The Harris campaign has tried to equate this with the Dukakis-in-a-tank event (nice slam at a fellow Dem there).
But it misses the point that Dukakis was serious and trying to look like a warrior or something.
Trump was also serious here, but at the same time he pulled off a great joke on the Dems.
A serious point made with humor can sometimes be far more effective.

DePerno claims to have reviewed the state’s Qualified Voter File (QVF), which is current as of Tuesday, and found one voter ID number attached to 18 different street addresses (that’s by my count) listed 29 times under “VOTE RECORDED.” All the addresses listed are in Detroit, surprising absolutely no one.
Trump campaign’s political director, James Blair, says his team is in touch with DePerno and is “reviewing his observations and will take any action necessary after thorough review.”

I’m not sure if it’s just me feeling the momentum of the movement, but are President Trump’s rallies getting fuller, more cohesive, clearer in message, and friendlier with each passing day as we get closer to the prize?
I, being the eternal pessimistic optimist, have not wanted to indulge, yet here I am, caught up in it. Is it just hope or is this really happening?

I just got home from the rally. The last rally I went to was in 2016, PDJT came to Green Bay just after the Access Hollywood tape came out. This was a much larger venue, such a great crowd. Brett Favre was great. A night to remember. I feel blessed to have been able to take part in this journey in some small way. God bless PDJT and his family, and God bless America.
