I was 12 at the time. I never understood Watergate. As I got older, I still didn’t understand. It always looked just politics but the wrong side did it though I carefully steered clear of “conspiracy” theories because I was “too smart” for that. I followed Chuck Colson’s conversion to Christ and his subsequent Prison Minstry which, as far as I know, was genuine. I even supported it. I thought it was a good work. But our God can always use evil for good.

Colson’s book, “The Body” has the story of Irina Ratushinskaya (1954-2017). She taught physics.
But as a school girl in Odessa she knew they were lying to her in class, so she silently prayed right then to this unknown God her teachers so clearly feared and inveighed against.
In her prayer she asked for snow so school would be canceled and she could play with her friends. Snow was rare for the port of Odessa.
It snowed for three days.
As she played outdoors she would look up and marvel at this unknown God who would send beautiful snow right through official soviet airspace in answer to her silent prayer.
One thing led to another and she was sentenced to the soviet gulag. After being released from the Gulag, God healed her physically and she had a family.
After her release, Irina discovered that thousands of Christians -parts of the body of Christ all over the world- had been praying for her, standing before God’s throne in solidarity with her, petitioning Him for her. She related the effects of those prayers in her book, Pencil Letter:

Here is Nixon addressing whether there was a CIA conspiracy against him.

In 2005, 31 years after Nixon’s resignation and 11 years after Nixon’s death, a family attorney stated that former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Associate Director Mark Felt was Deep Throat (a Dimocrat – W). By then, Felt was suffering from dementia and had previously denied being Deep Throat, but Woodward and Bernstein then confirmed the attorney’s claim.
Woodward, Bernstein, and Felt were all hatchet men for the oligarchs. Their legacies are doing it today.

I’ve read numerous books on Watergate and knew things weren’t right about what was reported. John Dean was a scumbag who weaseled his way into a WH job. He would go in early and go thru people’s offices to see what they were working on. If it was something he thought was good he would run to Nixon and take credit for it. Dean’s girlfriend Mo (later his wife) was a high class escort working for a escort service in a building near the Watergate. One of the initial reasons for the break in was that Dean had started dating Mo and wanted to see if her name was in the book that was kept in the DNC HQ. This book of escorts was kept to entertain visiting democrats. This escort service used a lawyer named Phillip Bailey. He knew everything that was going on. The judge threw him in St. Elizabeths mental hospital. He was kept in there for years to keep him quiet. District Court Judge made up rules and laws all along the Watergate affair. When they finally let Bailey out of St. E’s, he was so traumatized he went to live in FL and was never heard from again. Poor Nixon never really knew what was going on. All this was an opportunity that was seized upon to get Nixon. When you look at it with what we know today, the military industrial complex probably wanted to get rid of Nixon because he was working on getting out of Viet Nam.

When I was a kid in the seventies my parents always thought that he was set up. I was lucky to have parents who questioned things, even back then.
My Dad always said that he liked Nixon and that he would vote for him again if that was possible. He said most people he knew agreed with him.
Nixon’s 1973 inaugural ball was the only inaugural ball my parents ever attended. I think my dad did some accounting work for the campaign.

True. Nixon knew about the Kennedy fraud but it really wasn’t much.
1960 was a very close election, even with no fraud at all. The fraud just gave JFK the win.
JFK and Nixon respected each other. They agreed on many things. They both even supported McCarthy at least initially and in principle. Soviet communist infiltration into our govt and many institutions was real… and they knew it.
JFK feared that the leftist/communist wing of the Dem party (fairly small at the time) would eventually take over the D party. He was right. They have.
And true– Nixon chose not to contest the election b/c he was a statesman and he wanted what was best for the country (no choas/trauma like 2000).
And, Nixon probably decided that … even if he challenged the election and could prove he won, he would have only won by a very thin margin.
Also, the fact JFK was Catholic caused a chunk of the population to vote against him simply b/c of religious prejudice. Many Americans were told, probably by the Nixon campaign, that the Vatican would control a Catholic President… which is nonsense but worked to make many refuse to vote for Kennedy.
The US has always had some voter fraud but election fraud was never possible on the massive disenfranchising scale it is now… primarily b/c voting occurred on election day, with handwritten ballots that were counted the same day they were received… and we had the results the same day too.

There are a number of excellent books out about the real history of WG. Silent Coup by Len Colodny and Robert Gettlin is the first one that I ran across. I then read Secret Agenda by Jim Hougan–which is excellent–well referenced and footnoted. White House Call Girl by Phil Stanford is a light read but provides some good highlights. Understanding the complexities of WG is essential for understanding where we are at today and also it serves as a working blueprint for how the actors stage their plots.

I believe that Nixon learned about the plot to kill Kennedy the night prior to the assassination, at Johnson’s party. If true, then Nixon was compromised and controlled: by ending the Vietnam war, Nixon went off script and thereby cutting into the war machines profits. He had to be eliminated. Wow, they just state it clearly and unconcerned about consequences.
This is long but well worth the time, I watched a couple days ago and can’t escape the thought that everyone who understands what was done to President Nixon could then recognize what has been done to President Trump.
Mr. Shepard is clear and articulate but even he only recognized what the IC did to his boss long in retrospect. We all know that most of our fellow citizens will get it sixty years from now; this and the upcoming documentary should shorten that comprehension time.
Also, for those of us who well remember these events and have paid attention over the years as things began to look far different than they did at the moment he fills in a lot of gaps.

Based on timing of DB’s departure from Dalton, it seems reasonable he may have been responsible for Epstein hire – Epstein began teaching at Dalton start of new school year as DB finished out the last (if remembering correctly). This also assumes staffing and positions filled well before start of new school year.

Watched the Tucker interview and just watched the documentary produced last night. Very good recap of the interview and shows how the TRUTH is suppressed, the law only protects those in control and the massive pile on of President Nixon. The Judiciary system is broken by corrupt political judges who do not ensure our laws are followed and protect the innocent! Another example of our history is skewed and sinful men!
As much as I learn about our government and the power and control they wield and have used to usurp, destroy and overthrow people, institutions, our own country and others, for a very long time, the more disillusioned I become. It’s hard to blame young people for hating the USA even if they don’t know why.

California turned after the mid-terms in 1994. The year voters overwhelmingly voted for Prop 187 – no benefits period to illegals, it had to be overturned by the 9th circuit. There’s no way you go from that to voting in Boxer, Feinstein and turning blue. Shenanigans began once Clinton took office.

I was in High School durning Watergate. Didn’t know much except that it seemed very odd that 49-State winner Nixon was resigning! My parents didn’t talk about Watergate much, but they always stood by Nixon!
Nixon was very clear after his massive 1972 re-election. He was going to tame the Washington bureaucracy. The CIA was a target for major cuts and reorganization to make it accountable to the executive branch.
The GOP didn’t have Nixon back. And two prestigious “true conservatives” cut bait and ran for the high grass- Senator James Buckley and Senator Barry Goldwater.
The Watergate “burglars” were all CIA.
They had conducted previous ops unsuccessfully . The intent was to get caught.
Just when you think all this corruption is a couple decades old, along comes more info that the sh%tz been going on for a long time.

Thank you for posting this video interview. I was 20 years old when the Watergate break in occurred. I used to watch some of the Senate hearings. They were my first exposure to Constitutional Law. Because my parents were members of the Communist party during their youths and stayed ideologically loyal to Communism, they hated Nixon, and a lot of what I learned from them was very biased.
That is why I found this interview very helpful, because it helps me organize my memories of these events into a more realistic framework.
It is chilling and frightening to see what lengths ideologically Communist and progressive politicians in Congress and inside the federal government are willing to do, to grasp and maintain power. Actually there is nothing they will not do for power.
From reading Witness, by Whitaker Chambers, I learned that Communists vow to destroy the United States of America, and to lie and hide their goals no matter what their day job is. That is how and why we have treasonous politicians such as Obama, Valerie Jarret, John Brennan, James Comey, Clinton, Pelosi, and others.
This interview puts in striking context what has been happening in the United States of America since Trump’s election and the coup that put Basement Joe in the Presidency.
We now have two Communists on the democrat ticket: Harris and Walz, both of whom have given aid and comfort to the enemy: those who destroy, loot and burn the country down.
I look forward to the day when the high treason trials begin, and the first person charged will be Barack Hussein Obama.

The take down of Nixon mimics the attempted take of PDJT, in every way. Prosecutions without crimes, special prosecutors meeting secretly with judges, the fall guys who served weeks / months when it should have been years.
When said history repeats itself this is a great example, Nixon, was the original show. Trump, was the encore presentation, to think that Hillary Clinton was even involved with both shows.

Interesting interview and many good comments here. What I did hear was a good explanation as to why did they do it. Simple answer is that with Nixon as with Trump the “deep state” is driven by fear of someone they cant control and who has the ability to take their power away.
Nixon was very knowledgeable, had the insights to make significant change and had a mandate to do so. Trump is very similar.
With fear, incredible things are done. Masks, shots and all.
There is a prevailing thought in this country that watching the news makes you smart and aware of what’s going on…
I’ve come to find that that thought is an evil deception, so that those that are “in tune” with the nightly news, CNN, MSNBC, etc… are the most deceived about everything. Everything includes the parallels between Nixon and Trump.
