Add to that – A generation of kids that grew up staying indoors looking at electronic devices won’t figure out that the weather always changes.
We already have a generation or two who grew up thinking it’s cause for great alarm every time it rains or snows.
How many local news weather reports used some form of “KEEPING YOU SAFE” as their slogan?

People are glued to the weather station watching a digital image of a red blob swirling around when a hurricane is on the radar. What I notice most are the ads for Big Pharma in between. 30 seconds of weather one minute for the commercial.
In that commercial we see attractive people brought back to a productive life, all the while the velvet voice that most don’t pay attention to tell us the side effects of said drug which are more dangerous than the illness you take the medication for.
People need to wake up to the brainwashing.

The walls of the cells that separate children from their social selves are constructed way before they begin school. Just try to pry cellphones away from them. Ear Pods, multiple pockets to slide a phone into, parents breaking rules and texting kids during school….
It is an uphill battle in the classroom.
Not my opinion — it’s a fact. It is like a drug addiction that afflicts the entire family. Kids do not have a chance.
Not the teachers per say, the system itself. The system is not only responsible for producing the voter, it creates the candidate as well. An intellectual incest of sorts today.
Half the Country? Maybe a 1/3 of actual Citizens support this madness is what I know in my gut.
They have brainwashed us into thinking this is a 50/50 matchup with a -/+ 3 margin of error.

I read it over a couple of times, and there is something about it that I can’t quite put my finger on, but it is making me suspicious that there is something going on that isn’t good.
Whenever I see “isolationism” thrown around in regard to Trump and foreign policy, I sense that the writer has unspoken motives.

Hillary had an agenda having nothing to do with covid, and I would venture to say anybody talking about a hands off policy in the Ukraine war as allowing Russia to “roll through” has an unstated agenda as well.

Any child born on U.S. soil is a citizen of the United States from birth, regardless of the naturalization status of the child’s parents.
The requirements for president are simple and have nothing to do with the naturalization status of one’s parents:
The individual must have been born in the United States or born to a parent who is a citizen of the United States;
The individual must be 35 years of age or older;
The individual must have been a resident in the United States for at least 14 years.
Nonsense. Learn the difference between dicta and holding.
Well, unfortunately, the Constitution does not “dicta” or “hold” a clear definition of natural born citizen.
It actually does if you know the laws it was based on. The specific eligibility clause for Pres. is written in its own section. That is important. It talks about the citizenship status. No other office in our federal govt. is as specific as that one.
Read Leo Donofrio’s writings on this. Very specific and detailed about eligibility for Pres. and well resourced.

In other words, does it say in the Constitution just exactly what laws this, or anything else, is based on?
In this case, the Framers were using Vattel’s Law of Nations, built upon “natural law” as was the very foundation of the US Constitution.

The way the system works is the National Chair of each party signs a letter, 50+ copies are sent to the State Secretaries of State, and equivalent for territories, certifying the parties candidates meets the Constitutional requirements and is the party nominee.
The SoS’s make no effort to confirm the nominee is qualified, they just file the letter.
Its actually similar to what we have learned about the process for certifying election results.
County recorder “certifies” to the results to SoS, who ‘certifies’ to Gov. who ‘certifies’ to Legislature, who appoints electors….
Basically its an honor system, with nobody responsible for independently confirming.
Anyway, we have had too many serving POTUS’s abd candidates who did not meet the “strict constructionists” definition, but were nevertheless candidates or even serving POTUS’s.
McStain, Romney, Obummer of coarse, Cruz, Rubio, Karmella,…maybe at some point in the future we can address this, maybe not.
I don’t think it is going to be useful for getting Karmella out, there are too many far better/easier reasons,…and actually the longer K is the nominee, the more I like it.

NBC has not gone to the Supreme Court. Only Clarence Thomas insisted the Court hear Donofrio’s case. In addition to Obama and McCain, Donofrio sought a ruling on the eligibility of Roger Calero. Calero had been SoS certified as eligible to run as President. He was a citizen of Nicauargua holding a green card.
Obama and Biden visited Roberts behind closed doors. The case was rejected.
But what better way than to stir it up now, make debates, force a legal, permanent decision?

The Democrats fought against John McCain’s eligibility because he was born in Panama at a military base to two citizens while on government service. Fight like they do, for once.
Yes, I remember it well. McCain was ineligible because he was born in a hospital in the city of Colon, not any military base (jus soli).
The media and dems jumped on it, at first thinking it would sink his campaign. Then they got a call from Soros who, they were unaware, had already cooked up the birther conspiracy theory (jus soli) as a smoke screen to cover Obama’s actual ineligibility due to his father not being a US citizen (jus sanquinis).
The McCain story disappeared and Speaker Pelosi rushed through a House declaration that the canal zone was US soil and McCain was good to go.

You are conflating two topics. A US citizen need not have citizen parents or have been born on US soil.
The founders knew foreign powers would usurp the Office of President. John Jay wrote: ” A strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Commander in Chief of the American army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.”
To minimize the risk the Founders put two requirements on any citizen wanting to be President. Born on US soil and born of parents who were both citizens.
That is the definition used by the Founders, The only legal definition at the time, from Vattel.

If the parents had to be “citizens”, George Washington would not have been eligible to be President. His, and the majority of the other Founding Fathers’ parents were born elsewhere.

I’m not a lawyer, but that seems pretty clear to me. Both Harris’s parents were citizens of another country when she was born, therefore they were subject to a foreign power. She is not eligible.

For the last 4 years, MAGA / America First commenters have done a great job in exposing and passing along detail information about many of the communists who have infiltrated our government from the outside, foreigners, or from the inside, treasonous domestic terrorists.
It is time for the MAGA / America First commenters to kick it up a notch because America’s Constitutional Republic has to be protected for decades to come, not just one election cycle.
President Trump, in his rally speeches, is clearly going after the whole democrat party. Defeating individual democrats has been great and rewarding for the past 4 years, but it does not provide the level of protection that Americans need and deserve for their children and grandchildren.

I am not lecturing on the Vietnam war. I had family and several friends there, one of whom is disabled, another whose name is on the wall. The veterans were terribly dishonored after they did their duty which was completely abhorrent. I thank you for your service and have always thanked those who served under our flag.

Some of you may know that I have used my work with The St. Vincent De Paul Food Banks here in Ohio as a microcosmic indicator of economic health.
Yesterday was a new low in economic health, as a new high in those seeking food was reached: 84 families in two hours strained our resources! That translates into c. 200 + individuals.
As a result, we have had to cut cartons of a dozen eggs in half, as giving a full carton is no longer possible, and reduce the amount of meat given by 50%.
More people are walking or taking bicycles than ever before to our food bank, which is open only 2 hours per week, and allows our patrons to use it only once a month, otherwise we would run out of supplies quickly.
One young woman was in tears, grateful for the assistance, confessing that she had in her short life “made some mistakes,” which had dragged her down to the misery of a beggar, but needed the help to start anew.
In the America of The Manchurian Marionette, in less than four years, the number of people needing help reaches a new record every month so far this year.
It had declined steadily through the 4 years of President TRUMP, to about 140 people per month. We are currently looking at 800 people per month now, straining our resources and limiting how much can be distributed.
To be sure, some people themselves bear some responsibility (those “mistakes” and “bad decisions” known to pepper the lower classes, keeping them in the “lower classes”). However, others suffer from bodies crippled from birth or disease or were born with less than average intelligence, conditions limiting what they can do in life.
Nevertheless, all such people were obviously doing much better 4 years ago!
Today, shopping at a grocery store early in the morning, I noticed another rise in certain prices (eggs, bananas, etc.) translating into double-digit inflation in the last week! Our area has been somewhat immune to the worst increases, but the worst is creeping into it anyway.
The deliberate destruction of America accelerated immensely under the puppet BIDEN, a most reprehensible and corrupt man, whom I have termed The Manchurian Marionette.
His puppet master, MAObama, proudly wanted to teach America a lesson through “managing its decline,” forcing the country to deteriorate because of its racism, its sexism, its consumerism, in short, because of envy of its great success, while he and his cronies remained unaffected and feasted in $25 million beachside mansions and sniffed like 18th-century French aristocrats at the misery caused by their policies.
President TRUMP, assuming that he is successful, will not be able to repair the wreckage in 4 years. But he will be able to lay a foundation for our next rise!
The problem will be finding honest, dynamic, and incorruptible leaders in the younger generations to continue those policies and America’s rebirth.

Here in our S/W British Columbian community our our “ food banks” are not something I would contribute to.
We watch high end automobiles park a a short distance away and observe elderly individuals exit, proceed to the “food bank “and fill their bags.
Another site has two regulars each day await the opening of “ food bank” they too load up and wander back to an awaiting decent looking vehicle.
Yes I am a cynic, however work took me to the distribution depot for the area food banks.😟

Ours here has become a magnet for fentanyl addicted pathetic individuals and folks that are simply greedy.

Yes, most of our visitors are overweight, or even obese (400 pounds +), or seem to drive cars that are beyond their means, if they are looking for food from a free pantry for the poor, etc.
Some, however, are scrawny, toothless, elderly people on Social Security only and cannot make ends meet per month.
And then you see two severely crippled and terribly thin young men, perhaps twin brothers, victims of birth defects of some sort, who are somehow able to ride bicycles, despite their twisted spines and legs and arms, pack up the groceries in backpacks, and then miraculously pedal away.
They are deserving!

Thank you for your work. I also work with a food bank, open once a month for a few hours. This past month, we had fewer people than usual, but it was over 100 degrees and probably agony to wait in the line of vehicles that drive through to pick up food boxes.
One thing I have noticed is that corporate donations seem to be down. More is reliant on individual donors of food and money so that food can be bought to give out. Sometimes, even the district distribution center is out of some food and care products, which then have to be bought on the local economy, making it harder to help those in need.
In the practical sense, not the political one, I survive fine on half the stipend SNAP allows as the max for a single person’s food. Why half? Well, I get SS and have practically no bills. No rent or mortgage, mostly, is what cuts it.
Hard to get? No, it wasn’t. Took about 3 days and a call from a volunteer in response to my online inquiry. Verified my SS and done.
I did not accept the ‘farm fresh’ offer extended, another benefit script/card to receive benefits at local farmer’s markets because, well, there are none nearby. Still, it was extended. There is a food bank where I live, at least within driving distance to a nearby town. I don’t need it so don’t use it. I do occasionally donate canned food since I have a lot of that when the post office has a drive locally.
I currently spend about 85% of the amount extended due to building a survival stock of food since Covid so my account balance is growing each month, now equivalent to nearly 3 months benefits.
Thanks for your work at the food bank. I understand there are people truly in need and without system and business knowledge to use the existing system or for whatever reason choose to not use it.

As far as I am concerned, there are two options here, each of which is equally plausible:
The Karamel-uh entity overheard the true impetus of the Climate Change™ hoax at some point and didn’t realize or forgot that she’s not supposed to say the quiet part out loud

The self-described “government transparency website” scored Harris as the “most liberal compared to all senators” in 2019, outranking Sens. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren at the time.
But the web page with the ranking, which was widely covered in news reports during the 2020 election, was recently deactivated. The link now displays a “Page Not Found” message. The Internet Archive shows the page was deleted sometime between July 10 and July 23, with some on X claiming the page was still up on July 22.

Good question. From what I understand, the only way you’d be able to capture that picture is with a very expensive ballistics camera. Why would anyone carry around such equipment? That’s about like bringing a tank to a knife fight.

Crowdstrike has released their preliminary “incident review” on the collapse of several million Windows machines, which their software caused.
As I surmised in my podcast a couple of days after it happened, as soon as the tracebacks were posted publicly and it was clear that the update itself wasn’t a signed driver update, the fault had been in the code for quite some time. We now know from their own disclosure that it dated to at least February 28th.
Which, as we now know, obviously failed to catch that a malformed template could result in an attempted dereference of a structure that was null and thus invalid, and thus produce a machine check since the context is in the kernel at the time (e.g. BSOD, kernel panic, whatever you care to call it.)
The rest of the document goes on to talk about their alleged “protections” against subsequent similar events, as well as remediation.

I received an email from my state rep endorsing a woman for State Committee, I never heard of her but I will vet the hell out of her. Harley-Davidson has a bigger problem than going woke.
Their market share is shrinking as boomers get too old to ride.
H-D has tried to appeal to a younger demographic but that group simply cannot afford a Harley.
They have tried multiple times over the past two decades to market lower-priced bikes for younger people. None of them were successful.
Their biggest mistake was investing millions of dollars in capital that they could ill-afford to spend on developing an electric bike. Which failed to launch.
I don’t think Harley will last much longer. Indian (Polaris) makes nice bikes for less than the cost of a Harley.
Oh, and did I mention that they also took Gov bailout money?
Harley is not an entry bike – its a dream bike. Used ones are reasonably priced. There is nothing that competes in its market.
Harley will always do well – always has except the AMF years – Trump leveled the playing field for them. It has now been targeted as all-American icon, legend and manufacturing. Blackrock can control its stocks, its BoD, its global market share, international tariffs and its entire supply chain
