I recorded the attempted Chicago 2016 rally.
The physical ambushes and assaults on Trump supporters were an unforgivable stain on American history.
The Chicago police should have been out there fracturing skulls with batons a la 1968 until the coordinated assaults upon Trump supporters ended.
That didn’t happen. That was the rally when I realized we had domestic enemies – long before BLM.
Didn’t you see how brutal they were in supposedly red Orange County CA? I saw one group of young men chase a single, tiny woman into an office entrance (where the cowards inside quickly locked her out) and pelted her with eggs and water bottles. Her crime was wearing something with Trump s name on it.
Yup. And remember the rally where the road was blocked so Trump and crew had to stop on the freeway shoulder, climb over the barrier and jump down into the ditch and walk through the scrub desert to the rally? I think that actually may have been at Coachella in 2016!
Protesters blocked the road on the way to the Phoenix 2016 rally, but I think that’s the one where Sheriff Joe had the cars towed away.

One night a long time ago hubs and I were driving down the 57 freeway with the windows down on a balmy and beautiful night. At that time there were still lots of orange groves and they were in bloom. The beautiful scent filled the car along with that kind of F M soft rock the seventies gave us……I remember the song “F M, No Static At All”. The night was so clear you could see the city lights stretching out forever. Ah, it was a rare night. And I still remember it perfectly nearly half a century later.

I was there as a guest of a friend, and in La Quinta (4:00am) there was a street parade of out of towners looking for the site. I would guess the site was full by day break.
The weather was nice by Palm Springs temps…90 degrees highs

At 6:00 am there were thousands looking for a seat. There were three parking areas, with shuttles to provide transportation to the venue…All required a pass to get in and on board,,, Sold out days ago….

Regarding Coachella – the shuttle situation was problematic for people from outside the area in particular. Details were not posted in advance. As I said, I believe this was to keep security really tight.
Buses were dropping attendees off to enter the rally All Day Long.
Buses continued off loading attendees even near the end of the event — halfway through DJT’s speech. The crowds just kept on coming.!
Like I said, people really turned out. The long walk through a labyrinth maze in extreme heat was daunting. Yet, people just kept on coming!
Security was very tight. Sheriff presence was formidable.
Millions of Californians both appreciate and adore President Trump!

First time I made it inside the event. However, he hasn’t held many rallies in CA.
I have participated in “Trump Train” events with flags, and planned (yet not publicized) events along the highway.
MAGA folks decked out with Trump clothes & signs. Folks on horseback rode up and down with billowing flags.
The “thumbs up” and honking horns vastly outnumbered being screamed at or flipped off.
California is MAGA by the tens of thousands.
Polling will be a lost art after this election.

Riverside County sheriff says a man who was arrested outside the Coachella rally with an illegal shotgun, loaded handgun and fake VIP passes was probably trying to assassinate President Trump…the THIRD assassination attempt on his life in 3 months!
The alleged assailant was taken to a detention center, but the Riverside county inmate system announced that the man was just released from custody on $5,000 bond!

Miller was then taken into custody and booked at the John J. Benoit Detention Center on suspicion of possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capacity magazine.
According to the Riverside County Inmate Information System, Miller was released from the detention center Sunday on $5,000 bail.
The Sheriff’s Office said the incident had no impact on the safety of rally attendees or former President Trump.”
The law enforcement presence was massive, both day before, and the day of the event.
