TM, Thanks for sharing. Great event at PSU! I immediately shared with a friend who’s oldest son graduated from PSU. The now PSU alum/son came from a liberal household and both he and his father (my friend) were red pilled while attending PSU- thank God!

There is hope for the men. Many of the Gen Z males are right leaning. It’s very encouraging to see. The females, on the other hand, are a completely different story. The majority are far left. I hope these men are smart enough to stay single.

3 of my nephews, in their early 20s, are totally for Trump. They want to be men and resent being manipulated by the left to be effeminate, trans binary, etc.
They also do see a problem with many Gen Z women. Many of these girls/women really are shallow, hostile, immoral, greedy, etc. I said: look for Christian girls b/c you are more likely to find a woman you CAN build a life with, have a family. Make sure you LIKE her as a friend too b/c the passion will subside and there needs to be something else.
What keeps you friends w/your male friends: shared interests and views, loyalty, you have fun together talking, doing stuff together, you enjoy each other’s company. Find a woman like that. Certainly attraction, chemistry is very important too … but some of that will wear off. You need to like her as a person too. They get it.

This October 1st is our 50th anniversary for me and my misses.

I offered this several days ago: this is a slightly different version.
Mrs. Ausonius and I * recently saw the movie Reagan, which we highly recommend. The movie encapsulates Ronald Reagan’s life through the work of a Russian intelligence analyst (played by Jon Voight).
I was reminded of a Ronald Reagan rally in Dayton during his attempt to wrest the nomination away from Gerald Ford, the status quo Republican who found himself in the White House due to the quirk of Vice-President Spiro Agnew’s resignation followed by Richard Nixon’s later resignation, thereby nullifying the election of 1972.
Dayton was and still is a DEM stronghold: 50 years ago the labor unions still had influence, people still supported the DEMS out of an attachment to the mistaken belief that Franklin Roosevelt had saved the country during the Depression.
Nevertheless, Ronald Reagan came to Dayton to rally Republicans to his side. Unfortunately, the best place that local Republicans could find was an empty lot behind Dayton’s skid-row on East Fifth Street just outside of downtown. In the 1970’s, this area had “adult XXX” grindhouses and “adult book stores,” along with smelly used-clothing places and empty, boarded up buildings.
My parents and I * were appalled, but we wanted to hear and see Ronald Reagan!
And so, a few hundred people walked through an alley in this terrible two-block area to the triangular open lot. An elevated railroad track formed a hypotenuse behind the small stage. Two buses were parked by the wall holding up the track, and at the appointed time, cowboy actor Ken Curtis appeared from the bus, followed by Ronald Reagan.
Ken Curtis was famous at the time for his role as a grizzled cowboy on a popular Western T.V. show called Gunsmoke. He began talking in his character’s voice (who was named “Festus”) and told a few jokes, but as he became more serious about the contemporary situation, he returned to his normal voice and began introducing Ronald Reagan and explaining why he should be nominated.
Then the former governor himself spoke to this small crowd in a dirty, slummy lot off an alley in Dayton, as if he were addressing millions! I believe the speech was a variation of his famous 1964 speech at the Republican convention, but was updated to address the problems in 1976.
During the speech, a train slowly came by on the elevated track and drowned him out. When the train entered the area, the engineer recognized Ronald Reagan on the stage, tooted the horn and waved from the engine’s window! I will never forget the future president’s broad smile and wave to the engineer! (I used to have a picture of it on a slide, but it has since faded away.)
I offer this reminiscence to you to compare Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump. Neither has ever surrendered to the opposition. Both were septuagenarians in the presidency. Both connected easily to average people (recall that train engineer and the friendly wave). Both were wounded by assassins. And both dealt successfully in domestic and foreign affairs, after their policies and personalities were denigrated by the DEMS and The Deep State (Reagan was called a “wild cowboy” and “dangerous” and “reckless” especially in foreign affairs).
To be sure, Reagan did not suffer a stolen election, nor suffer the barrage of lawsuits to place him in jail, but today’s DEMS are so brazenly corrupt that their ancestors of 40 years ago seem angelic in contrast.
If History is not repeating, as the saying goes, it is rhyming: President TRUMP has the same tenacity which Ronald Reagan had.
In the movie, the Russian specialist on his life grudgingly admired and was amazed by Reagan’s persistence, his drive, his belief in himself, and the strength of his beliefs in America coupled with the strength of his absolute refusal to tolerate Communism’s very existence.
We must be worthy of continuing that struggle through President TRUMP!
Otherwise, America is lost!
And as I mentioned on the previous page of this topic, The Deep State may be willing to sacrifice the 2024 election to President TRUMP for a long-term win, i.e. who will carry on MAGA policies after 2028? Who has President TRUMP’S rallying power?
In the same way that George Bush did nothing to continue Ronald Reagan’s policies (the fall of Communism was due to Reagan’s persistence) and threw away all pretenses by raising taxes unnecessarily after pledging NO NEW TAXES), 2028 may bring us to a point where MAGA policies will have only lukewarm support from Deep-State neutered “Republicans.”
Similar to chess, The Deep State may be willing to sacrifice a Queen (i.e. this year’s election) for a long-term victory.

I just saw the Reagan movie and I, too, recommend it highly! What a great look back at a time when our country was angry, divided, defeated…and one man, with courage, conviction, and faith in the goodness of God turned the whole world upside down (or should I say “right side up”?).
The very first vote I cast for President was for Ronald Reagan in 1984 and, nothing against Donald Trump, but to this day, I consider him to be the best President of my lifetime! Even though Peggy Noonan has gone to the dark side (probably because they serve her all the wine she wants) her book about her former boss, President Reagan “When Character was King” remains a great story and I would also highly recommend that for anyone who wants to know more of his story and why he was the man he was!

Confused. The Yukon is a territory in western Canada. It’s more or less adjacent to the Denali region in Alaska. Denali peak (what we called Mount McKinley) is roughly 300 miles from the Yukon. Different beast – Microwaves are non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation. The energy is dependent on the frequency, or inversely, the wavelength. Not that microwaves are not dangerous above certain levels (usually due to RF burns, cataracts), but they do not cause DNA damage by ionizing molecules the way X-Rays, gamma rays etc. do.

I saw a video, probably on Newsmax, of police walking up to a Haitian woman who had been sitting on a sidewalk, eatig a cat. She was covered in blood. Of course they were wearing blue gloves. Neighbors had phoned it in.

Then there’s the affidavit on the “debate.” Bill Ackman has highlighted it and I’ve read it (see ttps://x.com/BillAckman/status/1835497041151300069 — put the “h” back in the link as X doesn’t like to validate stuff) which lays forward very specific allegations against ABC and thus Disney, a multi-billion dollar public corporation which owns them. The affidavit was executed prior to the debate and has very specific allegations that amount to ABC “News” and thus the Disney corporation trying to “rig” it for Kamala Harris, including a specific prohibition on topics not to be discussed. As a specific condition of the debate the Harris campaign demanded various topics, including anything related to her time as AG in San Francisco, be excluded. Finally the conditions are claimed to have included no “fact checking” of Harris, which was upheld even when she twice deliberately lied about Trump and his attachment to certain events, specifically the Heritage Foundation’s “Project 2025” (which he was not involved in drafting) and the “very fine people” hoax which was discredited many years ago, both of which Harris did invoke during the debate without challenge.
Is this what it appears to be? I’m not at all sure but if it is then it is not only wild-eyed misconduct from a journalism point of view that sort of one-sided and secret negotiation with one of two parties to a “debate” is arguably an unpaid in-kind and very illegal, due to its size were the campaign to BUY said airtime, contribution to the Harris campaign. Since this facially would wildly exceed the $10,000 threshold for FECA prosecution and was knowingly done it could quite-easily be under the FECA (52 USC Sub 1) a criminal felony with up to five years in prison being imposed on every person involved in the scheme, including the two debate “moderators” on a personal basis.
I’ve often commented that when it comes to corporations of significant size and prosecution “that basically never happens for real”, and never does when the penalty on the table is a prison sentence. That’s wrong and we must stop it; there’s nothing wrong with expressing a preference for one candidate or another but this sort of act by subterfuge and arguably fraud, in that the public was promised a fair debate and in fact ABC declared “the rules” at the beginning without any such mention of what they really were, and its fair to assume Trump would never honor such conditions if he knew about them, is an entirely different thing.
Does Disney, or any other firm have a right to do this? No — not only a matter of reason but as a matter of actual law.
Now do politicians have a right to lie? Sure. They do it all the time. Jeffries was doing just that in the hours before the second attempt on Trump. Both his claim of Heritage’s “2025” plan and that Trump wants and would sign a national abortion ban are debunked lies and, in the case of the second wildly illogical on top of being a lie because that would be to return to federal control that which Trump deliberately, and at great political cost, ejected from the Federal Government. Jeffries is extremely upset about this, by the way, as is Pelosi and many others on the left because doing so means they can’t concentrate their fire in one place and now have to go fight it out in all 50 State Legislatures. That was the entire point of rescinding Roe — to make it much harder to play “gotcha” politics on a national basis while at the same time allowing people with either set of extreme positions, or anyone anywhere in the middle, access to their point of view in representation and if necessary the act of abortion itself irrespective of whether someone else liked it or not.

Should a third or fourth (et seq.) assignation attempt on President Trump’s life be successful, God forbid, just what happens to the Republican Party’s candidate in this election cycle? Ignoring the minority Parties, does the election default to the remaining candidate, VP Harris? Is there a codified legal process to follow / guide the Political Parties and address the will of the voters? And, is it uniformly applicable to all states? Further:
If President Trump dies or is killed prior to the actual election in November – what happens? Is there a Republican alternative candidate and how is that handled.
If President Trump is re-elected, but dies or is killed prior to taking the oath for the office of the President – what happens?
There could be some twists to question #2 surrounding the timing of vote of the Electoral College. What happens if this were to occur before the EC vote? And, what happens if it occurs after the EC vote?
If President Trump is re-elected, but is incapacitated prior to taking his oath of office for the Presidency – what happens?
Keep in mind the ballots for the November Election have generally been printed with some states mailing absentee and “mail in” ballots on the way to voters. Further, resolution of these question would be required in a very short time frame. Is the Republican Party prepared? Is a plan of action sitting on the shelf somewhere?
Again, it is painful to ask these questions, but given all the circumstances, the mood of the nation, and the chaos that would follow Republican leadership should identify the questions, know the answers, understand the consequences and be prepared to answer and take action.
Nothing in constitution about death/incapacitation before election or after election/before sworn in. Before election, based on Camelala recent precedent , I imagine Vance would be the nominee. If after election/before sworn in, Vance was voted as VP, so i guess he would be POTUS. And maybe him not having been elected POTUS he could be elected 2 more times.
You cannot be POTUS for any longer than 10 years minus a day.
If President Trump died on his first day in office than Vance could finish out the rest of those 4 years and be elected to his own 4 year term. That’s it.

It was September 1995, and Tim Walz’s Nebraska National Guard unit, the 1-168th Field Artillery, upgraded to the M109A5 self-propelled howitzer. One of its capabilities was firing nuclear artillery shells.
According to the retired soldier, Walz had just returned from another trip to China around the time when the manual went missing. He alleges Walz was one of the few with access to the building where the top-secret manual was stored and was “often the only one there.” The former battalion member said he believes Walz stole the nuclear SOP manual and later returned it.
…when the manual eventually reappeared, it [having been missing – W] went unreported. In hindsight, the soldier believes he should have reported it when it first went missing but feared repercussions for not addressing it sooner.
According to Walz’s former National Guard colleague, around the time the nuclear SOP manual went missing, Walz was pulled over by a Nebraska state trooper for driving 96 mph in a 55-mph zone. The officer noted a strong odor of alcohol, and Walz failed both field sobriety and breath tests. He was booked into the county jail and his lawyer later stated Walz believed someone was chasing him.
That question remains unanswered, but it was in the mid-’90s that China began developing its own version of the howitzer—the PLZ-05.
Military sources told Alpha News the two tanks [self-propelled howitzers – W] share striking similarities, including a longer barrel with a wider firing range and digital fire control.

This video caught my eye because RFK talks about stoicism, and calls his father a stoic; and stoicism is something you don’t hear much about any more, and even when you do it is misconstrued often to be something it is not.
If you can get past the schmaltzy music there is a picture at the end of a man with a lot of the stoic in him, but a man who is almost never seen that way. As misunderstood as the term “Stoic”.
What the stoics believed — and my father was a stoic — is that we should be indifferent to our own desires, our own pain, all of the things that drive us in the material world. And that our duty was to figure out what our function was and then perform it, no matter what the cost.
