Many people might think that Attorney General Ken Paxton filing a letter of notice for criminal referral to the U.S Dept of Justice is an act of futility, because the DOJ is not going to investigate or indict criminal conduct by leftist political operatives. However, there is a strategic process to follow, particularly if the Texas AG is likely to become the next U.S. Attorney General.
In a way this step-by-step proactive approach is exactly why my efforts to intercept fraudulent ballot printing operations in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania were targeted to the Postmasters General in specific locales. It is unlawful to use the U.S.P.S. to conduct fraud through the postal system. Additionally, it is specifically illegal for a postmaster to be provided with direct evidence of mail fraud, and to knowingly – with intent, allow further unlawful activity therein.
Texas AG Ken Paxton is following a procedural process that builds a legal pathway.
TEXAS – Attorney General Ken Paxton made a criminal referral to the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) detailing the results of an investigation that revealed how suspicious actors seemingly use ActBlue’s political fundraising platform to make illegal straw donations.
The investigation into ActBlue began in December 2023 following allegations that the company could be facilitating illegal campaign contributions. As a result, in August 2024 ActBlue began requiring donors using credit cards to provide “CVV” codes, a common security measure. That does not prevent all the abuses that Attorney General Paxton’s team has identified on ActBlue, including that straw donations apparently are being made on a large scale using false identities, through untraceable payment methods.
On Monday, Attorney General Paxton sent a petition for rulemaking to the Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) urging changes that would close loopholes that can be exploited to illegally funnel money into American elections. When the FEC previously considered adopting rules that could prevent straw donation schemes like those uncovered by the investigation, ActBlue opposed such changes.
“I have made a criminal referral to the U.S. Department of Justice based on the findings from our investigation into ActBlue. My investigation uncovered evidence showing that bad actors are likely using ActBlue’s platform to make illegal campaign contributions,” said Attorney General Paxton. “It is illegal to engage in election fraud and it is illegal to obscure one’s identity to flout election rules. The Department of Justice must take immediate action to prevent illegal conduct in our elections.” (link)
Reminder….. With the Legislative Branch compromised by their own creation, and with the Judicial Branch stuck inside an old paradigm of “national security” you can see how confronting the DOJ operation can only come from one place, THE OVAL OFFICE.
The President of the United States, hopefully Donald J Trump, is going to have to do what the other branches have failed to do, take apart the DOJ and change all the functions of Main Justice to their pre-Patriot Act status. This is not going to be easy and will take a very specific type of person as U.S. Attorney General who both understands the issue and can, more importantly, articulate the problem to the larger American public.
♦ The President Trump Attorney General needs to be ultra clean with a spine of steel and a laser focus. The AG needs to totally understand the goals and objectives, without being told what the goals and objectives are. The AG needs to be independent, stable, strategic, brutally honest and keenly confident in his/her communication style with the attack media.
President Trump cannot spend exhaustive time instructing the AG on critical priorities. The AG needs to operate with skill, focus and self-motivated energy. The AG will be the focus of the Lawfare crew for removal/recusal. (Weissmann, McCord, Eisen, etc.)
♦ The Deputy AG needs to be intensely capable to stay on task with minimal supervision. The DAG is the git-r’-done person, no excuses, no apologies, no explanations. Raw, brutal, cold, quiet and determined. The DAG needs eyes of a mouse and ears of an elephant. The DAG needs to be a sponge, with total loyalty to the mission. The DAG also needs to be the bridge to the FBI.
♦ Attorney General – Ken Paxton (TX)
♦ Deputy AG – Jeff Landry (LA)

What’s up with these rumors that Aileen Cannon is on the short list for AG if Donald Trump wins? Is this just more crazy talk from the Left? I think Paxton is the best choice – am hoping that DJT learned his lesson last time after picking Spinless Sessions and Bondo Barr!
I rather think it’d be less any promoting a faithful judge to a position beyond her talents than an effort by Derps to generate a faux movement to elevate her in order to undermine her credibility and impartiality.
See, she’s just trying to get a better job, she cannot be fair in these legal issues against the man that can reward her favoring him with such a powerful position!
Or to elevate her in order to promote/remove her from the second assassination attempt case.
Trump would have to be the one to remove her since it would be his choice to do or not to do, so I don’t think he would remove her from that second attempt case.
Also, it would not be a promotion for any federal judge to become the AG. That would be a demotion as that position is inferior in rank.
Additionally, AGs are temporary jobs. A federal judgeship is a lifetime position. She would be crazy to even consider taking that role.
She has case right now, Ryan Routh. And the FBI won’t open his phones.
Maybe we Treehousers should get whatever kind of phone that is..
Excellent idea, then we could say what we want. Lol, we already do!
LOL. I wonder how such a phone would be advertised. “Brand new ‘FBI Proof’ high tech phone!”
Any type of phone that holds evidence of leftist/Democrat criminal activity is the type of phone that the FBI will refuse to open.
If it is the phone of a conservative, that phone contents would have already been cracked and the top story of every legacy media outlet.
Trump will need judges on the DC Circuit to smash the Left’s stranglehold on that circuit, just like he did with the 9th Circus out West.
Canon would make a terrific addition necessary to destroy the DC cabal.
He and his AG are also going to have to find a way to get bad judges out, like Boasberg and Chutkin. Both are corrupt. It’ll take skill to put that Federal conspiracy investigation together. Both are pretty clearly collaborating with the coup plotters.
All she did was follow the constitution and the law. She didn’t do anything heroic.
In today’s USA those simple acts are heroic.
But I’m sure she looks forward to the day when they are routine again!
My hunch is it’s a lie to portray Cannon as a partisan.
That was my thought as well…
I don’t need a partisan. I’ll settle for an honest judge who understands how the left uses the law as a weapon and actively exposes it.
Exactly! With President Trump under constant attack Cannon is much better as a Federal Judge in West Palm Beach.
Yes, to promote her as a pay for play judge, even though it has already been proven that Zack S was illegally installed.
I hope not. Cannon is in the perfect position now. She should stay there. We need someone who has been in the trenches like Paxton has. Someone who has personally faced lawfare (this time from the Bushies) and beaten them. Got to be tough as nails.
We do not need another Ken Starr. Too nice, not enough of the killer instinct. He let people walk all over him. I am leery of the judge\professor type. We need a kick-ass trial attorney, someone who can mop up the floor with the gutter lawyers like Schumer, Schiff, Nadler, Goldman, Raskin, & Swallwell.
April 2025 timing sounds about right…
I like this immensely!
Sessions is fearless and the obvious choice for AG.
Typo … Paxton.
That was a hell of a typo!
😨
Yes! You had me there, momentarily!
Aileen for an Appelate court or even SC.
Aileen for basics would be a better choice than Amy was.
.
No worries. Cannon is exactly where she’s going to stay, with lifetime appointment.
.
we should realize by now that the republican party has a say in many appointments
after all, if one runs for office in the republican party, you are part of their business
whether one likes it or not. Many to blame for Pence, etc., but to put the blame on
President Trump is “just silly” as Wilbur Ross would say.
B-b-b-but nothing’s being done! (TM)
😁
“Additionally, it is specifically illegal for a postmaster to be provided with direct evidence of mail fraud, and to knowingly – with intent, allow further unlawful activity therein.”
Wonder (/s) if an Attorney General Paxton would prosecute?
If I was a postmaster, I would not like to gamble with the cheat with eyes on me.
IKR
😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣
Has anybody noticed there haven’t been quite as many doomsayers around in the last couple of days?
Pretty much since the McDonald’s play?
Regrouping?
The response to the McDonald’s play is seemingly a launch of lawsuits against McDonalds about an E.Coli outbreak that affected 49 people across 10 states. I’m sorry but McD’s does not need to have e.coli for it to sicken me. However, my children LOVE it and we go there often. I said that to say that getting sick from McDonalds [or other fast food for that matter] is common occurence for many and this lawsuit stinks of political revenge.
Getting Ken in there would be amazing!
Getting people like Paxton confirmed by a rino Senate might be the swamps self defense mechanism
We cannot fear the McConnells of the Senate any more. Their time is done.
PDJT needs to put the best candidates on the hot seat and let the circus run it’s course. The people then need to pressure the hell out of the Republicans to confirm. In the streets if we have to.
Yes, yes and more yes. I believe that Sessions recusal is the paramount reason PDJT was hamstrung coming out of the gate. Can’t have a timid Chihuahua when a pitbull is required. Go get Mr Paxton.
Actually I’d prefer a chihuahua over a dumbass like Sessions.
Sessions was a CIA-compromised criminal. Ole Jeff went into hiding and hasn’t been seen in years.
Actually I consider the Gen. Flynn assassination/abortion the most damaging but he was gone before Inauguration Day.
Sea Island Sessions! Humm…Sea Island sounds a lot like CIA.
Sessions took his money and slipped quietly back to Alabama. I would like a glimpse at the films they have on him. Or maybe not
It is great that the good guys are already setting up the lawsuits so that some of this corruption can be tackled sooner rather than later.
Paxton is ready and knows how to go after the demons.
And we have actual historical proof that Paxton does not back down from threats or lawfare. It just pisses him off.
And he knows how to win.
Sundance,
When you find time could you lay out what this looks like:
“…take apart the DOJ and change all the functions of Main Justice to their pre-Patriot Act status.”
What is needed legislatively versus rulemaking?
What can be done to short circuit the judicial challenges DJT administration will encounter.
Thanks

Thank you.
I need to figure out how to index the treehouse information for quick lookup on my phone.
I often find myself trying to search via keywords to find posts to explain/share what I have read in the past that would help others see the marionette strings.
I hate to rely on my cloudy memory when these opportunities arise.
Good day and safe travels.
How about a position for former Acting AG under President Trump: Matthew Whitaker? I see him occasionally on Fox, and he never fails to impress.
Not sure if he’s an official surrogate, but he does seem a participant in the campaign.
I think a Sundance level vetting is in order before pushing him in, we watched little to nothing of genuine import happening during his brief stewardship as best I recall it . . .
Like him fine, still not sure on the trust bit.
I think Andrew Bailey, AG-MO is also auditioning for the job. I prefer Paxton bc he’s been on the receiving end of a Dem-Rino persecution through law fare. Tried and tested. He’s ready to go.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2024/08/06/the-director-of-national-intelligence-trump-staffing-2025/
Reading thru SD’s historic links a 2nd/3rd time is enlightening. The context of one or just a few short political seasons offers an illuminating perspective not so obvious on first read. Grateful.
Paxton, Paxton, Paxton. President Trump needs to go tell the RINO Senators expected to run for Majority Leader that they need to back his nominee for AG and all his nominations or he is going to KO their bid for Majority Leader.
And how is he able to do that?
“We caught them. We caught them ALL”
Ron, all Trump has to do is use his pulpit. After he nominates Paxton, go on TV and tell his voters to contact their Senators and tell them to confirm Paxton. We need to be vocal.
Bully Pulpit.
Eleven Inches of Persuasion.
A double entendre there, mon ami. 😄
Setting up to charge ActBlue as a racketeering organization under RICO.
And utmost federal charges through USPS.
Every Trump voter whose identity was used to Smurf donations to ActBlue should form a Class Action suit against them and every sh!tbag Law(breaker)Maker who took monies.
All those poor little college graduates working so hard in DC being BRATS for Act Blue DNC. Thinking they have a real job! They have degrees and do stuff guys. lol
This is extremely easy to do. Find one of the smurfs (most/all of them don’t even know that their account has been used 1000s of time to make small donations) and subpoena them to court.
Ask under oath of they made any of these donations. If they testify that they hadn’t, instant proof of all the crimes listed above, including federal.
If they lie and say that they have, then any solid evidence that reveals it was impossible for them to make all these donations will open them to perjury offenses. After that, additional smurfs will line up to tell the truth.
Get enough smurfs to testify that their accounts were used without their permission and the racketeering/RICO offense foundation is established. Work up to find those behind the curtain and start sending people to prison. Once they start to talk, we will really get to those in charge…
Well then, Republicans had better take 4-5 seats in the Senate because a one or two seat majority isn’t going to get it done. There are many RINOs in the senate and you can expect Collins and Murkowski to side with the Dems and nix Paxton’s nomination. They will claim that a legal cloud lingers over Paxton even after his not guilty verdict in the outrageous impeachment the RINOs brought.
I agree. I always wished President Trump told supporters at every rally to vote Republican up and down the ballot to give him the majority he needs to get his agenda passed. It needed to be emphasized.
PT DOES do that. I watch most of the rallies.
He just did.
A RINO majority still wouldn’t back POTUS Trump. They wouldn’t even repeal Obama Care when they got the majority, tho they had campaigned on it for years! lying p.o.s. [spit!]
President Trump will have a House & Senate majority!!!
The Red Wave 2024 is happening!!!
To Big To Rig 2024!!!
TRUMP/VANCE 2024!!!
Maybe – but please, nobody stop working ’til it’s over.
This appointment was during President Trump’s first term.
https://about.usps.com/who/leadership/officers/pmg-ceo.htm
His background seems a bit suspicious, yet Pelosi had a fit when he wanted to reverse the schedule of mail carriers, so they would be sorting at night to relieve overtime.
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-election/house-democrats-demand-postal-service-chief-roll-back-changes-ahead-n1236570
Maybe it’s a plan.
PS Sorting at night would preclude any trucks wandering around at night on Election Day.
Wink.
I’m not a big thinker..
But I have this hunch that President Trump’s pick for A-G will be a defining moment in history.
DJT certainly knows that, too.
The struggle may be, “how do we get him installed” ?
THIS may be the next move on the chessboard.
Trump needs two stellar picks. One he nominates and waits forever or maybe until he’s out of office for confirmation. The other he names as “acting” and gets the job done in spite of the Senate.
“The 45th president has struggled with key political appointments more than any recent president — despite his party’s control of the Senate.”
from this article dated Jan 2020
Trump’s staffing struggle: After 3 years, unfilled jobs across the administration – POLITICO
Paxton will have his hands full. They will be less full if Trump clears the decks of known #resistance enemy troops in DOJ and FBI.
For example, Trump could hand Paxton a DOJ that is decapitated of most of its leadership, and put together an EO essentially neutering the DOJ NSD.
In Paxton’s side, he’s going to have to carry out a prosecutorial campaign to hold DOJ and FBI accountable – prison time – for their abuses.
I think both Paxton and your operations are brilliant in concept and execution. Setting up for a slam dunk!
I also concur on those picks for AG and DAG. Great picks!
They also need to avoid getting trick bagged by internal ethics demands to recuse certain areas for supposed conflicts of interest.
AG KEN PAXTON IS NOT DUMB OR STUPID OR A FRONT MAN FOR THE UNIPARTY LIKE THAT DOOFUS WHO SHALL REMAIN ANONYMOUS.
Git’em, Sundance!!!
Sundance, I look forward to the day when you can tell us more about your work to disrupt fraudulent ballot printing operations.
I would hate to loose Paxton here in Texas, he has been the very best AG we have had in a very long time!!!
Agreed Paul, especially considering our Texas House is lost & our Senate is hamstrung as a result, putting out countless bills that have no hope of becoming law. I have to hope that AG Paxton has his own qualified Deputy AGs that are trustworthy candidates.
I fear a Bush is standing in the bushes waiting to take his ‘rightful’ place.
Like Biden’s DOJ is going to do anything! Why doesn’t he arrest them on state charges?
I am so glad you didn’t suggest Ashley Moody for his Deputy (the chance was slim, in my mind).
AG Paxton packs the necessary gear to get your outline completed.
To think these pukeworthy Kalimala Ads are paid for with laundered tax dollars and Dark Monies from Bond Villains, Smurfed with gift cards using Trumpmerican identities is infuriating.
cross posted at https://freedomaustralia.freeforums.net/thread/6181/texas-paxton-letter-criminal-referral
Trump needs to fire the entire FBI leadership down to the field offices. Every lawyer in the DOJ appointed by Obama/Biden administrations need to be fired.
As for Paxton, why wait for the Federal government to address the ActBlue fraud? Are there no state laws being violated? Didn’t New York set precedent when a state attorney prosecuted Trump in a state court on a felony charge under Federal election laws?
Texas AG may not have criminal authority.
Ken will not be hired based on his looks, like Bill Barr was.
If the Senate mice resist confirming these nominations, threaten them with IRS probes.
Any evidence of mail fraud should also be sent to the Postal Inspector-in-Charge (INC) at the US Postal Inspection Service Office in each of the suspect cities, Sundance!
I do not believe that they are complicit in ballot fraud schemes!
mmmmmm. Only time and experience can tell, case by case.
I would expect the USPS management to be at least randomly compromised if not systematically compromised.
I wonder if a Postmaster was in charge when the gay-lords of ballots arrived in Pennsylvania from New York in the 2020 election?
Interesting, you may want to hand deliver lest it get left in a mail bag under a bring somewhere.
Paxton is a patriot’s patriot!
Ken Paxton is The Man.
While the 2020 election was being stolen, Paxton filed a lawsuit (Texas v. Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin) directly with the US Supreme Court in December 2020 seeking an emergency injunction and challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violated the Constitution. Paxton argued that these states violated the Electors Clause and the Equal Protection Clause. Paxton also argued that there were “voting irregularities” in these states. If the US Supreme Court had honored their sworn oaths then President Trump would still be in the White House today rather than usurper Joe Biden. President Trump file a motion to intervene. It is a disgrace that some of the 5 Republicans on the Court let the fraud stand. They said that Texas did not have standing: “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections,” the court wrote in an unsigned ruling Friday evening. The Court consented to the fraud.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2020/12/08/god-bless-texas-state-ag-files-direct-2020-election-challenge-lawsuit-with-supreme-court/
Paxton has maintained that the 2020 election was fraudulent: “I was like, I knew it when they stopped [counting] and Trump is leading in all these states. I knew exactly what they were doing. Because there’s no way to know where those mail in ballots came. Anybody could have filled them out. Anybody.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/01/texas-ag-ken-paxton-explains-how-democrats-stole/
Paxton has warned that the federal government has been planning for years to steal the 2024 election. “Democrats will again attempt election fraud on a massive level – that has been planned by the federal government and organized for years.”
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/08/ken-paxton-i-anticipate-lot-election-fraud-massive/
Paxton also filed a lawsuit against Pfizer for their Covid vaccine fraud:
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/11/attorney-general-ken-paxton-files-lawsuit-against-pfizer-2/
Paxton filed a lawsuit against the US State Department, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and other government officials for “engaging in a conspiracy to censor, deplatform, and demonetize” media outlets disfavored by the Biden regime.
And Paxton filed filed a lawsuit to annul Biden’s and the corrupt Democrats’ 2023 $1.7 Trillion, 4,000+ page omnibus spending bill that was loaded up like a Christmas tree (more than 7,200 earmarks of pork) and passed with less than an hours debate in the House a couple days before Christmas 2022. Congress had to get home for Christmas! Nancy Pelosi didn’t want incoming Republicans to have a vote. Well it seems that there was a Constitutional violation–a technicality that Nancy “passed” the pork bill when there was not a quorum in the House.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/02/real-shot-texas-ag-sues-stop-1-7-trillion-bill-implementation-constitutional-quorum-grounds/
I am in financial services and every year I have to take a course on the anti-money laundering act in order to continue receiving revenues from certain companies I work with. I am expected to proactively report suspicious financial activities the same way a doctor has to report child abuse. If I don’t I can be out of business. The funny, not so funny thing, is that technically I actually should be reporting Sen. Tammy Baldwin and Rafael Warnock now that I know what they did regarding Smurfing / fractal technology reveal. Since Paxton is taking this on, I can assume that the proper authorities have already been contacted but I can only imagine what the response would be if I sent in a complaint to the little prick Merrick Garland. These people are scum.
Garland and Chris Wray turned a blind eye to 40 Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) on Biden from a dozen banks describing in detail with wire transfer documents and Excel spreadsheets $60 million in payments from foreign entities!
Go gem ‘em AJ Paxton! A fellow Texan who loves his state and his country!
“The DAG needs eyes of a mouse and ears of an elephant. “
And the fangs and claws of a lion.
Well Done Sundance!!
Look your self up on ACT BLUE’s donation page.
I was surprised to see I have donated money over 3 years despite never doing so.
They are a money laundering operation.
Do you have the link to the right page?
I just tried to find it with no luck… Thanks if so…
I hadn’t thought to look because I had imagined they only used Dimocrats for their scam. Had not imagined they would use R’s also. Silly me!
Here is the link steph_. They even used some high ranking R’s identity and he has filed complaint. Can’t remeber who he was.
https://www.fec.gov/data/receipts/individual-contributions/
Found the stolen identity story.
https://nypost.com/2024/10/15/us-news/dem-fundraiser-actblue-stole-gop-strategists-identity-to-make-donations-lawsuit/
Thanks for looking that up. I am pretty old and sick of tech, though I love blogs (the Patriot pamphlets of the 21st century).
Wish we had more Tom Paines. But there is a great deal of thoughtfulness and wisdom on the side of Liberty still.
I looked up my local area, one woman donated 95 times in the last year, says her age is 22 years old which is really odd….. that and most other people only donated a couple of times. I also noted that most of the people are Govt’ employees and people with no job…… Who has money to donate to act blue with no job?
Hopefully Paxton is not merely building a procedural process but a scaffold…
Marxist etc treason has been too long unpunished in the United States republic.
Paxton goes Smurf hunting.
(Smurfing is a practice similar to money laundering in which large donations are divided into smaller transactions to evade detection, often without the knowledge of the people in whose names those donations were supposedly from.)
In Australia a ‘dag’ is a hanging lump of sheep shit that gets caught on the wool near the sheeps bum!
Now dose that sound remotely similar to your current US DAG??
Rudi as AG would be quite a thing. I would love to see it.
So what would the plan be for getting Paxton approved by the Senate?
In a tangential issue, could Trump make an ongoing series of 90 day AG appointments to bypass the Senate?
First would be John Eastman, then Cleta Mitchell, then Sidney Powell, then Rudy Giuliani, then …. until Trump has redone the DoJ.
Unless there’s a significant change in the Senate makeup, all Trump appointments will be a compromise. Even if the GOP had a super majority of 60 seats, There’ll be 15-20 who are diehard, never-Trump RINO’s. The Senate can never drive the appointments show, however. The President can and will express his priorities, and (his aides/appointees, generally) will wheel and deal for the rest. It would be in my opinion, very difficult for ANY Senate to reject every one of Trump’s primary appointments (e.g. Cabinet officers, which includes AG, and agency heads such as FBI, and countless others). A Democrat Senate could greatly increase compromises, gaining moderates or even Democrats in many more important appointments. Having a GOP held Senate, merely means that Trump will “win” more of those compromises.
For example, McConnell, Graham, and other RINO’s took victory laps for all the “Trump appointed Federal judges”, even though a large number (maybe even a majority) were compromise appointments such as moderates and even some slightly conservative Democrats. Trump didn’t win on all of those, but he mostly got the one’s he wanted. Even then, those he “wanted” were picked in part by Chief of Staff’s like Kelly.
The whole system sucks, but such is our Constitutional Republic, and by design, too. The founding fathers tried to ensure that no complete sweep of power across all branches of government, and agencies within, in one election cycle. The Democrats and RINO’s have gamed the system, however, into something that the founding fathers wouldn’t recognize. Their game ensures not “divided government”, but the permanent entrenchment of a so-called “4th branch” of government which neither changes with voters declared intentions, nor yields to the orders of their elected leaders.
Temporary appointments (90 day?) are one way of working around the Senate’s games. However, a “90 day appointment” has limited authority to do the job, because the bureaucrats respond to them as temporary agents. Any action the temp takes against the wishes of the permanent bureaucrats will be slow walked, and after 90 days, dropped when the next guy comes in. I’m also uncertain, but don’t believe Trump can reappoint his temp AG after the Senate has rejected him. Once rejected, he’s essentially fired (or maybe after his temp term).
The other way of a President working against a bureaucracy which has declared war against him, refuses his orders, and a Senate and House who essentially allow the bureaucrats to do so (who are ALL their responsibility via funding), and with a Federal law enforcement fully arrayed against him (i.e. a silent Coup d’etat, for all intents), and judges who rubber stamp the lawlessness, is to cite national emergency, declare Martial Law, appoint military governors and tribunals, and do exactly what the Democrats seem to fear most. In other words, rip the DOJ/FBI/DHS/EPA, etc apart and start over. Jail or execute the Communists and their lawless bureaucrats.
You know the option I prefer, if you’ve ever read any of my comments.
The President could have one advisor for the DOJ AG position, for example, that stay the entire four years, but directly works with the temporary 90 day AG. If the temp AG doesn’t do exactly what Paxton (the advisor) wants, Trump fires this person immediately and puts the next person in. Rinse and repeat all four years.
Hmm, to continue Sundance’s comparison. The DAG is to the AG, what an XO is to a CO on a Navy Ship. XO operates nearly independently in carrying out the C.O.’s general priorities, and cracks the whip. The CO may or may not be “loved”, but the XO will nearly always be feared, even hated (although if he’s a good XO, he’ll be respected for his competence, too). A good XO and CMC team (Command Master Chief) can make or break a C.O.’s tour of duty. It’s tough for a C.O. to succeed if these guys aren’t competent, and in touch with the crew.
Hmmm, better add this lexicon: XO=Executive Officer (second commissioned Officer in command), or “Number 1” to the Brits. CO=Commanding Officer, or “Captain” of his unit/ship. CMC=Senior enlisted NCO aboard.
He can nominate Judge Cannon to the SCOTUS! That will make the liberal heads explode! Paxton for AG is the right choice. The guy is fearless and principled. And no Mr. Magoo
“It is unlawful to use the U.S.P.S. to conduct fraud through the postal system.”
That’s a thing, a real thing – unlawful to use the U. S. P. S. to commit a fraud, involving time in jail and heavy fines for each instance!
“It’s not sexy but it works. Did you even read what I gave you?” – something like that! From “The Firm” from the novel by John Grisham, a great movie –
“It was in the bar exam. They made me study like hell for that.”
“Somehow through all this, I found the law again. I had forgotten.”
Where Tom Cruise as a new young attorney (recently graduated from Harvard) discovers that this beautiful family-oriented, established firm in Memphis, Tennessee, is not all what he thought it was –
and he sets about to disentangle himself and his wife from a horrible trap involving a law firm run by people willing to murder, Mafia from Chicago and a US attorney hell-bent on getting him to compromise himself in order to help the Justice Department get convictions – and fraud through the use of the U.S.P.S. provides him with a way out!
I have brought this film up repeatedly since The Big Steal of 2020. A lot of mail and wire fraud has been and is taking place in these fake elections. RICO, RICO, RICO.
Another that I have used was ‘McMillions’, a short series about how the McDonald’s McMillions game was compromised and prosecuted.
If successfully prosecuted, hopefully they get something more than a strongly worded letter in their HR file that prevents them from being promoted in the next cycle or worse, being forced to resign with their full Pension intact.
they won’t do a dam thing….
I have said it here before. They are collecting real identities through YouTube ads where a woman claims that “you too can get this bag. Da goberment be handin out free bag (lots of money in hood speak) just by calling this number and answering a few questions. Da stimmie check came in clutch and now uncle Sam be lookin out fo us and not just these illegals. Call today so you don’t miss out on yo free money you can use fo anything.” On and on.
Very convincing to low brow masses. It’s been going on in many different forms for a year now. I know this is how they gather real poor and homeless people’s information. Basically if you are dumb enough to call them there’s no chance you would look up your own info to see how many donations to act blue were made under your name.
1000%
Always MAGA 👊👊🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️
Paxton & Landry would work out fine for me!
Found in the bin… 🙁
I wonder what would happen if POTUS repealed the Patriot Act by executive order? Would all that screaming by those who benefit most from it stir up enough for the larger American public to recognize that it is not a good thing that your driver’s license actually comes from DHS?
The POTUS cannot directly repeal the act outright but could use an EO to direct the DHS and other Executive Branch agencies on how the provisions in the act should/should not be enforced.
PAXTON 100%
Problem is getting Senate to confirm….hopefully have enough new MAGA Senators along with “willing” existing Senators to pressure the McConnell group. Here is were someone like Bannon (in what position I don’t know) would apply ANY means necessary… Using their own tactics against them…to use possible info from 702 queries to “persuade” some entrenched enemies. Complicated business.
Not being facetious at all, but does using UPS, FedEx or some other delivery system skirt the Postmaster law? I tried to see if the same laws apply to other carriers. Then there’s the issue where UPS will do part of the work and then deliver a package to the post office for them to do the last part of the delivery.
KEN PAXTON FOR US ATTORNEY GENERAL ! Elected Texas House 2003 to 2013, Senate 2013 to 2015, AG 2015 to present. Denied prosecution of 900 vote fraud cases in 2020, dismissed by Soros DA in Bexar, Dallas, Harris and Travis counties by RINO Supreme Court. Impeached by RINO House, dismissed by Senate. Hear his Tucker Carlson interview in Sept 2023. Texas had constitutional rights to restrict mail in ballots since 1953.
US Constitution says “state legislators set rules for federal elections”. Following LBJ theft of US Senate seat in 1948, Legislature passed, governor signed act restricting mail-in ballots. Our RINO Supreme Court ignored this LAW. Three of these judges were removed during 2024 primary. There is NO BETTER USAG CANDIDATE than Paxton.
While I agree that this guy would be a good pick, the Senate will never confirm.
