I’d argue the basic premise of so-called “social media” is a fraud: You are the product or service being sold; it is not communications but rather your actions, which they silo without your knowledge or consent, then sell in order to egg on your behavior in a way that suits their merchandising, that is what they actually are in business to do.
“X”, for example, has dozens of “labels” that can be attached to your account. You neither can see them or contest them; indeed, you don’t even know precisely why such a label was attached! Google does the same thing — I’ve had multiple articles “de-monetized” with only a cursory label as to the alleged “violation” and they will not tell me, or anyone else, exactly WHAT they objected to.
You can “appeal” but there’s no transparent process. If the reason for the flag on your content is one word or phrase without knowing exactly what it is how do you edit it and then appeal? You can’t and they designed their system that way for that explicit reason.
Facebook does the same thing. I deleted my account some decade back and recently tried to set another one up to look in Marketplace. Same email address I’ve had since 1999 — and on my own domain. They deemed me “inauthentic”, I appealed, they denied it and its not reviewable. I assure you — my email address is indeed mine, it hasn’t changed since 1999 and the same person, me, is on it that was in 1999. In other words they’re lying but have siloed me into “undesirable” under a demonstrably — and in fact provably — false claim.
How is this legal when you claim to be “the town square”?
Well, you’re obviously not and provided you make no such claim then heh, have at it. But Facebook, X and the rest do make such a claim. He made a video of CNN’s election night TV coverage. That video showed the CNN scroll (bottom of TV screen) taking 19,xxx votes from Trump and giving them to Biden. I don’t recall which state that happened in but Ramsland said it happened in every battleground state.

The video shows a group of blindfolded prisoners lying on the ground inside a prison at Sde Teiman army base, which critics have compared to Guantánamo. Israeli guards are then seen taking one man into a corner, where the soldiers encircled him and reportedly sexually assaulted him.
What I take from this is that the video shows the soldiers encircling the prisoner but does not show the prisoner actually being sexually assaulted. Is that correct?

Not disparaging your fine post Clarion, I like to call it the “Spay & Neuter, population replacement program” of White Western Christians. From what I can see the only Western Christian nations not being overrun to destroyed & replace their founding/indigenous populations are Orthodox Christian Russia & its allies. There is no way that this is coincidental. I’d say it goes back thousands of years. This is hard truth that we are all going to have to face and not run from. I just don’t understand why evidence to help prove a person’s innocence is denied to them by a judge. That means a judge really isn’t presiding over a fair trial. Not being a lawyer, I’d really like know how a judge can be allowed legally to influence the out come of a trial by denying pertinent evidence.
They did the same to PTrump in his made up trials and to nearly all J6 prisoners at their trials. Just seems incredibly unfair when the Constitution states an accused can present all evidence that will help prove his innocence. Guess I’m missing the legal rules that allow a judge to just outright ban evidence that can help someone. I know the judge can say the evidence is not applicable to the case in certain situations but to be able to just pick and choose allowable evidence like this at their whim? It’s like their ability to just claim no standing in cases whenever they feel like it, it seems. Judges sure seem to have an awful lot of power over defendants don’t they.

Surely the nightmare scenario for Democrats is Biden, for some reason, relinquishing the Presidency and Kamala taking over. She would then have to enact all the things she claims she would do on day one, with Trump ‘helpfully’ suggesting she reverses the Executive Orders that have caused so much damage to the economy, whilst reinstating his.

The claim was a 2nd officer boosted him up. Then the first officer fell upon letting go & suffered some type of injury.
The person in video hops down & runs away towards the parking lot (no cover). Which is dumb b/c it would have given the guy on roof an even better advantage if his focus was really on shooting him.

I think we don’t see what the officer saw because his bodycam was not high enough…
Correct 🙂 8 – 12 inches below the officer’s eyes typically. I looked at it frame by frame and he had gone up on the lower walkway between the two buildings. The body cam wasn’t high enough to see over the edge of the larger building with the patsy.
The story changes almost daily and there have been a lot of things said by “spokesmen” and “bosses” that have been proven to be flat out wrong so far. I give it very likely as I couldn’t find any discontinuities and the cluster around the locker matches other body cam videos that have been released.
About this video…. Same headline across media spectrum when released in last couple of days. I quickly tuned in thinking I was about to see video which actually shows Crooks pointing gun at the “officer”. I didn’t.
Once again, “Just Released” edited video which should leave far more questions than answers – if only questions were asked.
