The House Passed Another CR…What’s Next?Writing to you in recent weeks, I reported that I would not vote for a continuing resolution (CR) unless it contained the SAVE Act to secure our elections from non-citizen voting. Unfortunately, on Wednesday of this past week, the House voted on a short-term CR that will fund the government through December 20th without any election integrity measures—and it is primarily because of this failure (as well as others) that I voted no.
This bill was bad for several reasons. First, a short-term CR means a lame duck Congress will face immense pressure from leadership in November and December to pass a full-year omnibus filled with out-of-control spending and bad policies under the threat of not making it home to see their families for Christmas. Omnibus spending is one of the primary reasons we are $35+ trillion in debt.

Finally, we are simply not doing the job you sent us here to do. The House is now in recess and does not return until November 12th. So, in addition to being confronted with another government shutdown when we return, Congress is also facing an expiring Farm Bill, and we need to finalize the National Defense Authorization Act.
I will use the remaining months of the 118th Congress to advocate for reauthorizing the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act, permitting reform, holding the Biden-Harris administration accountable for its censorship activities, and passing individual spending bills at fiscally responsible levels that promote reform versus extending the status quo.
… and just like Rep Massie said recently ( and that he would “not continue to be a thespian in this political theatre!” and even predicted to what date the “newest” CR would expire namely – 12/20!
At which time they all get together and say:
“Ok, now you have to renew the newest CR, no matter what’s attached – – IF!
you want to be home in time for Christmas to open presents with your family”
Literal hostage taking, as no one will stay in DC thru a holiday. They’re gonna eat ham and more “pork” TWICE.

BLACKROCK
The more I read news items from various sources, the more I read BLACKROCK is “investing” in this, BLACKROCK is “buying this and that,” BLACKROCK is “supporting” (sometimes Communist) cause or candidate X and Y.
BLACKROCK has over $10,000,000,000,000 (Trillion) in assets.
They buy (i.e. contribute to) politicians on both sides, tilting toward DEMS of course!
So it has become obvious that BLACKROCK is a conglomerate which must be broken up and sold – preferably to patriotic Americans.
It would, therefore, seem that President TRUMP should – must? – have the break-up of BLACKROCK at the top of his “To Do List.”
I’d love that. However, it bothers me greatly that President Trump and Blackrock CEO Larry Fink have a close behind the scenes connection, including Fink managing some of PT’s financial portfolio. I also notice that PT doesn’t talk a lot about HOW he will make housing go down again, except by deporting illegals and migrants, lowering interest rates, and lifting some building regulations.
I don’t hear him talking about Blackrock and other Wall Street predator investors raiding the housing market from working class families. (Which, although I am NOT a Sherrod Brown fan, at least he is addressing it in his ads as a cause of boxing out middle class families from affordable housing, and sponsoring a bill against that practice.) So I am a little concerned that PT will zero in on Blackrock because of a conflict. I hope I’m wrong — I really do.

BlackRock knows no political affiliation as such and in many yet highly nuanced ways – supercedes government.
That’s how much control and influence BlackRock does have, and I believe in support of Ausonius’ point.
BlackRock was intimately involved in swallowing up, through vertical integration, the lion’s share of the “stimulus” that was diverted to its investment portfolios. That’s just factual, if not overly simplistic in my attempt to explain, the depth of their tentacles.
