That means Overseas Ballots applications are distributed across ALL 50 US States and US Territories.
If overseas ballots lend any significant weight to swinging elections in ANY US State or territory … something is very very wrong in that STATE with respect to VOTE + BALLOT Counts.
Considering how voter roll scans show that people who are no longer residents are still on the voter rolls of their former states, I suspect the “overseas” ballots can go wherever the left needs them.

That is a possibility and add to your comment … there is a very high probability that checks for duplicate residency claims are not made except by the IRS on 15 April. [Note: given how the IRS seems to never pursue fraudulent claims these days y anybody but decent folks, it is likely they just let it slide as they do with illegal claims for Child Care and Income Credits.]
Yet, if overseas votes have a major impact that is an indication that something illegal occurred distributing these ballots.

The states never know about this because they don’t look for it. As the Fractal scanning team has said, states have contracted the use of their scanning system to find things like Medicaid and other forms of fraud that will save them money, but not for cleaning voter rolls.

i live in Wisconsin. recently, i received a shame letter from something called voter participation (group or similar name), explaining that ‘your friends and family will see if you voted’. letter also shows each election dating back to 2018 and yes/no whether you voted.
I did not vote in 2022. But, the letter said I did! someone must have checked the list of registered voters and used my name to cast a vote.
I’m pretty sure that if I showed up AFTER someone voted in my name, they would call my real vote a ‘provisional’ one, and it wouldn’t be counted.

This is potentially bad … however … one must understand the definition of LEGAL residency for EACH US State and Territory.
It is not unusual for an overseas person to meet a States Residency requirements while never having “lived in that State”. This is quite common among DoD and other Executive Branch employees as well as US Citizens who are commercial employees living overseas.
So, the exact details of the arguments on both sides have to be read to determine if this judge was wrong or correct per the law. This is especially true if the RNC lawyers were making “blanket type” arguments that would include legal residence per the laws of that state, living overseas.
Having served overseas in the Army, I can assure you no military person has residency in a state he never lived in.
You are correct because all the states have some sort of “physical presence” requirement to support any residency claims.
I had fellow GI’s who actually bought a few square feet of land and added a mailbox in TX to gain TX residency back in the day for Tax Purposes. So, now it comes down to those pesky definitions again v/v the State Laws. This is the pain with these types of articles … details details.

There are millions of full-time RV’ers who use a mail delivery service in a state and are then allowed to vote in that state. Also you have to file you income tax, vehicle licensing, drivers license, etc there.

She defied the Supreme Court order for two years and kept men in prison so she could use them for labor.
