The video comes to my attention via the Twitter Account of Tony Seruga. The video appears to capture Thomas Crooks walking through the vendor section of the Butler rally at approximately 4:26pm, about one and a half hours before he began shooting.
If the 4:26pm time is accurate, this is interesting because President Trump was initially scheduled to begin speaking at 5:00pm.

Definitely an interesting observation. The guy in front of Crooks wearing long pants and blue long sleeves does not look dressed for Trump rally. Also, look at his left hip. Looks like he may be imprinting a concealed carry weapon on left hip/thigh. Additionally, looks like the left side of his untucked shirt is resting on something in his waistband.

The picture circulating of a dead Crooks shot in the head appears to have the same hair/same color shirt. Cremating the body may have to do with how many shots his body took, and destroying forensic evidence. They also cremated officer Brian Sicknick’s body in a haste, too.

Guessing, Crooks stood up and walked to his right to get a better look at Trump. He left his rifle at his firing prone position. Now he was at a clear position for the shot that killed him.
Rule of thumb you put the shooters gun far away from the person even if dead, just to make sure they won’t pop up and start shooting because they were playing dead.

Yes, they are. Step one is move the shooter’s weapon way out of reach. I note the rifle does not have a telescopic sight. It appears to have an Aimpoint optic sight; they have no magnification. The red dot would have likely completely covered Trump’s head in looking through it at that range. An earlier photo provided by the FBI showed an AR with a telescopic sight.

I heard a clip from a Mike Benz interview yesterday or day before.
In the clip, Benz said that Crooks had active pipe bombs in his vehicle. Benz made the point that Crooks either would need to learn that skill from some other human being or learn by using the web.
If he did a web search for building a pipe bomb, that term would have triggered a terrorism investigation. As Benz said, Crooks would have suddenly encountered a new close friend. Since Crooks and Homeland Security Investigations personnel used the same gun range for practice, it should not have been too difficult for an HSI type to run into Crooks and develop a relationship.
Of the federal personnel on the scene at Butler on J13, HSI is said to have had a greater presence than Secret Service.

I may be crazy, and have watched that video too many times.
That left arm is not natural. Doesn’t move symmetrically like it should counter to the other arm. The light rim on the outsde upper arm and deltoid is unnatural. The dark shadowing on the inside of the arm is also unnatural and doesn’t move with arm and body movement. Why would it be altered? To cover up what? Maybe a tatoo?
The shoes and socks don’t look natural either. the shoes seem much longer than the feet and the socks look photoshopped on with irregular top borders. (maybe to match the shoes on the body on the roof?)

So, where is Maxwell? He resembles Thomas in hight, weight, length of hair, angle of face and chin but with two moles on his right neck near the middle below his ear. This is the face of the corpse on the roof that had a bullet wound on the left side of his head.
