The New York Times is reporting that a federal indictment is soon to be unsealed against New York City Mayor Eric Adams. Details of the indictment are unknown.
New York Times – Eric L. Adams, a retired police captain who was elected as New York City’s 110th mayor nearly three years ago on a promise to rein in crime, has been indicted following a federal corruption investigation, people with knowledge of the matter said on Wednesday.
The indictment remained sealed on Wednesday night, and it was unclear what charge or charges Mr. Adams will face. But when they are made public, he will become the first New York City mayor to be criminally charged while in office.
The indictment promised to reverberate across the nation’s largest city and beyond, plunging Mr. Adams’s embattled administration further into chaos just months before he is set to face challengers in a hotly contested mayoral primary. (read more)

The SDNY indicting Adams is no different than the DOJ and Lawfare.

Is Adams corrupt? Sure. But that does nothing to undermine the validity of Jones’ take on this.

He points out that he campaigned as a “sanctuary city favorable” mayor so they loved him. Then Adams got pissed off because Faux Biden wouldn’t pay for them all!
Plus he hired all his family and said he wouldn’t. Again, he got too “uppity” for “them”.
I don’t think Adams is that good of a Mayor. But this lawfare started when he questioned what Biden was doing on immigration. Weaponized DOJ targets anyone questioning the regime.
Adams is corrupt and has been since he was elected to the NYS senate years ago. So why now is the questions? The feds have had this potential indictment hanging over Adams for over a year, plus rumors of police corruption. Adams complained about the illegals being dumped in the city initially, but turned the disaster into a lucrative opportunity for him and his inner circle with multimillion $$ contracts to feed and house the illegals. This DOJ has ignored similar allegations of corruption and FARA violations against others. Why would the SDNY be interested in local police corruption and various shakedown operations? Why now? Six weeks before the election. Who benefits?
They’re probably signaling everyone else to stay in line.
All because he spoke the truth about aliens overrunning the country.
