Law saying a certain level of incompetence rises to the point of “willful maladministration” and intent has to be assumed.

Yes sadly, my parents are an example and they watch Murdoch News.
I don’t think he was on stage more than 20-30 minutes. They kept him waiting backstage for 45 minutes while they and the crowd waited, for no reason other than to make him appear late. I watched most of it live, and have since viewed the rest. President Trump owned the room.
It was clear there was just too much love for him coming from the audience, and the producers were desperate to shut it down.
They tried to stall him until he left and it didn’t work, so they fell back and punted by sabotaging Harris Faulkner’s microphone to prevent a cogent exchange between her and the President.
The amount of illiteracy and ignorance on display was incredible.
BUT the lady in the middle had an aha moment, and her head came up in surprise when President disarmed her would-be attack by knowing the case she was attempting to use and turning it around to become a teaching moment. And he did it in a very kindly way. For me this exchange embodied the awakening taking place in the black community, which is exactly what so terrifies the democrats.
It was a win all the way in my view.

There are reports from her former staff that she said to them “Don’t look me in the eye, that’s reserved for senior advisors”. Upon hearing this, I didn’t see it as a black cultural thing, I seen it as an aspect of the India Caste System. She was telling them that they are of a lower caste and don’t dare to try to cross into my upper caste by looking me in the eye. This is so antithetical to being what an American is, regardless of color or economic status.

Forty-five years ago, when I was teaching German I-IV Advanced Placement at an all-boy Catholic high school, I wrote occasionally to the West and East German embassies for information and posters for use in my classroom.
The West Germans, of course, sent me loads of things, very beautiful travel posters, sets of tapes, etc.
The East Germans, of course, sent me no posters, no tapes, only a small package of agitprop pamphlets.
Since the Russians for many years prevented the East Germans from clearing the rubble and rebuilding too much, and since they were also busy turning their countryside into a chemically polluted moonscape, and also since architecture under Communism was meant to punish and demoralize the population, it was obvious why no posters were offered.
One of the pamphlets (they were all laughable) has stuck in my memory: “Why Are Socialists Better in Sports?”
The answer was that, because the state supports athletic training for all, those with talent can develop it to the highest level. Without worrying about money, athletes can concentrate on their talent and things connected to it.
No mention was made of injecting hormones, steroids, or other chemicals to “develop” that athletic talent! 😉

Heather: Well, the first year and a half I think about 22% were black women which is the scariest of all because if you just look at proportions in the population of lawyers black women make up at at most 2% so even if qualifications were equally distributed there’s no way that you could come up with 22% without dipping way to the bottom of that 2% applicant pool. But we know sadly and this is facts that the American public just does not like hearing that the proportion of black law students who are at the top of their classes is basically zero. This is what got (law professor) Amy Wax in such trouble of speaking the truth about what she’s seen in her law school year after year after year.
They will not let the truth be spoken about this. The same thing is happening in college admissions, employment in the public and private sectors, government contracts.
It matters because they are not using merit to hire pilots, engineers, etc. Think about the caliber of doctors they are graduating.
