PT just announced his 2 personal attorneys are his pick for the #2 and #4 slot at the DOJ. Remember these two guys fought face to face against Jack Smith’s attacks on PT.
So it would seem they know/understand Jack pretty well.

With Paxton’s Tues lawsuit filing, demanding all Jack Smith documents be retained (not destroyed) and with these two guys to go along with Gaetz does it seem like possibly Jack, Garland and even possibly Biden are their first investigative targets?

Biden endorsing Kamala almost immediately after stepping down as the dem candidate locked her in as his replacement. There is absolutely NO WAY that Kamala was intended to be his replacement by the party establishment.
Biden stabbed his own party in the back, and he would not have done so without a guarantee from Trump. In forcing him out Joe knew he would not be protected. So he cut a deal with Trump, and in exchange for this betrayal along with all details on where all the democrat/Obama/Clinton and DC bodies are buried, Biden and his family are now protected.

Media influencers watch everything we do on this and other conservative platforms, searching for some useful tidbit they can sensationalize. All day every day on every conservative platform. They try to bait us into saying something they can use.

Exhibit A is Kamala-la-la-ding-dong as the dem candidate (vs Gavin Newsom)…..the most unpopular and lowest-rated VP in US history.
Exhibit B is Biden’s immediate endorsement of her, giving party elites no time to call for an open primary or suggest someone else (like Gavin Newsom).
Exhibit C is all the different things Biden did to undermine the ditzy harpie, like putting on a MAGA hat and calling Trump supporters “garbage” (among much else, like holding an unannounced presser right when she was taking the stage for her first “rally”).
Exhibit D is Jill Biden wearing a MAGA red pantsuit to the polls on election day. THAT was as blatant a signal as it gets! Jill wanted the shiv to be seen by all of America.
Exhibit E is Biden grinning like a Cheshire cat when Trump visited the WH yesterday.
And Exhibit F is Pelosi hitting the talk shows all but blaming Biden outright for losing this election by waiting so long to back out of running and, having done that, then endorsing Kamala rather than calling for an open primary to replace himself.

the main reason for Kamala to be the replacement nominee was mostly financial – she was the only person that could use the Billion $ already raised – anyone else would not have access to it due to “rules”. Also, any other candidate would not have been “controllable” – would be too much of an independent thinker – especially a Gavin Newsome – his ego is 10x greater than any other politician in the world (even that of his distant relative up North).

It’s not an exact comparison, but in 1969-1970 Nixon had two Supreme Court candidates in a row rejected by the Senate. The third nominee ended up being Harry Blackmun, he of the infamous Roe v Wade decision.
closest I remember was when Reagan appointed Robert Bork. Ted Kennedy led the torpedo’ing. Then Reagan appointed a guy named Ginsburg. His nomination was pulled within a week after he admitted smoking pot with a student. Thats how we ended up with Justice Kennedy (who was largely a disappointment).

I’m of the opinion that if Gaetz gets too much opposition, PTrump will put Gaetz in as a temporary appointment at first, then adjourn Congress to force the recess appointment.

But remember, a recess appointment will expire at the end of the next session of Congress. It’s possible that their plan is that Paxton will become AG two years from now.

It seems that all of President Trump’s picks so far are individuals who have courageously fought battles against America’s enemies-both domestic and foreign. I like it!
He’ll come in handy when certain Federal judges find themselves the subjects of inquiries into Crossfire Hurricane and other judicial shenanigans. They’ll try to hide behind separation of powers, which means potential inquiries against Judge Boasberg, should that happen, probably get litigated at SCOTUS. The public has a right to know if Judge Boasberg knew that DOJ attorney Clinesmith was lying on those FISA warrants, and just how many questions he asked (or didn’t ask) before signing off on the Trump spying operation.
Just imo, if I’m PDJT, some of my first actions after being sworn in would be to clear out the primary threats to myself personally and to my agenda. So top priority, to the extent possible, would be to clear out & replace the people in DOJ, FBI, NSA, CIA, SS, and replace multiple (if not all) US Military leaders (generals and other top level brass).
Another priority would be to immediately start investigations into the NSA spying on myself or other conservatives, and start prosecutions of everyone, including contractors, Gov’t employees, Dem operatives,media members, and anyone else who illegally accessed my electronic comms or those of private citizens, without a warrant.
Again, do not forget the massive degree of election fraud over many years.

Paxton’s absence from any nominations indicates he has other State-side plans such as running for Governor.
