Maude was a very experienced packing mule for the Forest Service prior to retiring and coming to live with us.
I never really rode her – she just carried me wherever she wanted to go! There was a fork in the dirt trail behind our property that led to the base of the mountains. She would get to the fork and decide whether she felt like mountains or home! Home usually won. 😄
There are lots of heartwarming stories about Maude, she was very special.
One time she was chased by a mountain lion, got tangled in barbed wire in her hasty retreat. As a result, she couldn’t use her left front. We casted her leg and changed it every weekend. That 16 1/2 hand mule stood as still as could be for us and healed beautifully. What a sweetheart. Miss her. 🫏

Well…our elder daughter’s serious beau, as I referred to him, has been told that although he doesn’t have cancer (that diagnosis on hold for the moment) he does have what has been called end stage liver disease. He was injected and this has come on suddenly. This is a mountain to climb; but already, without being extensive in explaining, our God in His lovingkindness has already moved several boulders off the potholed path he and she are traveling .There are many more to come, and both are being realistic as to what to expect.
She told us they are marrying soon, possibly within a week. They will be working diligently on trying to improve his liver function through diet and what the doctor has told him so that he can be placed on a transplant waiting list. It is not hopeful long-term, but as we know, the Lord answers prayer and is our great Healer 🙏🏻
So, mighty prayer warrior, if you would be so kind as to offer a prayer for healing and for them to feel the presence of a merciful God as they put one foot in front of the other day by uncertain day, I would be most grateful.

I know. I feel it, too. None of this is what any of us “signed up for”. We couldn’t have possibly foretold what we would be subjected to in a reality such as this. There are so many sick around us. Physical ailments, Spiritual, psychological. So very many… it is heartbreaking. We do our best to strengthen and fortify ourselves and trust that The Lord Will Deliver in His Due Time.
Kiddo and I got into an argument earlier this week. The next morning, my Spirit was not at peace with it, so I brought home a gift and a special breakfast. I paused my work day and set her down at the kitchen table. I started with the words that I wanted to apologize and she said “No, Mom, I need to apologize… I was wrong…” and we went on, her first, and then me.
I had to tell her that I am 51 years old and that everything that I had known to be Right and True over this span of my life was totally upended and it is something that I as a parent am grappling with. Nothing in this world makes sense. We are living in the times where the lie is the Truth and the Truth is a lie. Things are upside down and inside out…but what we both (and that means “all” of us) can be 100% certain of… is that NOTHING WILL GET IN THE WAY OF GOD’S WILL AND PURPOSE FOR OUR LIVES. NOTHING.

Betsy, we and others must hold fast to God through these times. If we can take our eyes off of humanity and the schemes of the devil to separate us, then we can unite together under the shelter of God’s Wings where we are one and the same.
I got into a small accident this week and tore the mess out of my right front tire. A brand new tire just replaced all four in March. (I’m not allowed to have nice and pretty things!) Totally my idiocy and I hit a curb the wrong way. I was blessed that the AAA driver was only 15 minutes from me.
When he arrived, somehow I wasn’t angry at all about what I did. I just thought… “well, it’s an important day… of course this is going to happen to me today!!!” The laughable thing is that it happened right on the road outside of the Rahal racing team racing buildings (for Indy 500 fans)… so there was likely 20 men in each of those buildings who could have come out like pit crews to help me change my tire! How embarrassing.
But, in talking to the tow driver, he shared how some women were going viral on the east side of Indianapolis because they were out in the open in broad daylight beating on 10 and 11 year old kids in what sounded to be a gang-style riot.
The driver and I, both, he 50 and I 51 years old, came from that neighborhood in our youth and he kept shaking his head saying “It’s not a good look. It’s not a good look.” He a big, huge black man and me a short, rotund white woman… and he told me how my Spirit was blessing him then. I embraced him in a big huge hug and I began to pray out loud for him and he and I stopped in the middle of that dumb flat tire and we prayed together… two total strangers… praying for our world.
I told him that my flat tire was worth it, if it meant that I could be with him in that moment to pray for us and our world. He has been a AAA tow truck driver for 15 years and loves his job and helping others.
THAT, my dear friend, IS OUR REALITY. Not the orchestrated main stream media narrative. We are townsfolk who love our people, serve one another humbly, and want the very best for one another.
That is what I’m hanging onto for dear life and I am calling it out every single chance I can. I pray the sharing of this story is helpful to others who, too, are fighting against the narrative and who are battle weary.

Am praying for listing if needed, and a compatible organ…soon…To maintain status on a list, the patient must be fully compliant with all the hoops they are asked to jump through…along with having a consistent support system at home….for any help that is needed….getting to and from appointments etc…Transplant coordinators can be stressful to deal with…just so you know…(and sometimes they’re not)…and keep stress to a minimum….
Like heart surgeries, Liver Transplant has very much improved over the years…I know someone who’s new liver lasted 30 years….that is a good outcome…hopefully the diagnosis will change to something easier to manage..

We are going to witness evil. There’s no doubt about it and it will likely get much, much worse… but God foretold your purpose within this moment in time and He Deemed it necessary to need you here right now to work as His Servant to encourage and embolden others. There will be a huge course correction and our Father in Heaven is not done with His Precious Eagle. Seems to me that God Himself made the colors of the rainbow. Are we so bold to tell God that He made a mistake? I recollect how God came down on Job “Where were YOU when I created the world????” Lol Am I going to look at God and say… “God, get me out of this white skin. What were You thinkin’?”
I saw no “colors” in that video… only musicians… playing a song that reminded me of the Christian hymn lyrics of my childhood and I hummed along and loved. Interesting – the words found online are from an African American hymnal – does that mean I am “culturally misappropriating” because I want to sing it???

We started our 30-week study of Revelation this morning. My blessed Bible Study Fellowship sisters are from all over the world and how RICH of a prayer time and academic enlightenment it was this morning.
I’d like to share a little with you:
Revelation 1:9-20 New International Version
John’s Vision of Christ
9 I, John, your brother and companion in the suffering and kingdom and patient endurance that are ours in Jesus, was on the island of Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. 10 On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet, 11 which said: “Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.”
12 I turned around to see the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw seven golden lampstands, 13 and among the lampstands was someone like a son of man,[a] dressed in a robe reaching down to his feet and with a golden sash around his chest. 14 The hair on his head was white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire. 15 His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. 16 In his right hand he held seven stars, and coming out of his mouth was a sharp, double-edged sword. His face was like the sun shining in all its brilliance.
17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: “Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. 18 I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.
19 “Write, therefore, what you have seen, what is now and what will take place later. 20 The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels[b] of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.
My personal takeaways from this:
1) John was the last of the 12 disciples to die. He was in exile in Patmos for the “Word of God”. He was likely lonely with all others having passed on into eternity. However, maybe God needed to put John into a “quiet place”, so that God’s further work in John would come to pass and he would be in a position of no distraction to write a book such as Revelation for the generations ahead and the fulfillment of prophecy? Maybe in our darkest hours, maybe God Is just over the horizon and about to do something miraculous to reveal Himself to us. Hold on and wait for it! Give thanks when we go through trials of various kinds for He Is there with us.
2) Christ’s first instruction was “write this down”, but then Christ immediately told him “Do not be afraid.” God Is very concerned with us and our feelings and fears. He proceeded to reveal Who He Was and Is to John, the Alpha and the Omega, was once dead but is now Alive, to comfort him and encourage him. He clearly revealed Himself to John. Can you imagine the Christ Himself showing up at your door and knocking??? What joy and humility for Christ to manifest and for John to cast his eyes on His Face.
3) God Is Revealing His Mysteries to John. He’s not keeping secrets, or using metaphors that are indecipherable. God Gives the symbology and He also Gives the meaning of the symbols and there will be no confusion.
4) The churches are the seven lampstands. A lamp stand is something that holds a candle or oil lamp up. We are the Light of the World and we are not to hide our lights. Light drives out darkness. Light reveals all. According to Jesus’ teachings in Matthew 5:14-16, believers are likened to a city set on a hill or a lamp on a stand, meant to shine brightly for all to see. As the light of the world, Christians are called to reflect God’s character and illuminate the darkness around them.
My prayer for you today, is to be that Light. To emulate and elevate the Glory of The Lord as a testimony to His Goodness and Mercy in your life. Be wary of those counterfeit. Be wary of those who glorify themselves and seek power where only God’s Power should exist. Commit your ways to The Lord and He Will Make your paths straight. Be it God’s Will and not our own. Help us to stand in this darkness and let our Lights shine, so that others will be courageous and so too shall stand.
We are not afraid. We are His Chosen. In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, I pray for you. AMEN
LOL! It’s already progressed from it isn’t happening to white people do it too. Next step will be them telling us it’s actually a good thing to slaughter and eat geese from the park. The pattern is well established.

Has anyone told the Haitians that they may purchase their geese from the closest Aldis, slaughtered and stripped, with their “magic” neverending, always fully loaded, welfare cards? They must be saving the funds for the days when the Powers That Seem cut off the funding.
This dirty trick of illegals flooding our country will backfire on the Powers That Seem… as their evil schemes always do.

Mayor Robert Rue, Springfield, Ohio, recently stated that there were no cats/animals being eaten in Springfield and that the City was a great place to live, while attacking Pres Trump for telling the truth. The rumor is that Rue is renting his properties to illegals, which is not yet verified.
After doing research on Clark County website this is what I found:
Mayor Rob Rue seems to own quite a bit of rental properties in Springfield under the name LITTLETON PROPERTIES OF SPRINGFIELD LLC, images attached. He directly owns these properties based on a County business search.
If Mayor Rue is renting out his properties to illegals the public should know. He should recuse himself from any vote on the Commission because he directly benefits financially from any federal funds received to support the illegals.
