Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw: Secret Service was able to spot a rifle sticking out of the bushes and fired on the suspect some 300-400 yards away.
In the bushes where the suspect ran from, the Secret Service or law enforcement found an AK-47-style rifle with a scope, 2 backpacks that had ceramic tile at them, and a GoPro for taking photos.
Bradshaw also says he has photos of everything that they will release. Bradshaw: “Fortunately, we were able to locate a witness that came to us and said, “Hey, I saw the guy running out of the bushes, he jumped into a black Nissan, and I took a picture of the vehicle and the tags, which was great.” Said the Secret Service agent who spotted this and opened fire did a “fantastic job.”
Police ran the license plate, and they tracked the vehicle on 1-95. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office, alerted him, and they spotted the vehicle, pulled it over and detained the guy. The witness then identified the person that he saw running out of the bushes and jumped into the car.
Secret Service representative uttered this statement: He thanked the Palm Beach sheriff’s office and the Martin County Sheriff’s Office for their involvement. Former President Donald Trump is safe and unharmed following a protective incident shortly before 2 pm on Sunday at Trump International Golf Club at West Palm Beach. The U.S. Secret Service personnel opened fire on a gunman located near the property line. And this matter is under investigation.
The suspect wanted in connection to the gunshots fired near Trump National Golf Club has been caught, according to Martin County Sheriff William D. Snyder.

The Trump International golf course in mainland West Palm Beach is miles from his Mara Lago private club/residence on the island of Palm Beach. The golf course and its fairways are, in many places, immediately adjacent to major urban roadways, blocked only by readily accessible fence and plantings. It’s a large property which I doubt the Florida Highway Patrol, with less than 2000 sworn officers on 24-hour coverage for the entire state, has the manpower or resources to “surround” it for any length of time. When Trump plays, it would fall to the SS and the Broward County Sheriff’s Dept, augmented by surrounding county resources, to provide the necessary manpower.

Today we find out that Facebook among others has taken down posts by this suspect, and at the government’s request. Not a court order, just a mere request. The fact that their action was too late to save the information from the public is irrelevant to the discussion of whether the government should be making these requests.
Or whether the platforms should be cooperating.
They removed access to the accounts such that no changes could be made, and names of innocents could be somewhat protected from abuse. This isn’t censorship in any classical sense, nor does it necessarily imply any sinister intent on the part of any entity involved except the assassin himself. AFAIK, no requests were made to remove the records from archival accounts which any knowledgeable researcher could reasonably access …ergo, the contents are posted all over the web as we comment here.
Should those records become inaccessible, then we would have a rational concern. My real concern lies in the ability to track his communications with what appears to be a rather large number of deep state and foreign actors he has been involved with over the years. I have to assume a fair number of people are scrubbing their own records at the moment.

I completely agree with Edward Snowden here. The alleged shooter’s involvement in military activity in Ukraine raises too many red flags to ignore. Given this, it’s hard to believe that the White House, or its agencies, had no contact with him—especially considering how closely tied U.S. intelligence is to Ukraine’s military operations.

It was a news clip & I don’t know scumbag’s name, but he should be jailed for insurrection!
Throw Kamala in with him for saying Trump needs “to be taken out.”

Routh did not write this book. If you compare the dis-jointed English sentence structure and rant style logic on His Camp Box
Hawaii website – It is very clear a logician and handler wrote the book – he book is perfectly articulated and readable. Routh is barely literate.
It takes some bucks to publish a book..where did Routh get the money. 🤔
