Representative Clay Higgins is a member of the congressional investigative task force looking into the assassination attempt by Thomas Matthew Crooks against President Trump. Rep Higgins was also doing independent research prior to his appointment to the congressional committee, and he released his preliminary report findings today [SEE HERE pdf].
There are some remarkable revelations in the 6-page pdf. One detail outlines how it was a Butler County SWAT officer who fired the initial shot that stopped Matthew Crooks after 8 shots fired. The Feds did not initially stop the assassin, the locals did. Another detail highlights how the Butler County coroner was not aware the FBI quickly released the body of Crooks for immediate cremation.

I strongly urge all who have any interest, (no matter what your preconceived ideas are), to clear your mind and watch the video.
The video also has no Higgins info on the 9th shot mentioned as taken by Higgin’s “badass” Butler Swat member but ties down its likely location as between the shooter and President Trump. Swat was rather nearer to President Trump and in line with the shooter (Crooks).
Butler local Swat ran towards the gun (into fire) and took his shot endangering himself in the act, truly a badass.

Reminds me of the Garland Texas mohammed cartoon contest. Off duty local cop acting as security took out both terrorists who had been escorted to the event by a FBI undercover agent.
Without the cop it would have been a total massacre and we would have never known of the FBI involvement except for the fact that locals arrested him as he fled the scene.

Except the AGR Sniper 1 team was a mere 100 feet from Crooks, not a 100 yards. They were in the 2nd story building behind and to the right of Crooks. Some of the officers reference the open window behind Crooks and even call out one of the officers by their first name Greg. It was from that angle he would have had a shot that went through Crooks stock, buffer spring into his neck and severing his neck artery. But it was the 9th shot that sounded different from the first 8 that was recorded four seconds after the 1st that is the candidate that took out Crooks.
The question is who shot 11 seconds after that? Who, or what was hit from that one? Why wasn’t the Pittsburgh Secret Service Agent in Charge Tim Burke giving his testimony? Maybe he’s already sitting in a cell somewhere. I don’t know but he could tell us why Crooks was using a DHS range in Pittsburgh for a few weeks before his assassination attempt. A shooting range run specifically for DHS personnel. Has anyone figured it out yet? I have, and so do a lot of the American public who know too. Like the local SWAT who told the SS to put someone on top of the roof where Crooks was. They did.

Crooks fired 8 shots. The conspiracy is that HE WAS ABLE TO.
The report aligns with initial first review observation that the northern USSS counter sniper team never fired, (or they fired a late shot, in the video specifically the team on the roof).
The southern USSS counter sniper team (not the one in the video) shot and neutralized Crooks
So that was 3 total shooters accounted for and that window in the AGR building doesn’t open and the water tower had been cleared by drone.

Butler SWAT = 1
USSS counter sniper southern team = 1
Evidence is what can be proven, NOT what you’d like to think happened or have your thoughts “directed” into self serving paths of where others with agendas want you to go.

There was aerial footage taken of the roof & building 2 shortly after- window was open on 2nd floor… 4th one (iirc) from the left.
Rising trajectory from the first 3 shots is indicative of coming from ground level- like perhaps the building below where it was initially reported that 3 snipers were positioned inside there.
Based on head wound & that he was shot/found halfway back down the roof – more believable he tried to flee & was shot at closer range by someone (maybe with a handgun)… like from the window that just happened to be left open, & had a direct line of sight on center roof of building 1.
Re: trajectory–Keep in mind that the stage and farm show area are on slightly higher ground than the AGR buildings. Google Street View helps visualize it. As for the two shots that hit Crooks, the report describes them sensibly.
Of course it was Sheriff (Rep.) Clay Higgins up there digging in the dirt. He’s one of our last, badass American sheriffs, now in Congress. For those who don’t know him, he’s Louisiana’s Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Challenged the gangs in Opelousas, La. to come out and fight. Don’t know if the video is still available anywhere, but around 2014-16 he stood there with his officers and told the young criminals to shape up, or he was coming for them.
He’s a complicated man – intense – campfire-dark – thoughtful – faithful – dangerous = slow of speech but with a bayonet mind and tongue – is very, very experienced in investigating corrupt crime scenes (cf. a Louisiana sheriff, natch), and I would take his word for it. Most Americans have no idea who he is. Anyone tuned in had better read his report, because it’s probably the straightest one you’re gonna get.

I really liked Clay Higgins and wanted to see him in the VP spot of it weren’t Kari Lake. Him, or Thomas Massie. Massie has an MIT education and a lifestyle of living off grid and circumventing bureaucratic B.S. to get things done. But this Higgins’ report doesn’t sit well with me.

I believe you are misinterpreting the data.
The local SWAT didn’t move when the shooting started. He saw Crooks moving before the assassin started shooting, and the local SWAT officer moved then (while Crooks crawling on roof), while local PD pulled himself onto roof to check….
The SWAT guy moved during those early moments. Then, AFTER Crooks started firing, the SWAT guy took the shot that initially hit Crooks rifle and stopped his onslaught.
After the local SWAT stopped Crooks, then the USSS Counter-Sniper took him out with the kill shot.
POS Rowe tried to throw the locals under the bus in an act of Blame-Shifting, but they may have been the ONLY law enforcement who protected and served that day. EVERY SS Agent and Fed is suspect, including those around PDT who weirdly insisted he was shot in the stomach and should go out on a stretcher.
My question: Was the kill shot legit? Then why didn’t it happen sooner? Or was it just to silence the patsy fall guy?

I saw several officers with radios on their chests. I know there was reports of egos interrupting communication before and during the event ,but I don’t understand WHY Pres Trump was allowed to go on stage when Crooks suspicious activity was noted at a minimum, 50 minutes before he climbed up on the roof. And Higgins keeps saying over and over in his report “Crooks fired 8 rounds” – not according to the audible sound of the fired shots. The audible sound is of two distinctly different firearms being discharged.
I didn’t misinterpret anything.
It is WILD to me that Crooks was obscured by foliage, yet in one of the shooting victim’s online videos, there is a full clear line of sight from Trump’s vantage point along the roof – showing Crooks running across the roof line and getting into position. at around Trump’s 11 o’clock.
Where the “F” was the secret service detail positioned behind and to the sides of the President and why weren’t their sunglass covered eyes, so as not to give the direction in which they are focusing their gaze, not attentive to the fact that “a”….. as opposed to “the”… shooter was up on the roof!
Also, bullet trajectory matters. Look at the direction Crooks was in. Look at the direction the bullet flew that knicked Trump’s ear. Did it come from the same gun?
We need to not focus on the ” distinctly different audible sounds” in some videos. In other videos all 8 shots sound similar. The data points coming from audible sounds of the muzzle blast is too messy.
The delay between crack – boom of the eight shots from the stage mic indicate two distinct ranges. The super sonic bullet, which produces a mini sonic boom or “crack” arrives before the boom from the muzzle. This delay will give an approximate range from the mic to the shooter. The mic never moved, so you can blame difference on that. This was from an early audio analysis a few days after – I have not seen anyone address this specific piece of data and show how one shooter could produce this difference time delays. Maybe I missed a later analysis.
Then the two counter snipers on the roof with the word ‘POLICE’ on their shirt backs, apparently did NOT take out Crooks after all. And now that Crooks’ body has been cremated, nobody can retrieve the bullet that killed him, right? I’m just thinking out loud. Because the bullet that took him out could be matched with the gun that shot it. Right? In other words, there would be proof as to who actually stopped Crooks. But more than that, the evasiveness of the FBI and the immediate scrubbing of the scene, the house, and who knows what else, smells rotten. They have betrayed our trust. And now I’m worried about Trump’s security detail.

If you enlarge that photo of those snipers – the words United States were above POLICE and the words Secret Service were underneath. Those were USSS snipers.
That bullet or bullets would have already been removed from Patsy.

Higgins report states several times that the FBI acted in ways that violated normal investigative procedures and “surprised’ local law enforcement.
This is reminiscent of the way the FBI acted and violated crime scenes after the Las Vegas massacre.
The obscuring evidence and contaminating crime scenes seems to be FBI modus operandi and intent.

The only thing I believe in this report is that the FBI cremated ‘Crooks’ body quickly.
1. The images of ‘Crooks’ after he was neutralized didn’t show any indications of fragmentation to the face. Blood from the rear of the head and a little coming from his mouth.
2. This SWAT officer was allegedly obscured by foliage at first. That means he was in front of, and to the left of Crooks towards the crowd.
3. So, to get a clear shot, and be ‘in the line of fire’ from Crooks, this officer would have run to the front or front right of Crooks.
4. Shooting up a slight ground slope AND at a shooter on a roof on the other side of the roof’s ridge line, this SWAT officer made a shot that traveled up and crossed over a ridge line and hit the butt area of a shooter in a prone position where the butt is located would indicate that the officer’s bullet traveled up and then flat lined or moved downward to strike.
5. No video images I’ve seen to date show any debris exploding from that rifle being hit, which a hit on that buffer tube/stock should have caused.
6. Crooks is allegedly shot by this officer from the front but Crooks head moved forward and to the right after being hit.
7. Images of rifle on roof showed no indication of a broken up rifle (Crooks).
8. I call BS on Higgins!!

In the Higgins report, he claims that the adjacent building to Crooks where the alleged counter sniper team was located by multiple sources, multiple times had windows that were never opened and could not be opened in stark contrast to multiple images provided on this site and other sites that displayed those windows open.
So, against those images of open windows and multiple claims by authorities that Beaver County had a counter sniper team there, all of a sudden those windows were not open and could not be opened.
I put as much faith in this Higgins report as any coming by the USSS or FBI.

Higgins was specifically talking about the ground level AGR window that someone put out a video showing a little light flash.
Not the second story windows in the building behind.

Those initial witnesses stated that the ‘flashes’ were from the building I’m referring to.
And notwithstanding that building and the windows in question, I stand behind the rest of my deductions until something else convinces me otherwise.

As far as Higgins goes, I distinctly remember his TC interview where conveniently Omitted certain aspects of the subjects being addressed, and as Durch regularly states, if they’re in office, they were selected or allowed to be there.
Agree. He was also found halfway back down the roof– blood trail ran from that point & downward only. More likely he tried to flee when he was taken down.

Yep, although the image of the distant rifle in one of the rooftop bodycam videos was poor, I didn’t see anything major enough to be seen in that poor look at the weapon and I know where to look for the recoil buffer spring part of the stock.
That said, there could have easily been less than obvious damage sufficient to render that part of the mechanism inoperable.
Which brings up the questions: where in the HELL are the crime scene and post removal as evidence images of the rifle?! HOW would the release of those images in ANY way jeopardize ANY investigation?
NOW we know why the SS were initially quiet.
THEY didn’t want to admit that they weren’t the ones who ended the threat.
Just like the FBI, there isn’t anyone in that agency with enough integrity to “Man Up” to acknowledge how systematically dysfunctional the Secret Service truly is.

Without an official autopsy at this point we can only go by select photos from the locals. The kill shot seems to have entered the LEFT zygomatic arch region, exited behind the right mastoid area, and continued to the right clavicle region. That’s not a ground shot. There’s blood trace from gravity showing where the holes were. That’s just from me looking at the blood traces. The body was then rolled over on the left side, the gun was lifted up (in it’s entirety with the stock and buffer tube intact) by a local and then placed to the shooters left. The locals smeared the clavicle region blood trace by pulling on the t-shirt when tilting over on the left side.
There’s not obvious damage to the stock or buffer tube here.

The blood traces (before the locals smeared everything up) seem to match up with something like this.
They need to reject this null hypothesis instead of inserting a ground shot narrative.
If that is a picture of a recreation of Crooks’ shooting position, as a former USMC PMI, that is a HORRIBLE Prone position. His body alignment is WAY OFF and he has NO bone support for his non-shooting arm/hand. NO way he was a trained shooter, he was definitely a PATSY!
That picture is not clear enough nor enlarged enough to draw conclusions either way that the buffer tube was damaged.
