Kamala Harris will likely be the only U.S. presidential candidate in history to never hold a press conference.
Just as her campaign was constructed without her campaigning in a primary, so too is her general election campaign constructed without her visible input or activity. Yes, America, in this modern era of pretending, the Democrats are trying to elect a person who is invisible and silent to the public.
There’s a specific reason this approach is needed. If candidate Kamala Harris becomes visible, talks or tries to discuss policy, her tenuously fabricated support levels will collapse. Or, as those around Brian Fallon openly admit, if Harris campaigns, she loses.
If Kamala Harris campaigns, holds press conferences, or talks publicly about her policy proposals, she will lose. This is the problem that Brian Fallon is trying to manage; fortunately, the campaign has a new era of Taylor Swift influencers to try and retain the guise to gullible voters.
One of the big problems for campaign director Brian Fallon, is Kamala’s linguistic pattern, ie. how she talks. There has never been a successful politician in history who talks through their nose in a nasal dialect; it is just too annoying to the average ear.
The same principle applies in business; there are very few people in leadership positions with linguistic afflictions (nasal talkers specifically). The only person with nasal linguistics (speech and dialect patterns) who came close to success, was Ross Perot.
Kamala Harris has a speech pattern that is very annoying. This sounds shallow, but it is a factual challenge that Brian Fallon is trying to overcome by keeping the principal quiet. Quite simply, every time Kamala Harris opens her mouth, she loses votes.
Even with a completely compliant press corps, it’s not the questions that pose the problems; it’s Harris’s need to talk in response.

The media has been providing campaign support to democrats for 60+ years. It’s obviously grown exponentially over the decades and has reached a fever-pitch.
If you added-up the market value of all the campaign support the media does for democrats, it would be in the billions of dollars each election cycle. It’s not just presidential cycles, it’s all the way down the ballot to local and county level races.
Seems to me some election laws are being broken with all this free campaign support and the coordination that goes along with it. Tough for a nation to remain free when the media has its thumb on the scales to such an extreme.
Hard to live in a free nation when one half of the country despises the other half to such a degree that they don’t find it an abomination to steal it from them.

The ‘debate’ was very obviously scripted (Kamala has never spoken for even 5 minutes without spewing verbal gibberish). I’m sure she rehearsed (probably even with the ABC clowns) each of her mini-speeches enough times to repeat them in response to the prearranged questions. For her, not looking stupid was a win.
But they couldn’t predict what Trump would hit her with, and I think that was the purpose of the speakers-telling her how to respond to those things. Example – “Her father is a Marxist”, the very obvious pose with her hand under her chin (and a stupid smirk) means “what do I do now?” The response comes to her over the speakers.
Could they have been telling her more? Sure, but I think they know by now that Kamala wouldn’t be able to handle a voice giving direction in her ear. The responses would have to be kept to a minimum and very simple for her -“Ignore it”, “repeat the story about xx”.
Someone on another site said that when a person is getting words in their ear/s their eyes will go to that side unless they are used to getting words in their ear/s. I didn’t notice anything about her eyes.
