This is very interesting location for me personally. I visited there long ago and had recently run into a former Erie Pa resident where I live now who told me the town has become “unfriendly” with loads of Middle Eastern “immigrants” (legal, illegal?) loitering around. She said it used to be a nice place with American flags around and friendly and welcoming Heritage Americans. This enlightening encounter took place just a few months ago, so curious to see/hear any more about that small city

Am sorry to hear this. Have never been to Erie as its the opposite end of the state, but know former Gov. Tom Ridge was from there. Only places still safe are rural, devoid of services.
I spent time in Bradford & Susquehanna counties long ago, have family from Dauphin, Bucks, and more than likely many others. I followed General Sullivan’s expedition route against the Iroquois long ago, was allot of fun and looked like hardly any Heritage Americans had done it in a long time as many of the markers were overgrown/buried.
