President Trump’s “new” calm and confident demeanor is a great foil to Harris/Walz — and most especially Walz. The latter’s recent speeches resemble Biden’s shouting SOTU with mouth agape and fists in air. In contrast, PT is showing the same gravitas he showed on his Inauguration Day. He is acting like a President. Except of course he’s not acting. And as many here have noted, there is a quiet inner strength to PT that wasn’t apparent before the assassination attempt. I watched the whole presser. PDJT has no fears about taking questions from the Pravda News. He is our FEARLESS LEADER. And if he is gone, the MAGA movement is history. I hear a lot of people on this site and others who say what are you going to do about this and that. Nothing and I mean nothing ever gets done without a great leader. Just think about the one man who kicked the British out of India, it was Ghandi. Without Ghandi, the British would probably still be ruling India. What a great leader does is to get people to follow his ideas and to back him with blood sweat and tears, which is what the Maga people are doing for Trump. My fear is who is going to follow in Trumps footsteps.

Today, I saw news video of a reporter asking Harris about debates, and she mentioned only one debate, that being Sept. 10 on ABC.
Can someone help me to understand the situation?
1) PDJT has previously declined to debate on ABC because he is suing ABC and George S. for defamation, and he stated the litigation creates a conflict of interest for ABC. Is the litigation no longer an impediment for PDJT?

2) Does Harris know that PDJT wants three debates, the first of which is on Fox, and has she/will she agree to three versus one debate?
3) If Harris refuses all but the ABC debate, will PDJT acquiesce and debate only once, or will he demand it be three debates or none, which could give her a pathway to avoid debating if she insists on only one, and then allow her to blame him for not debating?
4) How many debates will there be, if any?
I am guessing that she agrees to only the ABC debate, and it will be the only one.
The debate(s) decision appears to be her prerogative, given that the msm will massively attack PDJT if he doesn’t agree to her terms and she walks away from it/them. Moreover, his best opportunity to crush her election hopes is to wreck her on the debate stage, and he knows it.

Trump was outstanding as usual, much to the dismay of demoralised media and Democrats.

Great press conference, but most notable to me was the applause from the press corps afterwards. That was rare but quite telling.

Everyone knows the Democrats support open borders because they want illegal immigrants to vote in our elections, but now they aren’t even trying to hide it.
Look at what’s happening in Arizona.
State law requires proof of citizenship for state elections, but since it does not require proof for federal elections, the state plans to send “federal-only” ballots to everyone who lacks proof of citizenship –even though it is unlawful for non-citizens to vote in ANY election!!
The official statement says, “If you do not submit proof of citizenship and we cannot acquire your proof of citizenship from the Arizona Motor Vehicle Division or the statewide voter registration database, you will receive a “federal-only” ballot, which has only federal races and no state, county, or local races or initiatives/referendums.”
In short, non-citizens will get ballots so they can unlawfully vote!
I completely disagree. The non-citizens don’t need to vote–many of them won’t bother. They just need to be in the U.S., so the Dems can submit a ballot for them and make the steal seem legit.

Whomever produced the event will help everyone by providing microphones for the questioners! Not hearing the question well badly diminishes the impact; sharing that video would have been a very positive ingredient in forwarding the MAGA message but the opportunity has been lost.
Agree. I think it would be helpful for him to ask the reporter their name, and who they work for before the question is asked.
Accountability and possibly a good way to get the reporter to think twice if they know their name and employer is going to be broadcast internationally.

Update on this. Human Events Daily put the event on their podcast and had mics on almost all the questioners. Jack P. was presumably there but I did not recognize his voice.
I agree that name and outlet should be required at the beginning of every question in any environment where they are not on teevee. A lot of the questions were not only polite but actual fact questions. It was impressive. I think PDJT must have sent invitations to our side of the media – perhaps even half.
