Just watched A Stranger In Town (1943) starring Frank Morgan, Richard Carlson, and Jean Rogers (I’m retired and do what I please). Excellent movie. In a small corrupt town, an honest crusading lawyer running for mayor gets unexpected help from a tourist who happens to be an Associate Supreme Court Justice. The speech at the end is excellent and very apropos for this election.

Last March I had a long-awaited consult with an oncologist in the Seattle area. International reputation. So famous she had two “scribes” in attendance, taking down the consult verbatim.
She was royally peeved when I walked in with a clipboard, a three-page list of questions pertaining to clinical trials, and a sample of research articles. She had been all set to give me her sales pitch as to treatment, but then had to punt because she knew that I knew it was BS.
I declined care at that facility and found a naturopath in a tiny, out of the way office in nowhereseville. Again, it pays to do one’s own research. Find a doctor who is willing to work with you and who honors your choices as to treatment. They do exist. I should add that the naturopathic consults are not covered by insurance, and that’s fine with me. I’m still here to write this:)

The bottom of any research article should include a disclaimer as to whether or not the researchers received funding, and by whom or what organization.

All you have to do is go to the pubmed database and type in “ivermectin and cancer” or “fenbendazole and cancer” and those searches will turn up a number of peer reviewed studies on the effectiveness of both drugs in treating cancer.
Most of the studies that come up in a search are foreign, not US. That makes sense – Fauci has a more or less complete choke hold on research funding in the US, so any research that might have undermined the chemo protocols (ka-ching ka-ching $$$ Big PHRMA $$$)was never going to get funded here.

I keep seeing similar reporting like this on TikTok, but I don’t believe any ruling has been announced as of now. Typically, these cases take a month or so to conclude with the appellate court and this just happened last week, I believe. Granted, from listening to a good portion of the arguments, it sounds very strong for the Trump Team, but we will have to wait and see. Not sure why so many are jumping the gun on saying that he “won” the appeal.
President Trump has not won the appeal yet. The hearing looked good for him, but there is no decision, and no likelihood prior to the election.

Bundy had grazing rights from the state of NV to use the land for his cattle.
When the state abdicated control of state land to the federal government, federal lawyers (I believe one of which was Harry Reid’s son) tried to get Bundy to sign away his grazing rights. Bundy had a grandfather’d right to graze where the state had granted him, but Reid wanted to relocate desert tortoises to that area from a huge tract of land not far from Searchlight, where now sits a huge solar farm.
Bundy was advised to continue to proffer fees to NV, but the state apparently would not accept said payments as they no longer had jurisdiction of the area, so payments were to be going into a trust account until some resolution was reached.
We all saw the resolution that Reid was angling to arrive at . . .
The dispute was not about fees; it was about politics of the federal government — to first, take over the land for a tortoise reserve that already was in existence less than 100 miles away, and second, to try to use legal maneuverings to attempt to get Bundy to relinquish his rights.
I did not see the documentary so I do not know if it was in the movie or not, so I felt the need to correct
some misconceptions.

It was wonderful to see the real Nevadans come to stop that attempt by the BLM to round up and auction off their cattle. It was nice to see the Sagebrush Rebellion still has/had teeth. That was the bright spot for us watching from a distance on the other side of the State.

I am hoping an incoming Trump administration will 1) clean house at FEMA or disband it completely and, 2) prosecute employees of FEMA who STOLE supplies gathered by others to assist victims of Hurricane Helene, and 3) prosecute all federal employees who interfered with aircraft and pilots seeking to help and rescue survivors of the hurricane.
Life and death emergencies have ALWAYS permitted violations of federal regulations and laws to preserve life. Such emergencies have NO ROOM FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES TO THROW THEIR WEIGHT AROUND IN CHILDISH TURF BATTLES. FEMA has no right to STEAL supplies they did not provide.
This is why I keep saying that it is of great concern that no one ran in the last election on taking away the so-called emergency powers that all levels of government conferred on themselves and abused during the scamdemic.
These are some orders giving government powers to negate the Bill of Rights as they see fit under the excuse of emergency. You never know what they will try next:

The President shall order published in the Federal Register, and in such other manner as he may deem appropriate, every designation of materials the accumulation of which is unlawful and any withdrawal of such designation.”
President Kennedy signed Executive Order 10998 in 1962. One part of the order gives the government authority to take over all agricultural production and distribution – including plans and procedures for the proper utilization of agriculture items stockpiled for survival purposes.”
President Reagan signed Executive Order 12656 in 1988, which includes “preparing plans and procedures to share between and among the responsible agencies resources such as […] food […] supplies […] water, and workforce needed to carry out assigned responsibilities and other essential functions,” as well as, “develop plans to set priorities and allocate resources among civilian and military claimants.”
President Clinton signed Updated Executive Order 10998 in 1994, which included a law that allows the federal government to seize hoarded food supplies from both public and private sources.
In 1994, President Clinton issued Executive Order 12919, which includes the confiscation of water resources in addition to all food that is “capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals.”
In 2012, President Obama signed Executive Order 13603, which allows the federal government to seize and re-distribute water, food, and other resources when the U.S. is in a state of emergency.
Both President Trump and President Biden invoked the Defense Production Act during the COVID-19 pandemic. Trump issued an executive order to prevent the hoarding of essential supplies.

Fake news reports have claimed, based on anonymous sources, that Iran has delivered ballistic missiles to Russia for use in the war in Ukraine.
Iran strongly denies to have sent any such missiles. Ukraine has not reported the impact of any such missile on its territory . There is zero evidence that any missile transfer has happened.
In September the U.S. and the UK imposed new sanctions on Iran mostly effecting its civil air line traffic. Now the EU is following with similar sanctions. These sanctions are claimed to be in punishment for missile transfers – which did not happen.
Outside of UN Security Council decisions all economic sanctions like travel impediments are in opposition to the rules of the Word Trade Organization and have no legal basis.
