♦ Minnesota, South Dakota and Virginia began early voting on September 20. ♦ Vermont started tallying on September 21. ♦ Illinois opened polling locations on September 26. ♦ California, Montana and Nebraska joined on October 7. ♦ Indiana, New Mexico, Ohio and Wyoming begin early voting on October 8, and ♦ Arizona on October 9. ♦ Tennessee began October 16. ♦ North Carolina was the first battleground state to offer early voting, October 17. ♦ Louisiana began today, October 18th.
For residents in those states and others who have begun voting, let us begin our ground reporting on precinct level activity.
What is happening in your neighborhood, town, hamlet, village, county or city? How are the polls in your area?
Ground reports have a record of accuracy.

Southeastern NC here. Early voting started yesterday for our rural county. Have not been to vote yet but was told today that there has been a good turnout the last 2 days with a 15-20 minute wait time. I know this seems so short to others but for this county, that is unusual. The wait time during mid-term elections and PRIMARY elections is practically zero in the past. I am the driver for my elderly mother and my visually-challenged sister and myself, so I will be taking the 3 of us to the poles next week during mid-morning when, we understand, the line will be shorter. As a side note, although I see Trump signs in private yards in addition to public areas, I have seen NO Harris signs in private yards, only the public areas.
Southwestern NC here. Now that you mention it, while I see signs for Democrats running for state and local office, I haven’t seen many if any Harris signs, either.
We have the only Trump signs in our North Raleigh neighborhood compared to six homes with Harris/Walz signs. The few Trump signs we see on the main roads around us keep getting stolen.
SE-NC here as well, stood online for about 40 minutes yesterday, approximately 1100 was IIRC number 449 to vote. . .
Very encouraging clientele. . . we shall see. . .
ps: It was a little unnerving to see a simple Staples type printer, manufacturing the Ballots on demand. There did not appear to be anything close to a measure of control, or authenticity to the original ballot. Simply a piece of Staples-like stationery. After 2004, 2020 you’d think someone would take command and centralize the process. After all they have FOUR years, to get it right. . .!
Voted yesterday in eastern NC. Long lines with enthusiastic voters. Stood in line 90 minutes and when we finished the line outside was longer.
90 minutes for early voting? Incredible!
Coastal central NC on 2nd day of early voting. County is red by 15-20% margin. While in a rare 35 minute line today at the polls, the bride and I only saw a handful of people in line being quiet. The rest were happy, boisterous and openly discussing Trump’s policy proposals. Based on today’s snapshot versus prior years, Trump has brought over some moderate and liberal Democrats who, as we heard today, “can’t hold my nose that tight” to vote for Harris.
We rec’d our California mail ballots last week and will work on them over the weekend!
Did you receive your proposition and candidates running pro/con explanation pamphlet? I received the ballots but nothing explaining what each is that we have always received before. They want us to vote with no information
Here in Orange County California I received both California General Election Voter Information Guide Pamphlet and Orange County Voter Information Guide Pamphlet.
Recommend you check on your county vote website to see if you are shown as opt out of receiving guides.
View California Voter Guide here==> https://voterguide.sos.ca.gov/
It is my opinion if you live in a blue state, as I do, any proposition to change the state constitution, or the way income tax is figured, they are just playing with you. I voted no on all of the advisory questions because they don’t take my advice anyway so im not playing their manipulative game…I saw witness slip numbers on a bill with 40 pro and 331 against. Guess how the assembly voted… it wasn’t with the majority opinion, so now IL will have yoga in the schools. Like that’s important, right?
I rec’d a guide from the California Republican Party in the mail a few days after the ballots. The OC Republican Party also sends a guide but it hasn’t arrived yet. You can get the information from the California Republican Party website.
I used to belong to a union and they would always send a voter guide. I used it to vote the opposite of their recommendations on propositions or people I did not know well.
How can you trust a gov’t “guide” to tell you ballot proposition info??! Best to research on your own I would think.
CA: R all the way down the ballot. NO ON ALL Props except YES on 36 (Make crime, shoplifting, and hard drugs illegal again). Prop 36 repeals Kamala’s Prop 47 of 2014 and is a referendum on her time as AG. I precinct walked for that one to get on the ballot. Prop 34 is neutral for me. Some people I follow say yes, others no.
Pray hard that we keep Prop 8 of 2008 (traditional definition of marriage) by defeating the Dems’ prop for “Marriage Equality Act” this year.
Prop 8 victory was stolen from us by libs on SC. We need to revisit that, not codify bad judicial ruling into law!
My boss who watches Fox exclusively didn’t think 2020 was rigged when I first met him. He told me today that if Trump doesn’t win in a landslide, we’ll know it is all rigged. He keeps running into Latinos and African Americans who say they are voting Trump for 1st time.
I don’t know how legit Reform California is, I saved this link as part of my information pile to read before voting: https://reformcalifornia.org/voter-guides/california
We know the SoS guide is printed to favor the machine running the state.
As for early voting: I plan to take my unopened mailed ballot with me in person as soon as a county “vote center” is available for early voting next week. When I sign the register I will learn whether or not someone has voted in my name. If they have, my unopened ballot will be proof of fraud that I can report to the Sheriff.
If not, my ballot will be destroyed in front of me, I will mark my ballot (on a machine) and then hope for the best.
No way will I mail my completed ballot, ever.
Ballots are being mailed out today in Washington State, which is all vote by mail – overwhelming odds that we are going to get a new, even more Leftist Democrat Governor than Jay Inslee, except this one is younger, meaner, and smarter, which is very discouraging.
Republican Party in our state is completely broken – it has been taken over by a small contingent of HARD Right activists who insist on only backing candidates with ZERO chance of winning state-wide . I have lived here my entire life – Washington used to be a Libertarian leaning state on social issues but strong on crimes and fiscally sane. Now, there are no moderate candidates allowed by the WSGOP and the media simply shills for the Democrats so we end up getting pulled further and further to the Left every election cycle.
The last time this state went for a Republican in the Presidential race was Ronald Reagan in 1984…although interestingly, RFK Jr. is still on our ballot (along with Jill Stein, I believe), which might deflect some votes away from Biden, who is not well liked here from what I have seen/heard, but I cannot imagine it would be enough to split the D vote so that Donald Trump slipped in to win the state. Boy, I would LOVE to be proved wrong on that!!
Mail in voting is a scam. Hope you have poll watchers.
Yours is the kind of place where I would love to see what happens in an actual transparent election (paper ballot, in person, ID checked, hand counted right there where everyone can watch them do it). I bet it would shock almost everybody to find out who people actually voted for!
In our state, we got the GOP committed to, any party vote that goes to a ballot will be paper ballots hand counted. That one change has got a lot more grassroots representation in the GOP and has opened people’s eyes as to which “Republicans” vote with the Democrats.
Washington went to all mail balloting in 2004, after a Republican “lost” the Governor’s race, by 130 votes, after THREE recounts and a whole lot of “late minute” ballots for the Democrat were “discovered” in King County…and since then, the entire state has moved hard left and we have NO Republicans in any state wide office. What a coincidence, huh?
“Christine Gregoire… the Grinch that stole the election”
Yep – and the first thing she did was push through all mail voting…
When I saw that there was a George Floyd protest in Omak (OMAK!) I knew the state was lost. I hadn’t paid that much attention after moving away in late 1980s.
WA mail-in ballots are a joke. Not an election, it is so sad. I keep on sending them in. I remember once we had to put our party on the outside of the envelope. We will fill them in when we get home in couple days.
Yes, they flipped to mail in ballots when it was becoming too obvious that stacks of ballots were suddenly appearing in King County and flipping the race every time it was closed. It happened in 2000 when Maria Cantwell knocked off Slade Horton and then it happened again with Rossi and Greg wall and that’s when they switched the whole system.
My husband and I have lived here our entire lives and we do not want to leave but it Ferguson gets in and the Democrats end up with a supermajority in the House and Senate we may have no choice but to get out.
I’ve been in mid Virginia last few days and happy to report seeing ALOT of Trump/Vance signs, and BIG signs 🥰
I will vote on Monday 10/21 here in Cherokee County SC . The reports I am getting from my local radio channel 98.9 are that turnout in the Helene affected areas ( NE GA, Western NC) has been great. Some temporary polling stations have been established to create access to voting and the people are showing up in record numbers.
I usually breeze in and out on election day at my polling station, which only counts 1450 people of the 36000 that live in my county. Should be interesting to see the turnout at our county building. God Bless
I’m north of you across the border in Flat Rock, NC, and turnout is indeed high. And I love 98.9!
That’s great to hear. I was very worried about how those affected were going to be able to vote.
This… https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2024/10/here-we-go-again-7.php
The parking lot here in Piedmont area of NC was jammed each time I drove by yesterday. Will be going Mon or Tues. Not many yard signs in this area. Seems like local/state races have a lot more signs.
Voted yesterday in Meck. county. A lot of folk and the line moved slowly.
The folk around me seemed to be in good spirits with much talk about Kamala.
Then a man behind me said out loud that he did not see any “Trump People” and that was a good thing and he and the folk around him laughed.
Then I spoke up and told him that I could see one Trump voter.
I pointed at myself and said that the last 4 years have to be fixed.
The folk around me went quiet.
I lived in Charlotte in the late 80s then moved to the midwest for career reasons. I’m so glad that in retirement we chose western NC instead of Charlotte.
Eastern NC. The democrat signs have quadrupled in this area – many more than in the past. I assume it is because many new residents have moved in from the north and brought their democrat habits with them. I say that because I’ve lived in this area for 35 years and it has always been mostly republican. The line was very long yesterday and again today but people were not very talkative so didn’t get a feel for how they might be voting. ID was required to vote.
Were the Dem signs on private property or public property? If mostly on private property, then they will be voting Dem. If mostly on public property, that just means the campaign spent alot of money on signs. That doesn’t necessarily transfer into votes.
Where I come from that’s called shitting where you eat
Anaheim, Ca here. Mail ballots received Sept 7. Three of us completed ballots and delivered to Drop Box at local Community Center Sunday am 10/13/24. Received online notification Wednesday am 10/16/24 that ballots received and counted by Orange County Election Office.
County In-person Vote Centers will open starting 10/26/24.
(My dog and cat haven’t received their mail ballots yet and aren’t saying who they’re voting for!)
Correction: Mail ballots received October 7, not September 7.
Tuesday was the 1st day of early voting in Cherokee County, GA….They moved the main Election Office….to a dead end street in a dead end industrial park….They had 2 cops directing traffic….I gave up on voting today….as it took 30 minutes to just get turned around and leave the area….
BTW…. They wouldn’t let you take a left to go to the voting parking lot….You had to go straight, turn around, and come back to make a right to go to the voting parking lot….It was a cluster….
Thursday…..I went back…..same mess…..but only took 15 mins to leave the area…..I’ll go back Monday and vote….hopefully….
Don’t give up! Fight fight fight!
Western Nebraska here. Last day to register today and the County Election Office was hopping all week. NE is NOT in play and turn out may be larger than usual which with help Trump in the popular vote count. Enthusiasm is high for The Donald.
In NY early voting is 10/26 – 11/03, starting at 9 a.m. As others have noted, seeing flag & signs on homes (and autos) where they weren’t before.
The great state of Louisiana – we’re pumped!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂
Get rid of Bill Cassidy im 2026.
We tried LAST time. We can always count on N.O. and Baton Rouge to screw ANYTHING up.
Eastern Denton County TX, and not nearly as many Harris signs around my neighborhood as there were for Biden in 2020, not even close. Trump signs are about the same. I did observe a Harris sign in a yard that was between 2 houses each of which had multiple Trump signs in front. I can’t imagine walking outside my house, seeing and waving to my neighbors knowing that they are going to vote for higher gas prices, higher food prices, higher energy bills, no borders, limitless funding of 2 foreign wars, transgender bullshit etc. I don’t know how those people live next to each other.
Unfortunately, the lack of Harris signs may indicate only that Harris voters are too embarrassed to make it public that they will be voting for an idiot.
Communist..
Voted early in Middle TN. My first time voting in this state. They started on the 16th. Lines are looooooooong.
Voted today on second day of early voting in Durham NC. Line was more than an hour yesterday so I turned around and went back today when there was only a 2 minute wait time. Lots of Dem people outside the polling place handing out their voter “guide”. Nobody there for GOP.
Question? I pulled up the WiFi networks available in the voting room. There were several available. I asked the poll what they all were. She laughed and said they must be for the church(Cole mill church voting site). I’m not sure if this a legal
I have a screen shot of the available wifi networks.
Not good that there’s no GOP presence. Even in conservative areas like where I am in southwestern NC the Dems always have a table.
VA
We went day 3. Parking lot pretty full. Long line to get in. Long line inside. No problem voting. Very professional. Everyone did his job well. Not much talking in the lines. Everyone courteous if not overly friendly. Lots of signs on way in and out as surround every precinct in vote day.
Few signs out in my neighborhood. Six Harris, one Trump. That is to be expected. We don’t have a Trump sign because Lefties are nuts and we are afraid they wld poison our dog. MAGA are NOT nuts so their dogs are safe. This is a preview of life in United Soviet States of America should the Left pull another fast one like they did in 2020.
Are the election reform measures that Gov Youngkin put in place applicable to the current election?
Put out a Trump sign. Musk makes a good point.
Helene-ravaged Henderson County, NC, here. My wife and I voted at 10 this morning, the second day of early voting, at the Hendersonville polling location.
I heard from a neighbor that before the doors opened on the first day, 250 people were already lined up to vote. Those in charge myst be expecting a big turnout because, unlike during other elections, totraffic to the polling place was routed through back streets to avoid backing cars into the main artery usually taken. They also had people managing access and egress from the parking lot.
Everything was handled well and despite the large number of voters, we got through in 30 minutes at most.
I appreciated having to show ID, something I’d hoped to see required for many years.
We vote using touch screens and I made sure to check and take a picture of the printed ballot.
This is a very conservative area but I didn’t get a sense of how the voters next to me leaned. Everyone was quiet and just went about their business. My wife, however, told me she was able to deduce that the man next to her was a Democrat. One thing I thought odd is that the booths were not as deeply screened as usual and it could be fairly easy to see how someone was voting.
Compared to other elections, the turnout appears to be higher than normal. Whether that will continue until the 6th is anyone’s guess. I certainly hope it will.
Voted today in Maricopa County in AZ. Some interesting Propositions on our ballot. The main one being discussed is a Proposition to ban limits on abortion at the state level. Abortion is legal here up to 15 weeks. Leftists are using this proposition to drive pro-abortion women voters to the polls.
A bit concerned that though my mail in ballot arrived a few days ago, and most people I know seem to have gotten theirs, my wife and college kid’s ballots have not arrived. My high school son also said one of his friends at school said his house received a bunch of ballots for people they don’t know.
Abortion proposition is to up to at least 24 weeks..
No, the proposition says nothing about 24 weeks. It just says abortions are legal until the fetus is “viable” as determined by a “health care professional” with exceptions for incest, and the physical or mental health of the mother.
The ads on the radio are spreading this rumor about 24 weeks but that is NOT what the limit is.
So under this proposition a woman is able to get an abortion at 9 months or whenever if it is determined that the fetus is not “viable” by any health care person- not necessarily a doctor. So Planned Parenthood can hire a medical assistant or LPN to make the determination of viability or of medical or mental need of the mother. Viability means the ability of the fetus to live outside of the mother’s womb. When that is exactly can change. It is presently thought to be around 24 weeks but not necessarily.
It’s a really bad law. It reminds me of the medical marijuana laws that always are a joke and immediately lead to okaying recreational use entirely.
I live in solid blue metro NM. There is one Harris/Walz sign in my neighborhood, as compared to probably 15 Hillary signs and a similar number of Biden signs in the past, maybe more. The street corners are oddly devoid of Harris signs. I am going to get out and do some real eye-spying but it feels low key hidden for Harris. I don’t kid myself, a large majority of the neighborhood are rabid radical leftists, although there a possibility the pocketbook is speaking to them, but seems doubtful.
These are the kind of people who think we shouldn’t be allowed to drive our own cars cuz people get hurt while at the same time think nothing of trampling up and down a mountain no matter the danger or impact to the land or if rescue might endanger others, cuz they like it.
I don’t understand the “Early Voting” by some of the folks here at the CTH, unless folks cannot make the Tues., Nov. 5th ELECTION DAY for some reason, or another.
The seemingly pride-full nature of declaring the doing of it is also somewhat difficult to understand , for me, after reading many comments previous to this one.
Seems to me that each time folks vote EARLY, it gives a “Target Number” of ballots for those who wish to FRAUD the results of the voting some, “ammunition” to fight against the ACTUAL TRUE VOTE TALLIES.
(IOW, Ballots/votes” for the Fraudsters to use to figure out just how many votes they would need to overcome the votes/ballots difference to figure out a “winner)
Seems to me, that waiting until the ELECTION DAY would make things harder for the Fraudsters.
So, does anyone want to explain their reasoning behind voting EARLY, and how it would be helpful to DEFEAT FRAUD?
(No direct response needed. Kind of “rhetorical” question above ^^ , but I just don’t understand telling the ENEMY of Our REPUBLIC, the Numbers of troops ya have for your defense, to allow them to figure out how many it will take to overcome your numbers/defenses when the Ballots/votes are tallied???…
Military background says it is BS & unacceptable. Hmmm/Grrr both combined here)
I just don’t understand the reasoning behind, “GIVING THE ENEMY” numbers they can use to overcome the defenses of ELECTION DAY VOTING? ( YOUR convenience by voting early, might be the undo-ing because the Commie Demshoviks now have a Target number that is easier top figure out to overcome) WTH???
GOD BLESS~~!
WE need all the help we can get.
I have wondered that myself. I like to vote at the polls on election day. It’s like a holiday to me. Even before I retired, I always voted on election day. The only time I voted early at the BOE was in 2016. I thought the lines would be shorter but it was very busy and I waited at least an hour to vote.
I also remember others saying we should not vote early and give them numbers to use for their cheat. But a lot of people are telling me now to vote early in case something goes wrong on election day and we can’t vote.
Seth Keshel had a substack about this I think. He said it is our Constitutional Right to vote ON ELECTION DAY and we cannot be turned away.
Of course, after covid and what we have learned about “emergency” rules, who knows?
I was turned away in Maricopa County in 2022.
“No one could give me any assurance my vote would be more secure being cast ahead of time. When you really think about it, what sense does that make? Do we really believe that on one hand, the government will steal elections, but they wouldn’t go as far to take advantage of the fact that you gave them more votes earlier, with weeks to figure out the math?”
https://skeshel.substack.com/p/should-you-vote-early-ask-the-man
Trump campaign has evaluated GOTV strategies and decided to request MAGA nationwide to bank their ballots early.
Explanation is total ballots are maximized using smart apps updated every 24 hours with ballots received and outstanding so campaign resources are directed at chasing only outstanding ballots. There’s no way to maximize ballots from get out the vote resources if most voting occurs Nov 5.
My local candidate for city council showed me the phone apps fed with near live outstanding ballot data from local election office combined with neighborhood maps with addresses. He also strongly endorsed nationwide strategy to bank early votes as best use of his resources to chase outstanding ballots for votes for his election.
This assumes get-out-the-vote is relevant compared to harvesting and cheating. Its not about the voters, its about the ballots. Isn’t that the lesson we have learnd in recent years?
Election day should be a national holiday with all voting on one day. Makes widespread cheating very very difficult by more closely associating ballots with voters and with no reaction time to coordinate. Everyone knows it.
GOTV should be done before election, not based on monitoring results during because then its too late and the other side will be using the same information to do much much more than get out the vote.
Ease of cheating is why election day has been changed to “election month”.
After all the evidence of fraud, cannot understand why people even on our side just don’t get it.
American Idol TV show can tally 12 million votes in a 5 minute commercial break. Our election process will be counting from September into December and beyond, enabling all sorts of shenanigans that undermine confidence in the results. And then people will be legitimately whining about it here for years.
No alternative now, first have to elect Trump to achieve your desired end state. No choice but to stay focused and enthused!
We’ll soon see what happens.
I’ve only voted early one other time in my life. I see your point, it may give them the perfect opportunity to know exactly how many votes they need to cheat. We decided to vote early because we’re afraid of some sort of shenanigans on the 5th. Something like a massive power outage or who knows what. I put nothing past these traitors.
It’s likely Trump campaign and allies have multidimensional tactics attacking election fraud ie, pre-election lawsuits, Early Voting, acquisition of election services companies, etc. See article below as an example… We’ll see what happens!
Quote: “Lincoln Shields, a subsidiary of Black Mountain Investment Company, acquired a majority stake in giant Runbeck Election Services on August 18, 2023.
Black Mountain is an Arizona based investment firm involved in a number of different sectors of the economy. Its CEO is Mihai Toma, whose family escaped the communists in Romania. Toma’s brother Ben serves as Arizona’s Speaker of the House, and has been a vocal advocate for election integrity measures, including several he introduced himself to improve both the transparency and accountability of Arizona’s elections process. Both Speaker Toma and Senate President Warren Petersen have also supported the legal challenges launched by 2022 Attorney General nominee Abe Hamadeh.
This is obviously good news for election reformers, because you’ve got this family that knows what the radical left is all about, and they are going to be in a position to safeguard and hopefully improve an important part of the election process.” said one excited Arizona election observer. “Imagine how bad you would feel if George Soros bought the company. Now flip it 180 degrees because the opposite just happened. That’s how good you should feel.”
According to Runbeck, they have been involved in elections since 1972 and the company’s products {Printed Ballots and Ballot Scanners} touch approximately 70% of voters in the United States.”
Arizona Daily Independent article==> https://arizonadailyindependent.com/2023/08/28/arizona-firm-purchases-majority-stake-in-election-giant-runbeck/
I think the rub is to take a cheat ballot off the table to prevent yours from being erroneously used by voting early and they tally vote numbers not scaned and count your vote until Election Day. Currently many voting jurisdictions have near or more than 100% of the eligible voters registered.. this is something that will be fought.. ya I agree with you but when they jam the vote machines on Election Day, lose or switch your votes.
President Trump has asked us to vote early! Waiting for last minute allows the Democrats to cheat easier, he said.
Hopefully because of early voting this can be stopped. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/10/rep-marjorie-taylor-greene-sounds-alarm-voting-machine/
Weird things tend to happen on Election Day, like running out of paper.
I voted really early this year because God forbid if something were to happen to me I can rest in peace knowing I got to vote for Trump 2024.
On Election Day in 2022 in my area of Maricopa County we were turned away from the polls because the machines were “broken”. This was true for miles and miles in all directions.
We are still angry about that. Other shenanigans went on too. Ballots being rejected so people had to go back in line, required pens bleeding through the ballots and spoiling them.
Changed my plans after their tactics in Maricopa County in 2020. (Ballots jamming , not able to be counted , misprinted ballots etc) I’m registered independent so they don’t know how to count me anyway. I don’t understand why anyone would not be an independent in a state with open primaries. Often the Rep candidate has been chosen before the NC primary rolls around. I can hold my nose and vote in the Dem primary in that case.
Some people have concerns that the ballot machines will jam up or not work and November 5th. ( Intentionally )
If we start election day down 500,000 votes, it is hard to overcome the deficit. Especially so, if lines are long on election day, or they hve “glitches” with the machines or run out of ballots etc. and your vote isn’t cast.
I voted the very first day I could and it was accepted.
Had I waited to Nov 5 and was told my vote was rejected what recourse have I?
I voted Oct 8th and had my vote been rejected as “I” already voted I had the opportunity to raise holly heck. Might not have done any good but then it might. If a mail in vote appears and I had already voted in person I hope the mail-in would be trashed.
We went door knocking for Trump in a lower income neighborhood north of Raleigh on Sunday. Every black man we spoke with, including three who were not on our potential Trump voter list, were enthusiastically voting for DJT. One said he’s voting straight R for the first time. Another told us none of his friends see Kamala as black like them and they are not voting for her. One young man had made a tic toc video of Kamala being demon poasessed that went viral. Very encouraging!
Small-city, small-town, rural northwestern Ohio here: TRUMP signs on country roads everywhere!
If Ohio farmers/rural dwellers were a majority, Kamalalala would get 17 votes.
In our small city, TRUMP signs dominate, but too many Afro-Americans are still drinking the DEM Kool-Aid. Harris-signs are found usually in their areas or in front of their houses. In this town they are a large minority (20-25%), and there are guilty Caucasian/labor-union DEMS here.
Nevertheless, President TRUMP will win these counties.
We were in Leftist Columbus a week ago: in a suburb of affluence, full of guilty, Caucasian liberals, more TRUMP signs were visible than in previous elections. To be sure, the idiots will probably vote majority for Kamalalala, but perhaps not as many as usual.
Western suburbs of Chicago: Not a lot of signs on personal property this election cycle- the very few are Harris signs. No one is putting up Trump signs as they are afraid of retribution. Fifty miles outside of Chicago almost all Trump signs and flags.
Every single ballot initiative (there are 5) is a Democrat one. All designed to get a different voting bloc to vote. I will be voting no on every single one.
I am worried. By commenters here. All And all seems way too close
Don’t sweat it too much. Worrying doesn’t help. As Saint Padre Pio said: “Pray, hope, and don’t worry.”
And if you have never heard of the “Surrender Novena”, you might want to read about this:
https://www.ourcatholicprayers.com/surrender-novena.html
and
https://catholiccompany.com/getfed/what-is-the-surrender-novena
What seems close? What I am reading seems like what I am seeing in my metro area of one of the biggest counties in Colorado. We have organic Trump signs that have been up for months, or in some cases for four years. We have a similar number of Harris signs which all went up at the same time, many in yards with no other Dem signs, many other yards full of Dem signs but no Harris signs, and many in places I don’t recall ever seeing a political sign before. In other words, Trump supporters visible and permanent, and Harris signs very recent with unnatural timing and placement. No Biden signs all year even when he was running.
My hypothesis: a Trump sign means a Trump voter who will crawl over broken glass and drag friends and family to the polls. A Harris sign means someone who will probably vote for Harris if they get around to it. No sign means “Trump is the only sane choice, but I can’t wait till this is over!”
So my guess is if we have honest elections we will see 50% of eligible voters vote. Of those, a supermajority I think would vote for Trump.
A man in my neighborhood has had a large sign/flag (about 4′ x 6′) hanging from his porch railing for almost 4 years:
“DON’T BLAME ME; I VOTED FOR TRUMP!”
I’ve seen no Harris signs, only a few Trump signs, including mine, in this predominantly retired AZ neighborhood. . . . Other than those I mentioned, people are keeping their preference close to their chests this cycle.
I’m in the western piedmont region/ Caldwell County. It’s Trump central around here. Been registered republican for decades until 2020 election and I was so pissed I switched to unaffiliated.
Voted yesterday. Long lines of cheerful people who want a Trump victory.
From the Raleigh News & Observer
So far, registered Democrats have cast the highest proportion of early and mail-in votes, accounting for over 36% of all ballots cast. Republicans make up the second largest proportion, at over 33%, and unaffiliated voters account for just under 30%.
30% unaffiliated
Got to be 25% of them voted Trump
I don’t believe a damn thing the Raleigh News and Disturber prints.
Respectful suggestion to WA voters, and others in states with mail-in ballots:
Plan to drive to my county’s Superior Court location and hand-deliver my sealed ballot, rather than mailing it or using some library drop-off box. Just a safeguard that my ballot won’t be stolen from an unguarded drop box or “misdirected.”
thanks
I started reading the comments about yard signs as and indicator, and shocked myself with the realization I have a Major indicator for the Birmingham Al area here in my neighborhood.
Mine is a upper middle class (3-4 BR, $225-250k) houses between upscale suburb Trussville and Birmingham. We have lived in our house 37.years and as people came and went the neighborhood has gone from mostly white to mixed. I’m an engineer, my neighbors range from bank managers to small business owners.
At one of the first corners entering my neighborhood is the home of a black woman who is an officer of the Alabama Education Association, the state NEA branch.
Through the years she has always displayed the yard sign of the Dimm candidate, Clinton, Gore, Kerry, Obama, Clinton, and Biden.
This year, no yard sign.
She has a sigh for one of the County State Representatives, another black women. She is the only yard the displays signs. Most of us know who we are voting for and who our neighbors are voting for, and we don’t talk about religion or politics. Football keeps us neighborly even with the Bama/Auburn thing (Roll Tide!).
This is the first election in the time since my house was built that this woman has not displayed a yard sign for president.
37 years.
That should be a significant marker.
Yes, I can’t remember ever seeing a yard full of Dem signs that didn’t include the Dem presidential candidate, but I have seen several yards that way this year.
Berkeley/Oakland CA. As one might expect not a single Trump sign but there aren’t very many Que Mala signs or bumper stickers either. The great majority of folks here will vote Dem as usual, just not with a whole lot of enthusiasm.
For those who get a folded absentee ballot by mail. If a candidate is on the fold, the scanner will not count that vote but accept the ballot.
We have ES&S optical scanners.
“We” . . . . . what state?
In Dupage County IL I voted early September 28th midmorning. This county used to be fully RED but in the last 2 elections it has turned to half and half red/blue. I would say that is mainly due to a hugh demographic influx from surrounding areas and the uninformed masses that lack critical thinking skills and no desire to research anything.
There were no lines but a steady number of voters showing up including young 1st time voters.
Also, I had received a permanent mail in ballot application in the mail and shredded it !
I voted early as I fear the mail in ballot fraud.
At work many young people wanting to vote for Donald J. Trump have many questions which I answer. It is plain to see that there has been a hugh lack of civics education in the public school systems.
One last but not the least I had my Trump 2024 Flag on my car waving in the wind as I pulled into the parking lot at the polling location and put it inside my car before entering the building .
Prayers for All !

I left Wheaton (in retirement) nine years ago and even then could sende the slide to purple. Good for you for staying positive and fighting for what must at times feel hopeless.
In Palm Beach County (Florida), we received our vote-by-mail ballots. I believe Palm Beach County has something shady going on, as both of our return envelopes were already sealed. So, we can’t put our ballots in the envelopes to mail them back.
Once is a coincidence, twice is intentional. I am concerned that whoever mails out the ballots for Palm Beach County, could possibly be ‘pre-sealing’ the return envelopes for registered Republicans, making it inconvenient/impossible for us to vote by mail.
Would not surprise me at all. The PB County Commissioner is Lois Frankel a horrendous Brooklyn transplant and the Palm Beach State Attorney David Aronberg is a rabid Trump hater on MSNBC all the time! Aronberg publicly stated that President Trump was definitely guilty after reading various indictments.
Does anyone know when the early voting day’s precinct ballots have been tabulated, whether there is anyone within the election officials who has access to how each candidate did in the voting?
Officially, probably not. Unofficially, yes. I think that was part of the Albert sensors:
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/12/alberts-systems/ (this explains Albert sensors but is not clear what they actually do)
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/06/__trashed-39/ (this mentions the capability to know what’s going on all during the election, but I’m not sure if it’s saying it is Albert sensors.
I can’t remember if this is related to the Edison data https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/07/revisiting-interview-draza-smith-jeff-odonnell-regarding-edison-data-2020-election/
Anyway, it would be possible to have a pretty good idea just by knowing who has voted and having marketing data about what kind of person they are likely to vote for.

I live in Bucks County PA which is a suburb of Philly. I see lots of Trump signs on private property and very few Harris signs. But I do see Harris signs on public property.
Maricopa County Arizona
Local early polling center closed for no given reason. Drove 20 minutes to next nearest and it was 3/4 full of early voters, approx 60 people 1 hour before location closes. All good spirited Arizonans and poll workers were polite and informative. Don’t use the felt marker! Can’t believe she offered it to my wife….
2 early Arizona votes in the books for President Trump!
I’m Arizona too. No early voting in my area until October 25th . I would have to go 30 miles or more to find something open. I bet there are lots of open places in Democrat areas.
@DiligentDenizen
🚨🇺🇸BREAKING- The clerk at the Beaver Courthouse just tried telling us that we could not record inside, and when @ScottPresler
schooled her, she responded by telling us to “go f*ck ourselves”
Cont (and video linked)…
She’s just another grifting scumbag who destroys country for a salary!
Was really busy in AZ day two of early voting. Swamped. Absentees were not trusting usps and dropping complete ballots inside voting center drop boxes too. In person voting big. Huge ballot in AZ, 4 total pages and lots of CA style propositions no doubt funded from Californians.
Early voting begins tomorrow, Saturday, in Nevada. Just finished setting up the location with the other poll workers and we’re all ready for the days to be busy ones. See y’all on the other side of a week; 10 hr days at this age isn’t as easy as I remembered them in from days long ago.
I have put out several signs in So. East Ohio ..Vote NO on issue 1 and Bernie Moreno and both are getting stolen, and I have not quit, I keep putting them back.
TN 25 miles outside of Knoxville, past Oak Ridge and early voting started on Wednesday. I was thrilled when daughter called to say she and sil voted on day 1 for Trump/Vance. Parts of Knoxville have numerous Harris-Walz signs but not so much outside. Our mailman has a severe case of TDS and told me the FCC would not allow the news stations like ABC, etc., to present fake news because it is against the law, lol. Can’t fix stupid. Almost all I know personally with the exception of some family members still under the influence of the union (UAW) telling them how to vote, will be voting for Trump.
I voted for all Republicans although I had to hold my nose to vote for Chuck Fleishmann.
Went today between 3:30 to 4 and it was steady with people still coming in. The young lady ahead of me was a first time voter and she chose the red free pen.
In northwest NC I probably saw a ratio of 50 Trump signs to 1 Harris sign. No wonder FEMA was scared.
Pima County AZ. here. Vote for Trump was mailed in Wednesday. Vote early people, we’re gonna win this!!!
Spartanburg county starts early voting on Monday. I’ll be voting a straight Republican ticket except my write-in to vote against our thieving clown of a Sheriff. It’s hard to rebuild when you can’t carry cash to pay contractors in case the Sheriff steals it.
We wouldn’t have early voting or mail-in voting, were it not for the intention of
Democratsthe Uniparty to cheat. My husband and I early voted in Monroe County TN on Wednesday, the first day of early voting. We went to the election commission office to vote. Got there around 10:30. The line was through the building ending just at the entrance. Poll worker said it had been like that since they opened at 8:30. I was surprised to see so many people out voting.
In 2020 about 20,000 voted in Monroe County. There are about 36,000 people of voting age. It would be nice to get those 16,000 non voters into the voting booths. That is, unless many of them are Democrats who don’t bother to vote in a county that voted 80% for Trump in 2020.
Early voting begins in Massachusets tomorrow – Oct. 19. We’re going to be first in line to vote for DJT and as many GOPers as we can… but this is MA, so….
I’m also a MA resident, and no Republican has won the state since Reagan did it twice. That includes MA’s own Mitt Romney who lost to Obama, who got 60% in 2012.
Voted this morning in southeast New Mexico, which is Trump county. However, they gerrymandered one of our small towns into Albuquerque so we lost our Republican representative. Not enough people vote in our area to change that. New Mexico is solid Democrat, too many people on the government teat. I don’t see it changing even with the worst Governor ever.
I finally received a mailing today from the Cook County (IL) County Clerk’s office. It says early voting begins Monday, October 21st. Not sure about your info that polling locations opened 9/26/24.
there are only a small number of locations open as of 9/26. more locations will be available starting 10/21.
In Suburban Cook County, early voting was available on Oct 9 at the five suburban courthouses. I voted at one of them because of vacation. The election worker said it was their busiest first day ever. Early voting at local Cook County polling places starts Oct 21. Dupage County started early voting on Sept 26 at select locations. Locations expand therw on 10/21.
