Paxton in Texas already tried that in 2020. Case was thrown out on account of citizens of Texas not having “standing” with respect to fraud happening in Georgia. That was the claim by The Courts, at least…
I hope that becomes a law when President Trump goes back to the White House. Any state refusing to verify voter ID is banned from the Federal Elections–including senators and reps sent to Washington DC.
The claim is ridiculous on its face, but it is what they claimed. Fraudulent elections impact every citizen-even those who did not vote.
Are you sure about that? If state legislatures are in charge of elections and can set any rules they want, why couldn’t they decide to allow the corruption? The left has screwed up our elections, with the help of the courts and Establishment Republicans, so much and in so many ways it’s virtually impossible to have a valid trustworthy election anymore.
It’s not just a few dead people voting anymore, it’s hundreds of thousands, maybe millions-nobody knows. It’s how they manage spending with no budget just Continuing Resolutions and Omnibus Bills. Nobody knows where all the money goes and it’s about the same for votes in our elections.
I saw today that Waynesboro, VA is suing the Virginia Election Board for secret counting of votes which is against the Virginia Constitution. Well that’s what electronic voting machines do, like Dominion. The programmable software in these voting machines determines how votes are counted. The software can be changed locally or remotely without anyone knowing. Technical experts have testified to this.
So you have a Black Box vote counting device in the voting process that can be easily changed to count votes differently and in secret because they can’t be examined or audited because it’s proprietary software.
What idiots would allow this- corrupt politicians, corrupt government institutions, corrupt courts, and corrupt people who feel they should do whatever it takes to get their way.

California needs to somehow be forced to audit their voter roll. Their SoS and AG have continuously fought this. I’m confident that there are millions of fraudulent registrants. With 100% mail in voting it is just too easy for them to harvest all of these fraudulent ballots their way.
I would also like to ask this question to other Treepers: “Can the USPS be trusted to handle all of these mail in ballots?”
In previous elections I have noted that ballot return envelopes here in CA have been color coded by party. That made it too easy to throw R ballots into a bag and send them to an incinerator in the middle of the night. This year our mail in ballots have QR codes that could easily ID our party affiliation without opening the envelope.

The reason so many of these kind of things are going on across the country is they would not investigate or litigate all the election fraud that occurred in 2020.
Now we are in the 11 1/2 hour into the 2024 election and more and more ways to eliminate honest elections are underway.
No way should we have a programmable vote counting machine in the voting process. A machine whose program can change vote counting to get different results that can’t be audited is insane. So you go up to the machine, cast your votes into this black box and you have no idea what happens next.
What genius came up with this plan-government. At least we don have hanging chads.

Kamala would support that statement. However, most of my law school classmates were relatively intelligent in prose and conversation. Most of their undergrad degrees were in social science and their knowledge of science and engineering was extremely limited. My torts prof ran a clinic on ambulance chasing and strict product liability to put every corporation out of business permanently. We were strongly encouraged to embrace this perspective.
But do they have a solid or fickle moral compass? Will they swallow the poison some professors push and “embrace” their perspectives? If yes, then dolt. If no, carry on.

Fulton county judge has also blocked a new rule that requires Georgia Election Day ballots to be counted by hand after the close of voting. This is the same judge who declared voting must be certified even if fraud is expected.

The Court declared no standing because Roberts did not want the court to be involved in the election (politics)….but under the current circumstances of possibly losing the SCOTUS (adding justices) if dems win….it may well be different this go around.
The Supreme Court told me that I couldn’t forgive student loan debt, but I’m going to do it anyway.

I share that healthy skepticism. It seems to be getting watered down. It is not so hard to produce proof of citizenship or one’s immigration documents. The politicians fishing for votes with this need to simply tell us how they plan to do it.
Living on US soil without a valid visa is prima-facie evidence of the crime – intentional violation of US immigrations law. Those here “temporarily” under bogus asylum status could also easily be sent back with streamlined hearings which require showing their proof.
Employers need to be put on notice at the same time that they will face charges under existing law for employing illegals.
Once that starts, most will head home. Others will have a hearing and then voluntarily deported. The hardcore criminals will have to be found and forcefully deported.
Take away the honey and the bears go home. As far as American business/industry’s dependency on illegal slave labor – start filling the positions with laid-off government employees and the token DEI hires.
There’s a catch, that these Haitians and othershave been coming in and staying under a loophole passed by Congress in 1990.

The decision marks a major expansion of Temporary Protected Status for Haitians and won praise from many in the Haitian and immigration advocacy community.
The TPS designation was created by Congress in 1990 to prevent deportations to countries suffering natural disasters or civil strife. The Homeland Security secretary can grant temporary protection for different nationalities based on conditions in their home countries. It’s generally for a designated period, and people have to apply for the protection and prove they qualify for it. The protection also allows them to apply for a work permit.
This expansion will apply to Haitians who were in the United States on June 3 and will last until Feb. 3, 2026. Anyone arriving after June 3 would not qualify. Separately, Mayorkas also extended the Temporary Protected Status of an estimated 200,000 Haitians who already had it. Their extension will also last through Feb. 3, 2026.

Here’s the gaping loophole that I found YEARS ago that protects employers from prosecution by being able to claim ignorance and illegal aliens from discovery when they apply for a job. It says that CONFIRMING the validity of an alien’s documentation and, thereby, catching fraudulent documentation is VERBOTEN! This is actually indented in the code, probably so employers don’t miss it:

The Justice Department announced that it has secured a settlement agreement with Navajo Express, a Colorado-based trucking company that operates nationwide. The settlement resolves the department’s determination that Navajo Express violated the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) by discriminating against non-U.S. citizen workers when checking their permission to work in the United States.
“When employers reject workers’ valid documentation proving their permission to work and demand other types of documentation, they construct unnecessary hurdles that can mean the difference between a worker getting a job or not,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “The Justice Department will continue to hold employers accountable for discriminating against workers because of citizenship, immigration status or national origin.”
In other words, checking that the APPEARS to be valid documentation which COULD be fraudulent IS in fact NOT fraudulent is VERBOTEN! In other words, “two forms of ID” is
NOT permissible for aliens, just for YOU.

DENVER (KDVR) — A new lawsuit has been filed against the privately operated migrant detention facility in Aurora, claiming that a man’s death while in custody there was entirely preventable.
That man, Nicaraguan national Melvin Ariel Calero-Mendoza, 39, died in October 2022 of a blood clot. Calero-Mendoza’s death is the third in the facility’s 38-year history, with the last detainee’s death recorded in 2017, and seems to have come after he was injured playing soccer.

I think people not having children because they are unable to even when they want them, is a legitimate concern of government, because fertility is a health issue, and America becoming a sickly nation is certainly something we don’t want.
However, we just added a MAHA agenda to the MAGA agenda and we already know that RFK Jr. is on this.
People not having kids because they feel they can’t afford to is an issue caused in large part by mass immigration, especially illegal immigration, so bringing in Haiti isn’t going to fix it.
If numbers were the fix, wouldn’t heavily populated places like Haiti be doing better?

In Arizona, I received an email from Maricopa County that my ballot was mailed on October 9th. It is now October 16 and I have not received it.
I emailed the County yesterday and received an automated reply that said the USPS was delivering the ballots in batches and to give them 10 days to deliver.

“President Donald Trump returned to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, touting sustained growth in the American economy as well as his his recent trade agreements with Mexico and Canada, and China.
President Donald Trump told CNBC on Wednesday that U.S. economic growth would have been closer to 4% if it weren’t for the lingering effect of Federal Reserve rate hikes.
“That was a big blip that should not have taken place. It should not have happened. But it’s one of those things. But we had Boeing. We had the big strike with General Motors. We had things happen that are very unusual to happen,” Trump told CNBC’s Joe Kernen in an interview from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
The president also suggested that the stock market would be even higher than its already record-setting highs if the Fed hadn’t raised rates so quickly before cutting them three times during 2019.
“Now, with all of that, had we not done the big raise on interest, I think we would have been close to 4%,” Trump said of the U.S. gross domestic product. “And I – I could see 5,000 to 10,000 points more on the Dow. But that was a killer when they raised the rate. It was just a big mistake.”
The president has repeatedly taken the Fed and its chair, Jerome Powell, to task for raising rates too quickly, in his view. Trump nominated Powell to the role in November 2017, and the Fed raised rates four times in 2018.
The president’s remarks Wednesday echoed those his top economic advisor Larry Kudlow made to CNBC on Tuesday, when he predicted 3% growth in U.S. GDP in 2020.
