Pretty sure I go the COVID. I had it months before it got into the news and have not had it since. Now close to three years later I suspect it mutated enough to get passed my body’s immune response. Started Tuesday night, peaked Friday-Saturday, started getting better yesterday but still have it.
No I haven’t used one of those test kits since they put out false positives left and right.
No I haven’t gone to any health care providers.
I’m dealing with it on my own.

And stay hydrated – so important, not only when you’re expelling all those fluids from two ends, but also for and during your recovery.
And if you’re not up to eating much yet, be sure to get some salt in your system. Not too much, but salt is a very important component of all cell functioning.

Had it in December 2019 before it even became a thing, and having nursed my late husband through over 5 various bouts of pneumonia over his later years, sometimes hospitalized, sometimes not because it was considered ‘walking pneumonia’ – a person knows.
I followed the over-the-counter protocols that the FLCCC recommends even before they recommended them because, zinc, resveratrol (or quercetin), elderberry, and good old homemade chicken soup was always our go-to. I did let my doctor know what was up and she gave me the pointers for knowing if I should come in for an antibiotic, but I didn’t need it. And, if needed, due to coming down with the C-19 before it had its name, she would have done the normal protocols which at that time would have been for a severe bout of pneumonia because the NHS and NIH and WHO weren’t taking control of all health care protocols.

Biography: Willis Carrier was an American engineer who first developed modern air conditioning systems that helped revolutionise life in warmer climates.
Carrier invented the first air conditioning system for a printer in New York in 1902. After some improvements Carrier was granted a US patent for this in 1906.
In 1911 Carrier presented his “Rational Psychrometric Formulae” to the American Society of Engineers. His formula of the relationship between temperature, humidity and dew point remains definitive today.

Biography: Clarence Birdseye revolutionized the food industry with his frozen food technology. He developed methods for flash-freezing foods in a way that preserved their quality and taste.
As a child, Birdseye showed an early interest in natural science and taxidermy. He briefly attended Amherst College but left due to financial difficulties. Birdseye then worked for the United States Department of Agriculture, conducting animal surveys and predator control.
In 1912, Birdseye traveled to Labrador, where he observed Inuit fishing techniques. He noticed how fish froze quickly in the extreme cold, maintaining their freshness. This observation sparked his interest in food preservation through freezing.

I was warning about something coming for Florida over a week ago, but what is coming is well beyond what I expected.
I imagine those concerned have been paying attention to MIlton which has 100 mph winds and is still strengthening as I write this. The National Hurricane Center believes it will become a Major hurricane later today and stay that way right up to when it approaches landfall. Usually these storm start to weaken once they hit the shallow waters off the coast but I really don’t think this will matter much this time.
It is a massive train wreck in slow motion. If it continues along the projected path at the projected strength we are talking Storm surge of 12′ to 15′ which means flooding from the surge will penetrate 10 miles or more in from the coast! This will happen on ground already saturated by the unorganized storm proceeding which are bringing flooding rains.
Anyway it is looking like it be the worst in history to hit Tampa, worse than the 1921 storm.
Cat won’t leave the owner since he had surgery.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Yes. “Harm” has been redefined to suit whatever freedom the Left wants to obstruct / limit / remove.
IMHO we must demand without compromise that thoughts and words can never be construed as being directly harmful. Not if we desire to respect and retain our God-given rights as stipulated in the First Amendment.
Only physical actions / deeds have the potential to cause direct material harm. “Perceived” and/or “potential harm” is too easily manipulated to be allowed to be used as justification for restricting any freedoms.
We get too easily ensnared in discussions of PREVENTING harm. Outside of military command structures, human beings have volition; free will. We are capable of construing ANY thought or idea as a basis for us to take action. We are each always at risk of being the target of someone else’s premeditated or impulsive action. And even in military command structures, the recipient of a command / order still has volition, judgement, and critical thinking skills to determine whether that order can be lawfully & morally obeyed.

Update: I helped my son repack and fill his food truck with needed supplies for NC.
He is like me where he tackles the problems as they arrive.

He is careful when he drives 129 from Knoxville to Waynesville tonight.
He remembers to be careful refueling his vehicle for the return. He has to hump in 34 gallons of gas to get out of the disaster zone.
He is driving alone and a friend Billie is hauling a horse trailer filled with supplies behind him.

Her name is Inbal Lieberman. She was a 25 year old head of security when the Oct 7 attack on her kibbuttz happened. She opened the armory, distributed weapons and ammo to her security team. And then she went to war.

A 25-year-old Israeli woman is being hailed a hero after saving a group of residents from advancing Hamas gunmen at the Nir Am Kibbutz (community) a mile from Gaza. According to the New York Post, Inbal Lieberman, the security coordinator of Kibbutz Nir Am since December 2022, led the defence on Saturday morning which saw the entire Kibbutz saved. She slaughtered five Hamas operatives herself, while other soldiers killed more than two dozen others in just a four-hour period.
As per the outlet, Ms Lieberman heard explosions early Saturday that were different to the usual rocket attacks. She raced to open the town’s armoury, distributed guns to the 12-member security team and coordinated a lethal response. She then placed the kibbutz’s standby security team in strategic defensive positions in a bid to ambush any approaching member of Hamas.
For nearly four hours, a fierce gun battle erupted until Israeli security forces arrived at the scene. Citing local media outlet, the New York Post reported that the 25-year-old managed to kill five Hamas operatives by herself, while the other members of her security team gunned down 20 more over four hours.
