Rookie mistakes from the PR team, that the forced perspective of the photo angle makes her look like the least significant in the room.
The three chairs look to have the same bases and seat height. Kamala’s body is shorter than the other two’s but given the venue it would not have been easy to raise her seat’s height.

About 25 years ago, I once hired a neighborhood kid to help me with some yard work. We were into in about half an hour when out of the blue he asked me if I like vodka. Several huge problems with their “Green New Deal” BS. Very few will recognize &/or admit that EV’s, solar panels, wind turbines, etc are all fossil fuel derivatives, meaning you need fossil fuels to mine; transport to mfg facilities; transport the end product to a warehouse, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc usually where the end user goes to purchase the product (except for turbines), and then transported to the business or home where it gets installed.
The US doesn’t have a lot of the non-renewable resources (for example lithium) here, we have to buy them from China, etc etc. Nor do we have a lot of facilities to process them once they’ve been mined… Then, off to mfg…
Plus we don’t have near enough infrastructure, ie. the electrical grid, to support everyone charging EV’s, etc, and they’re a safety hazard when the batteries explode on fire..
Given that most US car manufacturers are ditching their EVs and replacing with hybrid gas/electric vehicles and gas, I do not think that electric vehicles will take over here like in China. Most EV customers are replacing with gas or hybrid vehicles when the electric one dies. I think the problem for most of us will be the price of the gasoline that remains available. Can’t run a war without diesel and gas either, at least not for long or controlling territory.
We do need to put a stop to using wind and solar as substitutes for electricity generation in our states and communities. That has become ridiculously expensive and absurd.
