Holder’s National Democratic Redistricting Committee is trying to fundamentally shift power away from the democratically elected voices of the people and toward a small unaccountable group that’s elected by no one.
But under Issue 1’s byzantine procedures, ex-judges and an outside recruitment firm would draw up a list of 45 supposedly non-partisan applicants for a new 15-member redistricting panel.

Thank you for posting the article-very interesting and really debunks the position that we have honest secure elections and maybe just a few dead people vote.
When you open up the voting process with virtually no ability to audit the process to ensure laws are followed and secure then you have fraudulent results outlined in this article.
It didn’t even mention electronic voting machines that take in the ballots, count them and provide the results. This is all done in a machine that does this in secret because you can’t audit the proprietary software which can be changed by easily hacking according to technical experts.
Why would you ever insert a voting machine in the voting process that has a software feature to change votes and vote totals.
Ensuring vote integrity should be at the very top of our list to get solved, but just like so many other things happening today our government agencies (federal, state, local, courts) are too politicized to actually solve problems.

I’ve got some experience with all this and I’d like to remind you all:
With politics being as they are, all these legalities surrounding your estate are rather fluid state to state.
How you think it all is may not be how it actually is today and right now- and it could change tomorrow.
I was told recently by an attorney that if you have done nothing at all with your existing Will, as far as any changes or updates in 5 years, it’s now considered old and open to being challenged by whoever may do such a thing.
So make sure you update the situation and keep doing that, more frequently than 5 years just to be sure.
I’ll also remind everyone that the courts are insanely backed up, there is a shortage on attorneys.. leaving your loved ones without a Will, so that it all winds up in the Probate Court… this is about the crappiest thing we can do to our loved ones right now.
I’m dealing with this myself and it’s a gawdawful mess that feels like it will never end..
So please, read the article and make sure you are as prepared for all this as possible.. talk to your loved ones, create a paper trail, be as open and transparent as possible.. EXPECT Trouble and do all you can do to prevent it.

The shortest will accepted for probate was three words: “All To Wife.”
It doesn’t matter so much what your will says – unless your estate is “interesting” and your heirs are quarrelsome. But it matters vastly that you =have= one, and that it is an original, with a notary’s blue or embossed seal. (A photocopy won’t do.) And that your heirs know where to find it.
If you do, settlement is basically perfunctory.
If you don’t, a substantial amount of money will be gobbled up by the State. (And, it is generally a pain in the ass …)
In most cases you don’t need a lawyer to draw up a “typical” will. Boilerplate documents are sold at office supply stores, or can be downloaded. You just have to =do= it, get it notarized(!), file it away, and tell others exactly where you put it. (If you put it in a bank lock box, what is the branch location and box number, and exactly where is the key? Is anyone else in the family pre-authorized to access it?)
Most banks will notarize documents for free, if you have an account there.
A nickel’s worth of preparedness makes =all= the difference, and it can be done in an hour.

Even a handwritten note with some witness signatures is better than nothing at all.
At least it would show the probate court something about where your head was at.

Also we’re learning in this that getting rid of a whole lot of your stuff sure helps.

Even when people take great pains with their will, any little thing that happens, such as a parent handing out part of an inheritance early to one child, if they didn’t put anything in writing, it is very likely to cause problems later on.

According to President Joe Biden’s Justice Department, it is now a federal crime to prevent illegal ballots in presidential elections.
Barely 30 days before the 2024 election, the Justice Department sued the state of Virginia to prohibit its removal of the names of noncitizens from voting rolls. Gov. Glenn Youngkin was enforcing a 2006 Virginia law, but the Biden administration portrayed that action as an attack on “the cornerstone of our democracy.” Youngkin denounced the federal lawsuit as “a desperate attempt to attack the legitimacy of the elections” in Virginia.
The Virginia lawsuit is simply the latest in Democrats’ long war against honest voting, which began with the Clinton administration’s Motor Voter Act. That 1993 law mandated voter registration in every welfare and food-stamp office in the nation. Brent Thompson, executive director of the Fair Government Foundation, observed in 1996, “The Motor Voter law did away with a panoply of anti-fraud mechanisms long relied on by the states to police and deter fraudulent voting.”
In 2015, the Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton condemned voter identification requirements as part of a “sweeping effort to disempower and disenfranchise people of color, poor people and young people.” A Washington Post headline aptly summarized her message: “Hillary Clinton Declares War on Voter ID.” Verifying identification was unnecessary because, as long as enough ballots showed up with a check by Hillary’s name, she would be irrevocably entitled to all the power she could seize in the following four years.
Lax voting procedures in some states were insufficient to enable Hillary to capture the White House. But the panic induced by Covid-19 enabled politicians to radically loosen the rules for the next presidential election. Many states made it easier—if not automatic—to vote by mail, even though a 2012 New York Times analysis concluded that “fraud in voting by mail is… vastly more prevalent than the in-person voting fraud that has attracted far more attention.” Some states abandoned any effort to verify mail ballots, dropping requirements for matching signatures, return addresses, or having a witness verify the person and the vote. Civil Rights Commissioner J. Christian Adams noted that “Democrats succeeded in tossing out state laws related to absentee ballot verification, deadlines and a whole range of laws all in the name of Covid.”
Neither the Elections Clause of the U.S. Constitution (rules for federal elections “shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof”) nor state law stopped the rigging of the 2020 vote. Michigan sent “unsolicited absentee-voter ballot applications by mail to all 7.7 million registered Michigan voters…without signature verification as expressly required” by state law. The Wisconsin Elections Commission approved setting up to 500 unmanned ballot drop boxes in major Democratic cities in violation of Wisconsin law. That commission and local election officials encouraged all Wisconsin “voters to unlawfully declare themselves ‘indefinitely confined’—which under Wisconsin law allows the voter to avoid security measures like signature verification and photo ID requirements,” as the Texas Attorney General noted in a brief to the U.S. Supreme Court. The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that election officials acted illegally, but that did nothing to nullify the hundreds of thousands of votes that came in via illicit loopholes. Biden carried Wisconsin by 20,000 votes.
Bovard’s previous book, “Lost Rights”, turned me on to the UniParty way back in 1995 when it was written:
So, we have what appears to be a grossly insecure voting system and Mike Benz recently described in a Tucker Carlson interview how “Democracy” has been defined to be, as it probably always has been, what The Blob wants. That reveal served to described the reason for the results of the 2014 Princeton study that showed that voters only get what they want when the elite (which DEFINE the goals of The Blob although The Blob wasn’t mentioned by name in that study) who are the actual owners of political power (corporations, billionaires, intel agencies, etc.) ALSO want the same thing.
So, against that, without dictatorial powers which he doesn’t have, Trump is nothing more that a speed bump, assuming he even manages to get elected.

Elections serve two purposes. The first, and obvious, purpose is to accurately choose the winner. But the second is equally important: to convince the loser. To the extent that an election system is not transparently and auditably accurate, it fails in that second purpose. Our election systems are failing, and we need to fix them.
Today, we conduct our elections on computers. Our registration lists are in computer databases. We vote on computerized voting machines. And our tabulation and reporting is done on computers. We do this for a lot of good reasons, but a side effect is that elections now have all the insecurities inherent in computers. The only way to reliably protect elections from both malice and accident is to use something that is not hackable or unreliable at scale; the best way to do that is to back up as much of the system as possible with paper.
Recently, there have been two graphic demonstrations of how bad our computerized voting system is. In 2007, the states of California and Ohio conducted audits of their electronic voting machines. Expert review teams found exploitable vulnerabilities in almost every component they examined. The researchers were able to undetectably alter vote tallies, erase audit logs, and load malware on to the systems. Some of their attacks could be implemented by a single individual with no greater access than a normal poll worker; others could be done remotely.
Last year, the Defcon hackers’ conference sponsored a Voting Village. Organizers collected 25 pieces of voting equipment, including voting machines and electronic poll books. By the end of the weekend, conference attendees had found ways to compromise every piece of test equipment: to load malicious software, compromise vote tallies and audit logs, or cause equipment to fail.
It’s important to understand that these were not well-funded nation-state attackers. These were not even academics who had been studying the problem for weeks. These were bored hackers, with no experience with voting machines, playing around between parties one weekend.
It shouldn’t be any surprise that voting equipment, including voting machines, voter registration databases, and vote tabulation systems, are that hackable. They’re computers—often ancient computers running operating systems no longer supported by the manufacturers—and they don’t have any magical security technology that the rest of the industry isn’t privy to. If anything, they’re less secure than the computers we generally use, because their manufacturers hide any flaws behind the proprietary nature of their equipment.
We’re not just worried about altering the vote. Sometimes causing widespread failures, or even just sowing mistrust in the system, is enough. And an election whose results are not trusted or believed is a failed election.
The constitution delegates elections to the states but allows Congress to “make or alter such Regulations”. In 1845, Congress set a nationwide election day. Today, we need it to set uniform and strict election standards.

So, the question is, “Why would he not be right about this too?” These results appear to reflect what our own lying eyes saw leading up to that election, do they not?
If the margin of victory was this wide in 2020, then how wide is the margin going to be in 2024? In a word, YUGE. I predict that President Trump is going to win BIG LEAGUE in 2024.

Two simple ways to understand the “Cheat Margin” that is often discussed v/v Ballot Dumping y any method one cares to name..
In TX it has been reported that a “RECORD” 18+ Million Voters have registered for the 2024 Election.
Last year the participation rate was about 65% … i.e. it is expected that 65% of the 18 million will VOTE or 11.7 Million Votes will be cast divided among the candidates.
Now it depends how concerned the Puppet Masters are with “appearances” of legitimacy.
If there is no concern, there is a potential for 6.3 million Ballots to be dumped … or 100% participation.
or …. as in 2020 to make up the claimed 81+ million votes cast for Sock Puppet JoeBama … a more “believable” participation rate of say 75% is used or 85% x 18 million = 13.5 VOTES in the case of TX.
Now SUBTRACT the actual 65% VOTER Participation of 11.7 million votes cast FROM the 75% ASSUMED Participation number of 13.5 million = 1.8 MILLION Ballots available to be DUMPED State Wide or 10%.
The cheat totals for KAMALA Harris in TX NOW = democrat votes cast + 1.8 million BALLOTS dumped + x number digitally flipped VOTES by the machines.

This is the way JoBama was given his 81+ million votes in 2020. The problem in 2020 is that the democrats and Puppet Masters were not ready for President Trump land slide … they had to use the ham handed mid-night stop in 5-states and 2-week counting delay pull it off. Notice how the VOTER Participation rates were hard to find and those now posted are compromised.

In this case of the computer (voting machine) being a sophisticated adding machine, it needs an equation for the cheat, electronically in real time.
The ballots assist the pull off of this particular method of the cheat because they aren’t brazen enough for the raw in your face cheat of just flipping the direction of the votes. I think the reaction will be unpleasant at the least, especially if the election theft is so obvious and brazen.
A violent response could be the cue for the Communists to say:

I am finding myself at times near panic, over things that should not cause that sort of reaction at all. If you keep repressing your feelings of alarm, anger, and genuine outrage, you feel them as something else.
I need to take advantage of a brief spate of warmer weather to finish up my yard cleanup, and enough time, but as I wait for the temperature to come up a little more and things to dry out, I feel uneasy.
There is nothing terrible that could happen even if I didn’t do these chores at all, so there is no reason to feel anxious.

Jokes aside, this is one of the most meaningful gestures I’ve ever seen from a political leader. Donald Trump is showing Americans through his actions—not just telling them with words—that every worker is important, that every job matters, and that there’s dignity in all labor, from serving fries to selling cars to structuring balance sheets.
Trump isn’t pretending to be something he isn’t—he didn’t “grow up in a middle-class family”; he’s a guy who owns hotels, golf courses, and a Boeing 757 with gold-plated toilet handles—but he’s also not pandering or putting on an act. He’s just authentically being who he always is and who he always will be, for better or for worse: The Donald; the guy who develops the same instant rapport and bonhomie with titans of industry and fast-food workers alike; the only president of our lifetime who knows that America doesn’t win unless ALL Americans win, whether they’re fry cooks, executives, shareholders, or anything in between.
You can’t fake something like this. It’s either who you are, or it’s something you’ll never be able to pull off. Trump—somehow—has it. And, because of that, this is the guy I trust to fight for my community and for my businesses.
More importantly, though, this is the guy I trust to fight for the people making $14/hour down the street. They deserve it.
