These numbers are shocking.
If accurate, it means that almost 10% of the illegal immigrants that Biden/Harris RELEASED into the U.S are criminals.
It also debunks the narrative that illegal immigrants are less likely to commit crime.
We can’t survive four more years of this.

So, what did the Alabama State Legislature have to say about this?
The United States Constitution(!) purposely delegated election authority to: “The Legislatures thereof.”
Specifically not(!) to “anything Federal.”
This was intended to be yet another: “Separation of Powers.”
The authors of our Constitution very-purposely intended to place this power exclusively in the hands of the one body within the State which was elected by the people. Not to any “judge,” nor any Governor. Only with the people.
The Federal DOJ therefore has no Constitutional power to declare to the State of [Alabama] what its “Legislature Thereof” can or cannot now do.
