Question, as one who takes meds for a heart arrhythmia, just how does one determine that a heart that no longer beats had an arrhythmia? The muscle that is the heart would still be normal in appearance without the electrical impulses going through it.
Did the malfunctioning heart stop before or after she hit her head on the desk.
Good question! I don’t know if an autopsy of the heart could reveal a bundle branch block or a sinus node dysfunction things that cause arrhythmias? I know when I had my heart ablation they poked around until they found what triggered Afib or tachycardia then burned it. That would seem to indicate it can’t be seen what triggers arrhythmias. But that was 12 years ago and medical technology has probably improved since then!

Here’s what in the SAVE Act, and what Jeffries is really against:
Require proof of US citizenship to register to vote in federal elections
Prevent non-citizens who receive drivers’ licenses from registering to vote
Require states to acquire documentary proof of US citizenship in person when registering to vote
Require states to establish a process for applicants who do not have documentary proof of US citizenship, but are US citizens
Require states to remove non-citizens from their voter rolls, with free access to federal and state databases with citizenship information
Provide states with resources to remove non-citizens form their voter rolls
There is only one reason to oppose this legislation.
You want to cheat.
Maybe some red states should pass laws that makes it illegal for other states to facilitate election fraud in federal elections, for it directly affects the sanctity of their own elections. Hold those involved criminally accountable. Issue warrants for their arrest and if they ever step foot into that red state, they will be incarcerated. Maybe even have extradition agreements with other states. Go on offense.

And my minority opinion is it was correctly rejected, as I do not want another State, such as Californicate or Oregon, dictating to my State, how we run our elections.

No State was dictating the method another State used, only that the election was lawfully conducted.
If it is a FEDERAL election, ALL states should apply the same rules and standards.
State elections can be controlled by each state.
The federal elections should be standardized and secure but they are not. Until they are, Red States needs to go on offense to save our votes.

We’ve just come across a document hosted by the Department of Homeland Security, posted March 2023, but written in 2007, that amounts to a full-blown corporatist imposition on the US, abolishing anything remotely resembling the Bill of Rights and Constitutional law. It is right there in plain sight for anyone curious enough to dig.
There is nothing in it that you haven’t already experienced with lockdowns. What makes it interesting are the participants in the forging of the plan, which is pretty much the whole of corporate America as it stood in 2007. It was a George W. Bush initiative. The conclusions are startling.
“Quarantine is a legally enforceable declaration that a government body may institute over individuals potentially exposed to a disease, but who are not symptomatic. If enacted, Federal quarantine laws will be coordinated between CDC and State and local public health officials, and, if necessary, law enforcement personnel…The government may also enact travel restrictions to limit the movement of people and products between geographic areas in an effort to limit disease transmission and spread. Authorities are currently reviewing possible plans to curtail international travel upon a pandemic’s emergence overseas.
“Limiting public assembly opportunities also helps limit the spread of disease. Concert halls, movie theaters, sports arenas, shopping malls, and other large public gathering places might close indefinitely during a pandemic—whether because of voluntary closures or government-imposed closures. Similarly, officials may close schools and non-essential businesses during pandemic waves in an effort to significantly slow disease transmission rates. These strategies aim to prevent the close interaction of individuals, the primary conduit of spreading the influenza virus. Even taking steps such as limiting person-to-person interactions within a distance of three feet or avoiding instances of casual close contact, such as shaking hands, will help limit disease spread.”
There we have it: the pandemic plans. They once seemed abstract. In 2020, they became very real. Your rights were deleted. No more freedom even to have house guests. In those days, the rule was to enforce only three feet of distance rather than six feet of distance, neither of which had any basis in science. Indeed, the actual scientific literature even at that time recommended against any physical interventions designed to limit the spread of respiratory viruses. They were known not to work. The entire profession of public health accepted that.
Therefore, for many years before lockdowns wrecked economic functioning, there had been two parallel tracks in operation, one intellectual/academic and one imposed by state/corporate managers. They had nothing to do with each other. This situation persisted for the better part of 15 years. Suddenly in 2020, there was a reckoning, and the state/corporate managers won it. Seemingly out of nowhere, liberty as we have long known it was gone.
The Bush Cheney crowd just keeps sinking lower as history opens the eyes of Americans on them.

Even then they ignored the benefits of herd immunity, apparently it didn’t suit their purposes.

We have to assume the puppet masters have had a long term strategic plan in place since 2016 to keep control of the federal government in the face of a rising populist movement. That strategic plan must be resilient in the face of the ebb and flow of changing circumstances.

The president’s coms team came up with a reply to Clooney’s New York Times column pushing Biden to halt his reelection campaign, which a Times columnist calls “anonymous White House backstabbing.”
A Times congressional correspondent, Annie Karni, wrote on X that “Biden is fighting back on Clooney” and cited “a source familiar with event planning” as mocking the actor for his level of participation at a June 15 fundraiser that Clooney referenced in his op-ed.
“The President stayed for over three hours, while Clooney took a photo quickly and left,” the source said.
Times columnist Nicholas Kristof reacted to the statement with incredulity on X: “Biden is really trying to claim that he’s more vigorous than George Clooney? Really? I’ve traveled with Clooney for days over rough roads in sub-Saharan Africa, and it’s just sad to see Biden pretend that he can outlast Clooney at anything. I admire Biden. So does Clooney. But at least Clooney put his name on his essay; this is anonymous White House backstabbing, and incompetent to boot.”
