This sort of thing just further erodes our judicial system. There is no accountability for judges making political and other major decisions outside the framework of law.
I wish that Chutkan and other judges that make rogue decisions could be called before a superior court to explain their decision. If they then could not make a rational/legal argument then they would be fined or somehow disciplined. Maybe that would stifle some of these activist judges.
Now rouge decisions have to go through the appeals process that takes time and money and usually takes effect after the harm is done.

Clarion: I might suspect something with the “could appear” language, but, it’s probably nothing. But, it all depends and is not black and white, most of the time, although there are exceptions, in some cases, depending on various circumstances. I give it a 50/50 chance, plus or minus, either way.

Let me get this straight, what Judas Pence failed to do, claiming he had no constitutional authority, Kamala will do without hesitation?

I was really frustrated seeing GA SOS, Brad Raffensperger being interviewed on Greta Van Susteren NewsMax show yesterday.
Raffensperger and Van Susteren were gleefully discussing the large voter turnout in GA early voting. Records are being set in GA so far.
They didn’t say that the probable reason is voters want to overcome the corruption in GA voting that Raffensperger has helped instigate in GA. GA is arguably the most corrupt state in terms of having honest valid elections, IMO. Raffensperger and other Establishment politicians in GA as well as corrupt judges have helped GA get to this position.
So I was disappointed in Van Susteren s interview that didn’t even mention the problems GA has had in securing high integrity elections with the man in charge of many of the election issues, Dominion being one.
I’m seeing a lot of criticism and fact-checking of Candace Owens’ reporting on Kamala Harris’ background, but I’m also seeing that they leave out the parts where Candace says this is what she thinks she found, and invites people who have knowledge otherwise to correct her wrong impressions.
They are going to have to criticize Lady Campbell who interviewed a woman who knew the family as a child. She looked at the photos of the woman who Kamala says was her grandmother and the lady said absolutely not. Beryl was fair skinned with dark hair. Candace has a photo of the woman she believes his her grandmother, their facial features are similar and she is white.
Lady C is hunting; and she is a good hunter.

Strangely, it’s the law in California, too, and very similar to the Florida homestead law! So, my house doubled in value since I bought it five years ago yet the property tax is virtually unchanged. If I had purchased the house in a suburban New York township my taxes would have doubled in five years. Total insanity!

I would say false. Even if a unrealized capital gains tax was passed, it would be valued what it was worth at the end of the tax year. That being said, the left is not only going after unrealized capital gains on homes and stocks, they want it on gold and silver (if you own registered ingots), collections such as artwork, and even if you have collectables such as baseball cards, they want to tax it.

The Bracero Program should be brought back, and we should pay them a fair wage. If you maintain an excellent 8 year work record and pass a drug test, then I think they and their kids should be eligible for citizenship. In the last few interviews with Harris she couldn’t state even one little piddling thing she would do different than SlowJoe. Not even a joke about getting up earlier and going to bed later.
