Stay away from the sketchy story around “Vem Miller” (DOB 10-26-74), and everything that surrounds the story of the possible 3rd assassination attempt. Everything about this story is sketchy in the extreme, including his defenses.
Multiple, at least 3, passports. Multiple, at least 3, ids. Fake tags on vehicle. Unregistered vehicle. Firearms (shotgun and handgun). Claimed fake credentials for Trump rally. A personal and familial connection to USA, Armenia, Great Britian (UK) and Canada. Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco outlines the commonsense approach to viewing people as “sketchy.”

There are weird and sketchy people in the world, and law enforcement engage with weird and sketchy people every day. When a federal law enforcement agency like the FBI engages with weird and sketchy people, generally the weird and sketchy people become confidential human sources.
Stay away from weird and sketchy people.

Hard to believe they released him!
Well, if they didn’t have any evidence for more than a misdemeanor, they would have to.
Poor planning?
love it, MoPar
ain’t that Mister ‘Not Wittingly’ ?
Former CIA Director Brennan. The “not wittingly” guy was DNI James Clapper. But…both not favorites of mine (to say the least).
Part of the sketchiness
IF he had unlicensed firearms, THAT IS A FEDERAL offense… should’ve been locked up or, at the very least, a LARGE bail. And they released him?? Ok, he is definitely sketchy and weird but this reeks of a cover-up.
Usually I apply the 24-48 hr rule with stories like this…let’s see how much more spinning the LEO’s can do.
What license?
Was just going to ask too!
One can guess from which states such a question emanates. . . .
Please what federal law did he break by having a “unlicensed” firearm?
There are gazillions of federal gun laws and regulations.
Nah, not really.
Yes,
Inquiring minds would like to know?
California State Law. That’s why the FBI and the USSS did not arrest him.
Most/many states allow reciprocal carry; however, California does not honor a licensed Nevada gun owner to carry in California.
See the reciprocity map of states below:
https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/resources/ccw_reciprocity_map/nv-gun-laws/
Believe he is a resident of Nevada…https://x.com/RaheemKassam/status/1845852871503249902
While there are loads of federal firearm laws, he was not in his state of residence (just a few of the “unlawful” – https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/922 – 18 USC 922)
None
There is no such thing as an unlicensed firearm in any federal statute. There are a small handful of states that license handguns and even fewer that license long guns. His “unlicensed firearm” crime is a state (California) offense.
There is no such thing as a federal unlicensed firearm.
There are “illegal” firearms and there are firearms (fully automatic) that require a FFL to own. But the FFL is for the person, not the firearm.
Moreover, the LE that arrested him are county level LE following state laws.
Non-FFL’s may purchased and possess transferrable machine guns, suppressors, short barrel rifles/shotguns, pen guns, etc using BATFE Form 4 and paying the $200 transfer tax.
Transfer of ownership transfer of NFA weapons is a taxable event. The buyer (typically but sometimes the seller will pick up the cost) pays $200 to the Treasury Dept on the completed BATFE Form 4.
After the FBI does a background check, BATFE assigns ownership of the weapon in their registry to the new owner. Then they mail back the Form 4 to the seller. The form has a 2″x3″ green stamp (like a big postage stamp) affixed to upper right corner. A multi digit number is hand stamped in black ink across the stamp. The stamp proves the tax was paid. For that reason the Form 4 is sometimes referred to as a “tax stamp”.
The seller tells the buyer “Your transfer was approved. Bring the rest of the money and come get your gun”. When the buyer takes possession of the gun and stamped Form 4, he/she’s the new legal owner. That (formerly green but don’t know color now) stamp is proof the new owner legally acquired the gun and paid the required $200 tax.
>>>**Thus, the Form 4 is a RECEIPT FOR TAX PAID to the US Govt**<<<
In the eyes of the law it’s not a license. It’s a receipt for tax paid. And possession of this receipt along with the firearm noted on the receipt, allows you to own your machine gun.
As to licensing, for the other poster, decades ago a small PA (IIRC) town tried to make Jehovah’s Witnesses get licenses to preach door to door. They sued and eventually SCOTUS ruled that enumerated rights in the Constitution can’t be licensed.
Of course, that hasn’t stopped states from licensing to carry handguns!
“IF he had unlicensed firearms, THAT IS A FEDERAL offense”
———————————————-
>>>>>**WRONG**<<<<<
No federal law requires firearms be “licensed”. No federal law requires firearms be “registered”. The Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA 68) specifically prohibits the federal government from creating a national registry/database of firearms; and a prohibition against federal registration.
Only NFA (National Firearms Act of 1934) weapons such as machine guns, short barrel rifles, pen guns, suppressors, et al, are required to be “registered” with the BATFE in a national registry. Ownership transfer of NFA weapons is a taxable event. $200 is paid to Treasury Dept on a BATFE Form 4. That form is returned to the new owner as a receipt for the $200 tax paid.
This form is often but wrongly called a “machine gun license”. It’s NOT A LICENSE. It’s a receipt for tax paid. This receipt proves you followed all NFA regulations to possess your machine gun (or short barrel rifle, suppressor, etc). There’s also Form 3 (dealers only), Form 5 (police depts), Form 10 (museum).
Decades ago, SCOTUS ruled on a case in PA, IIRC, where the town tried to make Jehovah’s Witnesses get a license to preach door to door. SCOTUS ruled a constitutional right can’t be licensed.
It’s not a federal offense to have unlicensed firearms. There are pages and pages of federal laws and regulations Re: firearms. But they apply only to certain types of firearms. Not a shotgun and his pistol. Unless he modified his shotgun as Randy Weaver did.
How many people (and his 3 other different names don’t count) got an up-close & personal pic with the J6 Shaman … AND was picked up for being armed at a Trump Rally ??!
He was in his car trying to park.
He was driving into a high security zone … in California … with guns !!!
An international assassin imported into the country with diplomatic immunity, that’s why the release; furthermore, the Feds did this intentionally and are associating him with the “Sovereign Citizen” movement as a cover story and misdirection move. DJT is in extreme danger from here on out, the commies/globalists never give up.
Dear Sundance: Did you read MindyRobinson’s take re VemMiller on “X”? Check it out: @iheartmindy.
I saw her posts defending Miller as well, and had read her previously on other matters. She sounds credible, and claims Miller as a close friend and her business partner. Very strange, and something doesn’t add up at all. I think there are going to be some unique twists to this story.
Watch her expose regarding the Las Vegas Massacre. Five stars!
… hmmm – was miller her source?
>> Very strange, and something doesn’t add up at all.
In other words: sketchy
I’m not sure the relevance.
Perhaps some people enjoy sketchy people, it makes their life more exciting.
There is only one thing that stands out about Mindy.
You mean “two things”?
Classic “honey pot.”
I know nothing about this woman MR52 but I am guessing you are not talking about her brains.
National Pulse wrote an article defending him as well.
As a California resident familiar with Bianco, I would assert there is nothing sketchy about the sheriff. He’s pretty darn solid.
Something doesn’t square
Beware the Ides of October!
I don’t live in CA, but did years past. In pacific Palesades, Santa Monica, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Norco (Riverside county). I think the sheriff seemed on target. There are people who think Miller is not an assassin. I have problems with his stupidity, which makes him sketchy, which makes him “suspect”. I do not think the Sheriff needs to apologize for their part. This will be buried by ss and fbi. And Miller could be a product of a set up type situation if what he and other say is true. He is on the fbi watch list…in my opinion.
I think we are likely to hear the phrase “out of an abundance of caution “ used in this case. And like you, I don’t blame the sheriff.
This guy may be pro Trump but that doesn’t mean he isn’t stupid AF.
He wasn’t taking a casual ride in the desert. He was driving into a high security zone. It sounds to me like the sheriffs department had the security situation pretty well dialed. which as Trump supporters we want.
This is California for God’s sake! You MUST have your firearms and ammunition locked up and stowed away when you travel, otherwise you are inviting trouble.
This guy is a prime example of why I don’t join groups.
I think that most people should be smart enough to know that firearms must be locked up and stowed away when inside the CA border.
We took an RV trip to Palm Desert a few months ago and left everything gun related in NV. It just isn’t worth the hassle.
I think we are likely to hear the phrase “out of an abundance of caution “
to be filed along with “because of the sensitivity of the matter”
Caught with firearms/weapons, but is “beyond a novice,” claims never to have fired one, doesn’t know anything about firearms, has several name forms and access to GOP activities and acquaintances with a GOP influencer, has a closeup pic with the Jake Chansley, J6 Shaman Buffalo head, but Vem is allowed to go free, Ray Epps, anyone? No, nothing squares except to the people behind the operation.
It may not be relevant at all, SD.
However, I’m always willing to listen to alternate sources of information beyond what government officials offer, esp immediately following such an incident. Just because LEOs describe someone/thing as sketchy doesn’t necessarily mean it is. If as described, yeah – he’s sketchy, or at least a bit of a whack-job.
This is why I have your site permanently book-marked and read it every morning. Truth is so elusive these days, *sigh*.
Sure has a foul mouth. A good one to steer clear of. Last election there was another quick talking Blonde last election had an arrest making it sound Assange like. Truth was she beat up her husband and never showed for cour. She had cameras staged she knew they were coming very dramatic lotsa baad words and high pitch squealing.
@amuse (blue checkmark) responded to Mindy with this:
“So crazy… The FBI is standing with Vem Miller so I think he’s safe. They’re saying the Sheriff jumped the gun.”
I worked in the east desert ( La Quinta, Indio, Coachella and the county areas) area for most of my career with the fire dept. I interacted with RSO deputies for over 20 years, there are some solid guys, and gals but mostly guys, that work for them. It’s a large LE organization so you’re gonna get some idiots but for the most part solid.
I can personally attest to “some people enjoy sketchy people”. Some people are just weird and enjoy being around weird people. Some people enjoy drama.
What’s interesting is the inability of some to acknowledge facts.
We responded to an unconscious, unresponsive person. We arrived at scene and that was the state we found this lady in, along with a needle in her arm. The medics gave her NARCAN and she immediately woke-up, but then proceeded to tell us she didn’t use any drugs even after we explained to her that we found her with a needle in her arm and she woke-up after the NARCAN was administered and explain NARCAN only works on ONE thing: reverse Opioids. She was hell bent on sticking with her story.
Time and time again I saw the same behavior with people. You simply law out undisputed facts observed and they stick to their original position. They don’t want to admit their guilt.
Anyone defending these undisputed observations, facts (wrong tags, wrong ID, wrong anything and everything) is trying to hide or defend something, including the FIB.
Coachella PD dissolved when RSO took over under a contract to provide law enforcement: policing improved. RSO does a good job.
I believe someone close to President Trump is going to stab him in the back (what’s new?)
That’s SOP. Et tu Brute?
Interesting, so everyone is in on this to get Trump. Maybe sheriff was duped into it or caught him when he wasnt
Something is askew with this story…It has all the markings of another Ray Epps..Trained by the usual suspects…
This country is so screwed up right now, I don’t even trust myself!
Right from the Catskills!
HHC 2/16: Have you done any recruiting in Ukraine? That’s usually a tip-off.
Right? I feel like I am living in a Tom Clancy novel and triple guessing everyone and everything…
Oh Michelle! Ain’t that the truth, we have lived through at least six of his stores lines in the past decade. “If it isn’t written…” I dunno …. Skeptic on high alert residing in Ca and hoping the pendulum is swinging!
Even has a selfie with the J6 Shaman.
Etch A Sketch LE at the national level. Sketch a somewhat meaningful outline but be sure to shake the toy before sharing with the public.
I thought it was illegal to kill small furry animals and wear them as eyebrows?
😄^^
No because kamala has a wig made of a small and furry animal🦨.
All I can say is don’t mess with the Trump…..
He’s “never fired a weapon” yet his car is a mobile gun shop. Suspicious Cat alert
A shotgun and a pistol. Not ideal tools for an assassin. And he drove right up to the security checkpoint, where it clearly says your car is subject to search. Oh, he’s probably an FBI or Deep State asset alright, but not an assassin. His role is to play a “weird” Trump Supporter and portray people that go to Trump rallies as kooks. Also, the most vitriolic of the left and Democrats are trying to propagate the myth that all these assassination attempts have been staged by MAGA and Trump to help him win the election. This guy is the literal poster boy for them to distract from the real assassins.
BINGO
This sketchy dude’s role was to legitimize the “right wing violent extremist” 🐃💩 that Wray keeps tossing out for media consumption.
That’s the nut in the shell.
Him must be a collector kemosobe.😳
Whenever they get you looking to the east, watch the west because they are up to something that they want to hide.
Btw how come QAnon disappeared?!
I think QAnon as a Deep State psy-ops baiting tool lost its usefulness as a means of identifying who might be an opponent of the current regime. Too many people realized what it was actually all about and didn’t follow it anymore. So they shut it down.
I heard it was run by Samantha Powell’s husband..FYI-just read that the Tm ran out on “George” magazine and it was sold..now back in publication on line run by Q people??
There is no QAnon, it is only Q and then there are Anon’s and the Where We Go One, We Go All crowd.
https://realnewsandhistory.com/ncswic/
I’m guessing the QAnon Project achieved its goal, and the CIA moved on to other things.
NSA, not CIA.
And maybe DIA. And the Army of Northern Virginia
Definitely General Kellogg. And Dan Scavino.
Mission very much accomplished.
Specific group mission accomplished.
Larger mission ongoing
https://taskandpurpose.com/news/army-irregular-warfare-clip/
Note the violin (*a violin features in an old Trump re-Truth / Tweet of NCSWIC over a violin) to start, played by someone in Army uniform, then note the hourglass at the end. Dan Scavino just tweeted out an image of an hourglass yesterday.
Apparently, time’s up.
BTW, check the very brief image at 1:15 of the Irregular Warfare video.
What’s that??????
Sure looks like . . .
something rumored, but not proven.
What is the Army saying here?
Affirming that Matt Hancock email about how Bill Gates should be thanking him? And what for?
Forget suggestions about waterboarding the current psy op. Getting Matt Hancock into a custodial interrogation at a black site would be far more worth the effort.
“Trust the plan” = “stay asleep.”
Those days are over.
Folks are wearing the special sunglasses now. . .
Indeed, has there ever been a time when such nonsense of propaganda and ropeadope delusion was not used upon gullible masses? Sigh.
The Deep State has been foiled.
Trust the plan = Stay asleep?
Not at all.
The plan exposes the corruption and that is why the folks are wearing those special sunglasses you speak of.

17:50 min vid, Vem Miller in his own words via Kyle Becker
Ha ha, comments are great. “If he was actually a Trump Supporter he would still be behind bars.”. I think they are paying for this shit with Ukraine funds.
Exactly! Unregistered car. Unregistered guns. Regular Trump supporters register their stuff. They may not like it, but they do it. This story has so much contradictory evidence it reeks of something the FBI or IC would do. His statement, “I told LE I had loaded guns in my car” ……what did he think would happen at that point?! He is playing games. He is about as trustworthy as gas station sushi.
Fried chicken at our gas station is pretty good.
A homemade license plate?
He shoulda done the “Plate Applied For” fake tag I’ve seen driving around here.
Its a wokeism psyops freak show.
People in free states don’t need to register guns.
CA isn’t a free state. He was in CA. Situational awareness is a thing.
He acknowledged at the outset that forgetting he was not in a free state was his one mistake.
Most states do not require registration of firearms.
And in many states, almost all in the South, many carry loaded firearms in their cars.
And it is perfectly legal.
And Trump supporters in the South don’t go around volunteering to register their firearms.
I am a supporter of President Trump and I have not “registered” my handguns with any authority. I do have a concealed carry license, but it does not state what kind of pistol I use. We live in Arkansas. I carry through Oklahoma down to Texas and back. Those states have reciprocity with each other.
California is basically an authoritarian state and has done its best to regulate private ownership of guns the the nth degree. This guy should have checked for reciprocity.
Not trying to be contrary, but what does “unregistered” even mean? There is no federal registration of guns.
Yes, you must fill out a Form 4473, but those are held by the federal firearm licensed (FFL) dealer until their business closes down. However, there is a provision for ATF to come audit the FFL’s files (In my opinion, this is how the feds plan to obtain all the information on these Form 4473’s to begin an actual federal registration of guns.) See ATF’s statement below.
How long are licensees required to maintain ATF Forms 4473?Licensees shall retain each Form 4473 until business or licensed activity is discontinued, either on paper, or in an electronic alternate method approved by the Director, at the business premises readily accessible for inspection under this part. Paper forms over 20 years of age may be stored at a separate warehouse, which shall be considered part of the business premises for this purpose and subject to inspection under this part. Forms 4473 shall be retained in the licensee’s records as provided in § 478.124(b), provided that Forms 4473 with respect to which a sale, delivery, or transfer did not take place shall be separately retained in alphabetical (by name of transferee) or chronological (by date of transferee’s certification) order.
[18 U.S.C. 923(g)(1)(A); 27 CFR 478.129(b)]
California does not honor licensed gun owners from Nevada, see reciprocity map: https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/resources/ccw_reciprocity_map/nv-gun-laws/
As far as an unregistered car, the guy is from Nevada. Unless he had expired tags or they checked with Nevada to see if the car was actually registered to him, someone else or stolen; I don’t see the point in stating he had an unregistered car.
Just too many weird little nuances of the meaning of words in this instance.
Sundance may be right to stay clear. Just seems weird.
I did take the opportunity to watch some of his documentary on the Bundy Ranch standoff with the BLM. It looks to be pretty interesting.
The documentary/independent reporting on the Las Vegas shooting will hopefully prove to be informative. There were just too many unanswered questions with that horrible event.
Do you have several different passports and alias’?
When arrested he gave the codeword, contacted his FBLie handlers after they got their headline, and was let go like any other operative.
Why would you take loaded guns to a Trump Rally in CA?
That takes a special kind of stupid. At the very least, you ought to know that you are going to miss the Rally and spend your day in custody.
Why does he need aliases and three passports?
To appear more assassin like and create more media stir.
Cuz they’re out to get him!
The entire thing is a NothingBurger with extra NothingSauce.
Only in Kalifornia could it become a story, and only because it will be used to smear Trump. It gives the liberal left that deny the real attempts to assassinate Trump some ammo.
Disagree, just the opposite.
Yep. The minute I saw the headline… I thought.. another Psych-Op to deflect from the prior failures of IC…
F these crap weasels
Nope, think deep state messed up again and locals saved the day. Next deep state move.
Posse Comitatus was enforced/declared in 2003 and is still in forced.
“ locals saved the day”.
At most, they may have unwittingly interfered with an IC scheme to shape a false narrative. That narrative they’re trying to get out is that these assassination attempts are staged by Trump and Trump supporters to help him win the election. If you read comments by the most feral Democrats on their media it’s rampant. Then along comes this guy to feed right into it. How convenient.
I have noticed that it is usually the Sheriffs who work for the people. The “voted in” part of the law. I saw it in the Helene mess, and I see it here as well. All the way back to Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona who questioned BO’s birth certificate.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio was actually a Fed. He retired from being a federal agent with DEA after 25 years. Yet, once he became sheriff, constantly attacked, undermined, and interfered with Border Patrol and other federal law enforcement in Arizona.
The liberals, ACLU, media, DOJ, judges and open borders idiots that sued and defamed “Sheriff Joe” are all absolutely evil, anti-American demons.
But Sheriff Joe would get his deputies to undermine and interfere with the Border Patrol’s operations, then very publicly blame them for what he did. Or, they’d pull over Hispanic people by the droves for minor infractions , many of whom were actually legal residents, US citizens or naturalized US citizens, and hold them for extended periods for immigration purposes. They’d call Border Patrol, who were typically over 100 miles away trying to work on real immigration enforcement, to come pick up the supposed “illegals”. When they’d have to let them go and then get themselves righteously sued for it, he’d say Border Patrol made him do it.
At the time, many local LE officers in Arizona absolutely thought they could indefinitely detain any Hispanic person they encountered if their English wasn’t perfect. A person can be born in Mexico, legally immigrate to the US, naturalize after 5 years, speak Spanish as their first language, and not be legally required to carry immigration documents on their person.
A certain Sheriff in a county that adjoined Maricopa even had his deputies detaining Puerto Ricans and wanting to “deport” them.
Imagine the confusion and miscommunication when overzealous deputies, with limited Spanish skills, that want to “catch illegals”, are out pulling cars over in Arizona.
MR52,
I tried doing a web search for;
“Posse Comitatus was declared in 2003”
as well as;
“Posse Comitatus has been declared in 2003”
and I am not finding anything about this matter.
Could you possibly share more information, details, links, and or anything else you think would be beneficial to me learning more about this subject?
Thanks,

MGBSE,
I changed my Search Query to;
“Posse Comitatus Act Declaration Katrina”
and still could not find anything about a “Declaration”
and found two PDFs that I have downloaded to my Adobe file, none of which shows any sort of “Declaration”, so I still would like to see a Reply to my original question addressed to MR52 (the first one I have read both pages, the second one seems to be part of a Master’s Degree program that I will read later).

MR52,
Would you be so kind as to assist me with some sort of documentation in reference to the statement;
“Posse Comitatus was enforced/declared in 2003 and is still in forced”?
I have searched the web using three different queries;
1. “Posse Comitatus was declared in 2003”
as well as;
2. “Posse Comitatus has been declared in 2003”
3. “Posse Comitatus Act Declaration Katrina”
and have failed to find anything related to that statement.
In other words he is a Fed, a CIA plant with a mission. And this is a distraction from their real intentions.
None of this connects very well. Then again, it has been barely 48 hours since the first reveal about it.
The guy was cut loose on very low bail, which speaks volumes.
For all we know, it was a badly-concocted stunt by the man to accord himself more attention. He appeared connected to an obscure media outlet at one time. Some of his ‘friends’ are now rushing to his defense.
Or, perhaps it is just yet another of the myriad psyops deployed by an increasingly frightened federal administrative beast, activating one of its sillier assets.
Now less than 3 weeks out, MAGA has far more important things to deal with than this particular distraction.
A resident of Nevada cannot even obtain a California concealed carry permit so obviously possession of a handgun was a crime right off the bat!
Very true Everyone from out of state is subject to the laws of the state they are in.
Never heard of this guy, now seeing he’s part of the social media amateur investigation squads roaming the internet. Some are good, some are very sketchy. Ultimately they only charge him with the gun misdemeanors and release. Fake ID’s? License plate? Why no charges?
Agree with Sundance. Trump team needs to avoid these folks.
A perfect blob setup for a CI (assassin) right wing sovereign citizen.
So perfect, it’s like it was carefully engineered that way. Like the setup they used to entrap George Papadapoulis.
I try to stay away as best I can from stories or evidence I can’t put my finger on, besides, if it bleeding, it’s reading. I’m imagining all talking taking place right now.
I’m just going to sit and trade the markets like I do everyday that keep my wits about me.
Just curious if all three will be only a third of the total attempts that are to come from within.
Kamala is weird and sketchy people cream of the crop.🦨
I want to avoid hearing about the cackle queen but its hard to do with the media kamala waterboarding fake news.😳
Recruitment by the blob for Trump assassins reminds me of the Blazing Saddles audition scene.
Agree as sketchy people are attracted to politics (and IC intrigue) like moths to a flame.
This may just be a sheriff (politician) enhancing his reseme. Why would the guy say that he wanted to kill the President? A person close to the Trump campaign said it was not an assassination attempt. Why would they say that unless they knew him. His association with Mindy Robinson and a documentary he has done, Bundy vs. Deep State, certainly provide a foundation for a false flag event.
Just because it’s not sketchy enough:
https://x.com/kylenabecker/status/1845783851194356116
Sovereign citizens hu? That actually tracks… I can see this being what it seems like… too many you tube videos about dui check points and having a rifle while fishing… I’ll wait and see.. this seems like a nothing burger.
More sketchy personal carp, MK-ULTRA graduate. Who’s his handler? Follow Vem’s money trail.
He may not be that dangerous. Weird and sketchy, but not an assassin. Sheriff’s office arrested him on weapons charges, misdemeanor, that was all. He was arrest outside the perimeters. He maintains he is not who/what Sheriff says. ss and fbi has taken it under their offices. So who know who he is.
For a different take: https://thenationalpulse.com/2024/10/14/armed-coachella-rally-goer-vem-miller-is-pro-trump-independent-reporter-not-would-be-assassin/
I personally think he is weird and sketchy, STUPID.
Thank you Sundance for bringing this post. We must know as much as possible these days. Blessings.
If Raheem Kassan says this guy’s OK, it’s a pretty safe bet he’s OK.
I’ve listened to Raheem many times and that would be close to my take.
But I’m with both sundance and Bongino that it’s best to wait for more solid info to be certain…
…uh…closer to certain…
…uh…as close to certain as is possible these days!
(Which is not exactly close.)
I found this statement to be very believable, obviously it was an anti-Trump group of officers happy to give MAGAs a hard time, by their own words:
https://x.com/kylenabecker/status/1845783851194356116
Has law enforcement looked into what credentials he used to get into the RNC close to Don Jr. at the convention?
Has he been casing the Trump family for some time?
“Everything about this story is sketchy in the extreme”
Realized that when I read this National Review article yesterday. Too many incompatible parts.:
https://www.nationalreview.com/news/possible-third-assassination-attempt-against-trump-thwarted-at-coachella-rally-sheriff-says/
This skeptical cat is skeptical.
So hard to know the difference between an honest person and a good actor (liar). Regardless, this latest reported attempt bolsters my belief that there is a concerted effort to produce FEAR in Trump and his supporters. Maybe it is directed at lowering turnout for fear of a terror attack at a yet
unnamed voting location.
I 100 per cent agree that if all will pray for safety from God’s angelic forces and that the truth behind the scenes will shine forth so that honest people can effectively decide this election, the Author of Truth will fight for us. Amen!
Vem in his own words(cut down from over an hour).
Still suspicious. 🤨

The usage of the word >almost: = “Who then can be saved? Jesus looked at them and said, “For human beings this is impossible, but for God all things are possible.” [The Goodbook]
Were the 3 passports and IDs legit or not?
Fake tags? Unregistered vehicle?
Why no charges there?
Those details bother me more than having a couple of guns in his trunk.
If Government/Law Enforcement labels you “Sketchy” does the Second Amendment no longer apply to you?
This guy carries firearms in his car and has never fired a gun in his life? Then he goes straight onto my ‘extremely dangerous’ list.
Do a deep dive on the Sovereign Citizen folks.
You’ll find mass paranoia, unstable in all their ways. No firm foundation.
They bounce back and forth between political allegiance with no rhythm. One day Bernie, one day Trump, the next day RFK.
Stay away… zealous enough to die for their cause if you can ever decipher what it really is.
I know one in my town. He is the furthest thing from “unstable.”
He was also MAGA when I met him and is still 100% so.
I don’t buy that particular belief, but he’s okay otherwise.
Add this to the list of weirdness. There is a picture of him sitting next to Don jr at the RNC. Convention
I believe this guy at minimum 90%. His media-investigative-wanna be a celebrity modus operandi leads me to
believe he was simply trying to pass outer security check(s) and if successful would have a ?BIG? story to report
of the continued danger to Mr DJT. Because of this>> {approximately 74 percent, or 717 million magazines – have
a capacity of eleven or more rounds, and almost half (about 46 percent) “are rifle magazines with 30+} I don’t
buy a California freak out re large magazine capacity whatsoever. Lastly I would need to see THE ACTUAL arrest
record, which would contain traffic citations for registration, fake this, fake that to remotely believe any of this.
Bottom line: my Nostradamus meter declares him a likely benefit to improving safety for our HERO #45+#47.
I agree with you. Remember those whack jobs who tried to go through TSA with guns knives whatever? And when caught always claimed they did it to test TSA?
Partially surprising he didn’t have at least two first names.
The media is always the entity that digs out and bestows those names.
Fake license plates are a crime where I live.
Bongino Rule on High Alert.
I want to see facts, and evidence before coming to any conclusion.
While I generally agree with the assessment that this character could be a CHS for the FBI (or CIA), there are other valid possibilities.
Two include:
1. This character has citizenship in multiple countries which would validate multiple passports. I’ve personally known people in this category. It would not be uncommon to have different, yet similar, ‘legal’ names for each passport as each country defines which name is allowed to be used.
2. A foreign IC asset, ie a NOC, who has been issued multiple passports by their country’s IC entity. And if so, they would be of ‘official’ quality. <<< 👀
There are other countries that have concerns about Trump ascending to the Presidency just as much as the Uniparty and Fourth Branch here!
Video from the “assassin” explaining the situation and the fact that he is a major Trump supporter cued to here. A must watch. Includes video of the sheriff claiming they stopped an assassination attempt kneeling with BLM during those times:

Water board the dude.
“Ultimately they only charge him with the gun misdemeanors and release. Fake ID’s? License plate? Why no charges?”
Indeed. This Sheriff sounds every bit as “sketchy” as everyone else – especially since we know he “bowed down” to BLM on an earlier occasion. He had plenty(!) of reasons to keep this person in jail, yet he let him go free … to disappear … to try to do it again next time.
You’d think the fblie would try a new schtick. This one keeps failing.
So, I am not understanding what is going on with this guy.
Was he supposed to be the patsy, the Oswald they blame everything on, when they, the Feds, tried again?
It would not surprise me, but all the IDs, guns, and conflicting background is over the top sketchy even for the Feds.
Or, they are just really desperate.
