyone in the Biden administration! It’s a trap for 2029. After 47’s term is over, if the Dems take over again, they will just prosecute Trump all over again for some ginned up violation of them. Lawfare isn’t dead. It’s just sleeping.
Oh, and by the way, there should be standing instructions to every nominee that when a nominee gets a visit from 2 special agents from the FBI who just want to “chat” for a bit, DON’T. Just point out General (dumshit) Flynn.
Never, never, never make the mistake of thinking of these people as normal. They are not. And they can’t be dealt with or reasoned with like normal people. They are monsters. Deal with them that way.
Oh.
Well, I guess they’ll show us, huh?
FAFO, feddies.
Would like to see 47 come out with EOs blazing on Day 1. It’s why I am so against an outdoor Inaugural.
Hold it in the Oval among family and friends, sit down and sign at least 50 of them. Be that first day dictator. We need him safe.
Let loose the bonds of the leftist progs!
Fire them all, and replace them.
Don’t replace them. They only PRETEND to work.
The longer it takes for the transitions, the more days are eaten away from the newly arrived tenants. Really an old trick by the democrats, or should I say IC, to stop as much producing so at the end of four years they can say ‘you failed’. Did it to the Trump administration for four years. Why not use the same playbook?
Take notes on who does and does not cooperate.
Is anyone surprised? HHS, Education and a few others are more than likely to have a super-abundance of well paid vestigal employees.
Its gonna ba a party!!! Significantly reducing regulations will create redundant GS positions… The president can cut those positions unilaterally without congressional authorization..YOU ARE FIRED!!!
Sure you can abolish positions in a RIF but then you have to deal with bumping rights and general upheaval for months.
Fire them all! They were literally worthless during Covid, The US taxpayer paid our health officials hundred of $Billions over decades, only to be told to socially distance and wear a mask, both more useless than even them in fighting Covid. They rubber stamped a dangerous “vaccine” with little to no testing, then forced it onto our youth, a demographic that needed no protection. The Result: Thousands of our young dead and seriously injured, and still dying of myocarditis and numerous “turbo cancers”, a term that didn’t even exist until the Covid “vaccine” rollouts and mandate. It is time for a Nuremberg-style prosecution of those who oversaw this crimes against humanity not seen on a scale this large since WWII.
When all else fails, invoke Schedule F. I assume a POTUS EO could make Schedule F active.
Dept. of Homeland Security boss will be Kristy Noem, so she’s RFK Jr. boss and they both will crack down.
Xavier Becerra is blocking cooperation, probably following orders from his boss Alejandro Majorcas.
He runs FEMA, border security and the Secret Service, so not surprised they are circling the wagons to hide their criminal negligence. What they allowed to occur with the border crisis, plus missing over 400,000 children is beyond criminal. The NC mountains debacle and attempt on PDJT’s life are shocking to say the least. The malfeasance found in that agency will be deep and mind blowing.
Will HHS lose a quarter of its budget, or will RJK balk?
MEGA MAGA FIRING 2.9 million people no problem.
