Former FBI staff operations specialist Marcus Allen gave stunning testimony Wednesday, outlining how the FBI targets and persecutes anyone inside the institution who does not align with the institutional mission of domination over the American public.
Marcus Allen, now a January 6th whistleblower, appeared next to Inspector General Michael Horowitz who has investigated the claims by Allen. IG Horowitz internal investigation is not yet complete; however, the inspector general confirmed how the whistleblowers inside the FBI were targeted for speaking up against the FBI manipulation and corruption they encountered. Inspector General Horowitz sitting beside Marcus Allen to confirm his testimony was unprecedented.
Allen knew that Confidential Human Sources (CHS) were used by the FBI during the J6 events, and FBI Director Chris Wray lied about it. The institutional accusations against Allen stemmed from a Sept. 29, 2021, email that he forwarded to supervisors and colleagues at the Charlotte FBI Field Office, which included hyperlinks to what was later flagged as “extremist propaganda” from “questionable sources.” Allen had his security clearance revoked and was placed on suspension.
An ongoing internal investigation by IG Horowitz is revealing that everything Marcus Allen stated about J6 and his subsequent targeting was accurate. Allen’s case against the FBI resulted in him regaining his security clearance and winning back pay, making him the only former spook to overcome the suspension of a security clearance.
During his testimony, Congressman Dan Bishop provided Allen the time to speak directly to the American public about the FBI and what the American people should consider about the institution. What Allen said in his response is chilling. WATCH:

The modern FBI is the police agency of a weaponized U.S government, with a direct and purposeful mandate to keep the American people under control through strict surveillance and a violent police state.
If a subject can be defined as a priority for the system of government in Washington DC, then that subject is the targeting priority for the FBI. It does not matter what priority is assigned by any outside interest on the issue; nor does it matter what level of importance exists from the actual threat itself.
Example. The FBI miss’s terrorist threats, because the FBI -as a totally siloed agency- is not informed of the threat from DC. If a citizen, group, or outside agency reports a potential risk it is not investigated. This surfaces in everything from the Boston Marathon bombers to the Parkland shooter, to U.S. gymnasts being sexually assaulted. If the “threat” defined is not a threat to DC interests, then the threat is not pursued by the FBI.
The FBI only investigates threats or subjects of interest that stem from origination in Washington DC. Meaning if the DC system is threatened by the subject, that subject gets investigated. If the DC system does not trigger the notification, the FBI does not investigate it.
In essence the FBI only investigates threats as they are defined by other agencies, or silos, within Washington DC. The FBI is the internal agency that protects the DC system. This is a bastardized concept, a completely screwed up institutional mission, that stems from within the term “the continuation of government.”
A local or state issue, is not a priority for the FBI, even if the issue is a major threat to the domestic tranquility…. UNLESS, that issue, person or group threatens the stakeholders within the DC political system. This manifests openly by the inability of citizens to provide information that triggers action by the FBI.
The FBI only responds to investigative actions requested by agencies within Washington DC. Typically, Main Justice or the DOJ is the source of those originating requests; however, sometimes the executive or legislative branch can trigger the FBI action, if the identified threat has the potential to upset political operations within Washington DC.
Armed with empirical, undeniable evidence of corrupt activity, I was prepared to engage the FBI when I was intercepted by a person who warned me about this operational mission. It was from that point that I really began to understand the FBI as a silo within the system that is entirely predicated on self-preservation.
If a person brings a federal corruption issue to the FBI (like evidence of corrupt activity), they will end up being a target of the FBI because the evidence itself is likely adverse to one or more interests within DC. There are many reference examples, but two you will likely know are James O’Keefe (Ashley Biden diary) and/or voter fraud (writ large, with Michigan as a great example).
Because the Biden Diary threatened the DC government interest, O’Keefe quickly became a target. Because voter fraud in Michigan threatened the DC government interest, the FBI stepped in to cover it up. You can say the same for the Awan brothers, the Huma Abedin laptop, the Clinton classified emails and many more.
The FBI has two ways to protect the interests of DC: (1) Defend by investigating the accuser, evidence holder, or person who raises the issue. (2) Defend by non-investigation of the subject matter (Olympic Gymnasts, Epstein, etc). Again, if the institutional interests within DC are threatened by the subject matter, the objective of the FBI is to defend those institutional interests.
The FBI is not a federal investigative agency with a mission to serve and protect the people of the United States. The FBI is a federal investigative agency with a mission to protect the institutional interests of Washington DC. Once you understand this process with clarity then everything the FBI does and does not investigate, makes sense.
This operational mission of the FBI explains why when a citizen brings an issue to the FBI, the citizen is more than likely going to end up as a target. This reality is key to understanding the disparity between what people perceive as the FBI mission, and what the ACTUAL mission is.
This is not some off-the-cuff disparagement or conspiracy theory; this is the fact-based reality of how the FBI works. Even in my own discussions with John Durham’s FBI investigators, they openly admitted how their operational mission does not permit them to entertain any outside evidence of corruption or wrongdoing within U.S. govt.
When you understand how it works, then you start to realize the futility of expecting any investigative outcome from the FBI toward anything that does not threaten Washington DC. Protecting the DC system IS the goal, the priority, the operational mission; nothing more. Does the FBI inability to track the J6 pipe-bomber make more sense now? There are a tremendous number of examples.
The various FBI offices distributed around the nation are essentially interception venues, constantly on the lookout to protect the interests of DC. If an issue surfaces that could potentially put the administrative state, or any actor therein at risk, the FBI is far more likely to intercede, intercept and manage away the issue.
The FBI are essentially investigative managers; they are not concerned with fraud or criminal wrongdoing when/if that fraud or corruption might put a part of the DC system at risk. Instead, the FBI will take control of the problem and throw their investigative blanket over it (Ex. Hunter Biden laptop, as given by the computer repair shop). The non-pretending people within the FBI will admit this, as will just about anyone who has ever had experience reaching out to the FBI for investigative assistance.
Once you take this context and apply it to examples you can reference, then suddenly everything the FBI does and does not do, makes sense. Every contradiction, and I do mean each example that might be pulled into the conversation as a reference point, makes sense from the reality of this perspective. The raid on Mar-a-Lago and the targeting of President Trump is another brutally obvious example.
Many voices have recently started calling for the elimination of the FBI as a result of controversies that surround this factual mission priority. Those voices are not wrong; in fact, there is no way to reform the FBI as an investigative agency, because the mission of the agency is the opposite of what it should be.
The FSB is known to protect the interests of the Russian government; this is accepted and no longer arguable. However, the same purpose is true with the USA and the FBI relationship toward government. Unfortunately, the system of government that benefits from this protection is never going to willingly remove their guards.
The last point on this issue is even more alarming. Only a handful of people within Washington DC will admit the truth behind the FBI mission. Former FBI staff operations specialist Marcus Allen is one of that small group.

There have been several rulings over the last 3 decades, all the way to the SC, that “law enforcement” has no obligation to assist regular people in any capacity of fashion, regardless of circumstances.
Correct, they are not our personal protection force. The police departments exist to uphold and enforce the state and local penal codes. Many departments use the phrase “to protect and to serve” on their vehicles etc. and people misunderstand that is not us that this phrase is applied to, it is for the government entities that sign their paychecks. However, the LEOs should be reminded that it is citizen taxpayers that foot the bill for their compensation.

Bottom line – they may not have time to select the right lock-step ideologue before PDJT upsets the tables (and every apple cart).
They and other agencies hire based on ideological alignment, but even if someone within is not in complete alignment they will do what they are told because their inflated salary and pension are worth way more to them than the country or personal integrity.
That being said agencies really do hire and promote based upon ideological alignment. Most younger feds say under 40 or even 45 are not dissimilar ideologically from lefty tech or media workers. They are true believers in many things that are antithetical to our Constitution (e.g., the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 10th amendments, etc.), and certainly traditional morality.
There’s a phenomenon in the DC area that wasn’t always the case. It is assumed by most people you encounter at work or during recreational activities that everyone votes the same way and thinks they same way about every issue.
It is also clear that if you want to keep your job or keep the peace in general you can never let them know that you may think or vote differently.
In order to fix the country, the federal government must be significantly down-sized in numbers and power.
Not always (I suppose), but it’s been there for a very long time, decades before Obama (he’s just a product).
Assumptions. Like 30+ years ago when one of the in-people (trying to pull me in) assumed he could ply me with one of the two beauties on his arms. (He could not, just to get that out there.) And of course this old-as-the-hills trick (pun intended) is how they snag the ones who haven’t already been brainwashed, sucked in.
They always assume every “sensible” person will believe their B.S. But one prime method is to (using your words again) overcome tradtional morality, any way they can, as soon as they can — e.g. the sorry state of our primary learning institutions for the past 40 years, propagandizing our children and grandchildren like they did my own son. Like n.a.z.i propagandist Goebbels preached way back in the 1930s, grab ’em while they’re young, so all one has to with them as adults is aim them toward which of many devils to follow.

I recently read the newly released transcripts from the J6 committee. Miller and Milley brazenly defied President Trumps instructions to provide military support for the January six protests. How did these two get to the point where they believed this was acceptable behaviour?

Then some anti-Trump people must have got his ear. They shared their disdain for Trump and the next thing you know Miller was going along with them. No doubt to be part of the crowd.

Every American should know the story of Mark Houck.

The jury quickly found Houck not guilty. Houck and his son had been scrupulously obeying the law. The DOJ knew that.

The most interesting guy over the past 7+ years involved with the FBI and DoJ has been IG Inspector Michael Horowitz.
He is a very hard guy to read and its interesting how he has survived to somehow be placed in a position to “now and again” pull back the corruption curtain … on purpose?? … by accident?? … Dune Novel like “Revenge Rules of Kanley” whereby the victim must be warned and given a chance to escape?? … who knows???
First Example we saw here on CTH … For those who were not here on CTH during middle days of the Special Council Robert Mueller’s assault on President Trump … IG Horowitz actually laid out the corruption of the entire FBI Crossfire Hurricane Operation to get President Trump v/v Russia Russia, in THE BODY OF HIS REPORT. However, the summarizing-finding cover letter said “nothing here to see” written by Acting AG Rod Rosenstein and that is how IG Horowitz’s report was presented to the public by congress and the media. One had to actually read the report … which is a big stretch with today’s la la land public.
IG Horotwitz has pulled the curtain back a few times over the past 7+ years, to be seen by anybody willing to not turn their eyes away.
IF CONGRESS were serious about their OVERSIGHT JOB (///sarc), stringing together IG Horowitz’s reports would be all the HARD evidence needed to shut down the FBI and discard all of trash at the DoJ. Keep in mind an IG investigates as well as details the evidence and is not empowered to act.
It’s a lot like a strip tease. Take off just enough to keep your attention while hiding the real goods.
Ya I know but it helps to remind folks it is there to be seen … Horowitz is allowed to live because he can wheeled out as the legitimizer. The only people who actually study his reports are folks like us who can only fight with 2nd hand written words on social media … while those empowered act assure la la landers “there is nothing to see in the report” or put on a very loud dog and pony show or write harshly worded letters.
And he took forever to even release it, buying time when it could have impacted everything that was being done to Trump and probably would have stopped the whole charade.
Actually .. IG Horowitz’s report was not released “late”. It was released before the sham impeachment and in time for congress to actually “do something if they wanted”. That is the most interesting aspect of IG Horowitz … he is actually allowed to operate and release in a somewhat timely manner. Otherwise, he would be of no use as a “legitimizer”.
To summarize Mr. Allen:
Vote, be active in the 2nd Amendment to defend your family and yourself, know your neighbors you can depend on, have 3 to 4 months of food stored up, and most important, pray the rosary, attend the First Friday devotions, and read the Gospel. Amen. Thank you, Mr. Allen.
You left out some very important things.
1….Speak to a top tier criminal defense attorney to learn your state’s “deadly force” laws; some states require you retreat from the threat outside the home, and a few even require retreat within the home if possible!
2…Ask that same attorney about deadly force laws against law enforcement officers; some states have laws allowing use of force against LEO for specified actions by LEO against you/family; other states are so heavily pro-LEO that LEO can literally get away with murder.
3…Know WHOM you’ll likely be defending yourself and family from,
4…Be emotionally prepared for what a bullet does to someone after you squeeze the trigger,
5…Be legally prepared for what the law does to you, the intended victim, after you defend yourself/family.
The NRA has lists of gun owners insurance companies Those companies will help pay to defend yourself if you need to use your gun. They have lists of lawyers if you’re charged with gun crime. Above all learn the laws and regulations of your state and county and town. It’s those local laws that get people in trouble.

Also, there is really no “whistleblower protection”. In theory an employee us supposed to be protected from retaliation. What this means is that he can put his case before the MSPB (Merit System Protection Board). He will have to wait sometimes tears to have the case hears. He will have to hire his own attorney. And he will almost always lose. But even if he prevails , all he can recover is “reasonable” attorney fees and backpay. There are no punitive damages.
Bishop said he was confident that the American people “will resolve the situation”. Let’s pray the American people are forced to take the path the founding patriots had to take to resolve their situation.
Regarding fixing the FBI, just last night I watched a video on X that compiled several interviews with Patrick Byrne, who was once an ardent admirer and in fact a material supporter of the FBI. In one segment he stated that it was his belief that there was not enough institutional integrity left in the FBI to salvage it and that it had to be dismantled and replace with something entirely new.
On a side note, some of Byrne’s contentions around the FBI’s activities – some of which he was involved in – are pretty far out but terrible if true. But if they are indeed true, I wonder why he’s still alive.
My question is why would the Bureau have to be replaced?

Back in the 80s I knew a man who reported official corruption to FBI. He went directly to the FBI because he did not trust his own agency chain of command and internal investigative process (he thought the FBI to be the good guys).
The FBI immediately reported his claims to the agency he was seeking to avoid. He was called on the carpet, outed as a whistleblower. He spent the rest of his employment be sniped at and accused for 15 years until he left the agency.
2o odd years after the initial report the subject in question was arrested for official corruption. The whistle blower never got a medal, award or an apology.
The rank-and-file FBI who do not agree with the DOJ’s totalitarian aspirations are not intimidated. They simply do not want to lose their big salaries and cushy pensions. They could easily resign and find employment, perhaps at less compensation, elsewhere. LEO in Podunk, USA, for instance. But no. So, they raid houses of people they know to be innocent. And they do this for the money.
It is a matter of basic moral competence that in a situation such as this you either blow the whistle or at least quietly resign from your job and leave.
I totally understand the FBI being the proeterian guard for DC and the Uniparty. However, I have never understood the failure of the FBI to investigate the sexual assaults on US gymnastic athletes in spite of there being many complaints over a relatively long time frame. Putting Epstein and Comps dots together, the FBI is probably putting a lid on an unspeakable mess of sexual pervision and corruption in DC.
Always one of the first triggers they pull when that weapon is available. Always in violation of whistleblower-protection law. First I heard of it happening was against the Able Danger whistleblowers in the Pentagon, circa 2005.
