I just had a thought. I’m an senior female, grew up when abortion wasn’t legal most places. Backstreet abortions did happen if you couldn’t travel to NY or Puerto Rico. The woman’s movement was many things not just abortion rights.
It was getting a fair shake at all jobs you were qualified for, better opportunities in sports, equal treatment with financial stuff without having a man to sign for you. And so many other things.

Joe Rogan is much more a man “of the world,” rough around the edges and a street fighter, IMO. Rush had much more refined tastes, but each had/has found a solid niche among listeners.
So his appeal is to those working men who enjoy a bit of sparring and who appreciate his perspective on life and politics.
Both of them say/said what we are thinking and thereby validate/d our perceptions of the landscape.
Rogan has interviews for 2 or 3 hours about very different topics. He is into UFOs, mixed martial arts, chimpanzee, but he seems to be willing to interview anyone and just lets them talk. He has had some interesting shows on Covid. I can listen for a bit but I do not have the patience or time for most of his shows. I do think he can get important information to his wide viewing audience and he has a huge following. He was in California but moved to Austin because of the cost of living, maybe other things also.

The most important thing is that Rogan has a huge audience, one he built without political discussions at all. In 2016 when the world went insane, he started interviewing a lot of people in the political world, people from all viewpoints. The left tried to cancel him for giving a platform to people like Ben Shapiro. Rogan didn’t care, he said screw you, I’ll interview everyone. He’s become a symbol for free speech and civility, and for that the left hate him.

Like any inquisitive person who loves all the information the internet has to offer, he brings that to his show. He’ll listen to people saying anything – ghosts, ufos, it doesn’t matter. He will give anyone a fair chance to give their POV. And then he lets the listeners decide.

Fantastic interview. Probably best I’ve heard of the man.

This interview was so enjoyable because it allowed people to see Trump’s wide areas of interests and his attention to detail and his humanity. Rogan was a good conversationalist and both discussed UFC fighters and boxing and I enjoyed that also even though I don’t know much about those topics. 10/10 rating from me.
Three hours. Trump is a machine. He is so funny. He has an incredible knowledge base of so many subjects. It was a great interview.
Trump is a lock. News articles are all admitting defeat already – figuratively. One article was saying that when (not if) trump is elected he will possibly use the military against the citizens.
This tells me they’ve given up and are preparing for Trump to be president. They’ve switched modes – there’s no steal possible, trump was almost assassinated, he can’t lose and they know it. No amount of cheating or media narrative pushing can beat trump. It’s over.

I am always amazed on these various podcasts how President Trump becomes the interviewer. Asking the hosts questions about what they do. Complementing them on their achievements. Those are the moments that show his true character. Very gracious.

Watching these two men, who both are at top of their game, talk for three hours about everything was the best spent Friday evening I have spent in Los Angeles for years.

The one thing I’m bummed that got interrupted is Trump was going to explain how Putin wouldn’t have been able to invade Ukraine due to $40 a barrel oil. I think that’s significant, America drilling and producing its own products from oil drastically lowers the cost hurting countries like Iran, Russia, etc.
It wasn’t a purposeful redirect, but Trump was starting to say it as Rogan was saying/asking something else. Trump never went back to it.

I listen to this with an ear of someone who’s never heard him speak in this setting and only knows the MSM and Left’s claims about him. I’m really glad Rogan touched on the hoaxes and media attacks, including how they turned on him when he was succeeding in his first campaign. I hope it’s opened even more eyes to corruption.
I’ve been wondering about General Kelly’s beef and read some of the Sean Spicer interview yesterday saying it’s because President Trump didn’t sign off on everything his cabinet generals presented him and also how he talked with the troops instead for a second opinion.
I wonder and would bet it’s President Trump going to the Middle East to speak with the “real generals” fighting ISIS and finding out from them what needs to be done and him approving it and ISIS ending within two weeks. I agree, Sherri. It is the most annoying conversation trait: ask a simple question of some people, and 10 minutes later after a very scenic route thru two or three unrelated items, you finally get the answer.
I know I am NOT good at the weave–more often than not, I lose my train of thought. This inability has forced me to focus my answers.
I presume Trump weaves because there is so much that he has going on inside of his head–so much information and knowledge that wants out. He’s just that brilliant. To his credit, he will eventually get back to the original thought/answer. But personally, I have a low tolerance for weavers. What part of the election was STOLEN do you not get? They took days and days to manufacturer enough votes to get what they needed. There would never have been enough votes for PDJT to get…they would have just manufactured that many more no matter how long it took them!
It’s like all these people now fretting about PDJT being behind in the polls… THEY LIE! The pollsters either lie outright – or they skew the demographics, or they play with the results to say what they want them to say.

I have several colleagues in Europe that I speak with weekly, it blows me away how much they support President Trump. These ancient societies are being invaded by 3rd world savages as well and want it to stop. they want the wars ended etc.
They have to stop voting for the Green Party especially the women politicians! That goes for Australia and New Zealand as well as Europe Europe. The Green Party is simply a masquerading Communist Party.

The crowd began leaving, furious, as soon as Kamala walked on.
Outside, a much larger crowd began to get…boistrous.
At least Kamala’s event planners were genius enough to include a musical act.
