Most of the acts cited in the case occurred after President Trump was inaugurated including filing the campaign financial statements which were part of President Trump’s official duties.
On top of that most of the evidence consisted of documents, communications and statements of President Trump while he was in office which can’t be used as evidence.
Lastly, the prosecutors errors in statements and arguments included references to President Trump’s guilt on January 6th and the federal obstruction of justice charges all of which were ruled out by the Supreme Court!
Aides to the President are also out as witnesses against him.
Lastly, after the Biden plane crash at the debate Bragg, CoAngelo and the judge might have second thoughts on the consequences to them for railroading President Trump!

* It is possible that one can find a competent superintendent or principal with such a degree somewhere: in my experience, however, I never met one after 57 years of teaching. ( I started at age 14: long story!)
Later, somebody wondered about the nature of doctorate in “Educational Leadership,” to which I offered this comment:
Such a degree is needed to get 6-digit salary as a superintendent of a public school system or to be a principal.
One of the worst teachers I ever saw was in his 20’s, going through the motions, while he attended Master’s classes to get a principal’s license.
A local suburban school hired him to be a principal…he was a lazy, sneering disaster.
I used to play vocal works in my German classes (Beethoven, Schubert, Mahler, Schoenberg, Hindemith, et al.)
He had a room across the hall where he lollygagged during his planning period: one day he asked:

Rightly or wrongly, I have come to question just about all PhDs.
One of the most aggravating things for me with regards to PhDs is that many of them, but not all, act as if because they have an expertise in one specialty that earned them their PhD, they suddenly begin to believe and act as if they are experts in any other subject they delve into.
Absolutely frustrating.
Can’t really question my PhD in Street knowledge..

I see your point on education doctorates and in other silly fields, but there are a number of areas where a Ph.D program is much more rigorous than any medical school. Med school is just memorization; medical doctors typically aren’t good at critical thinking.
Oh yes: a Master’s or Ph.D. in e.g. a foreign language or Mathematics cannot be attained with politically correct verbiage!
Or at least they should not be!
I had a relative who got a Ph.D from Columbia, back when it really meant something.

A very knowledgeable historian, Victor Davis Hanson, must believe the election was fair except for people who told lies to influence voters against President Trump.
VDH released an article yesterday, “Debate Exposed The Dem Media’s Fabrication” he summarized the many lies that Biden and many others have been saying about President Trump since he got into politics. There are a large number of lies exposed to manufacture negative opinions and influence people to hate President Trump.
However, he doesn’t mention one of the biggest lies in our country history. The 2020 election was rigged and corrupt and President Trump actually won, but VDH says Biden won. He thinks some lies may have influenced voters that helped Biden win, but he doesn’t even mention the tons of evidence of corruption.
This was probably the most major coup in our country history and a noted historian doesn’t even mention it when writing about lies. To me, VDH becomes part of the coup because he has never acknowledged that the 2020 election was a corrupt election. The lack of exposure of the evidence and no accountability allows election corruption to continue and more coups to happen.
So, to me, since a highly regarded historian doesn’t even mention the root cause of J6 that allowed Biden to be installed makes him complicit, sorry to say.
For me, I don’t know how they can arrive at Biden winning without an explanation of the vote counting stopping at the same time, in a number of locations.
Tell me that they understand the cause of that, and I might start listening when they say Biden’s win was legit.

Justice is one of the most important aspects of not only our republic, but any successful nation. The people must be able to see there is only one justice system, and no matter how rich or powerful one is, if they break the law they must face the consequences.
We’ve lost that in this country. The powerful are not prosecuted. In fact, they remain in charge, corrupting the very foundations of our country. Obama, Clintons, Biden, and now, even their associates are free to commit crimes with impunity.
PDJT is a forgiving man. But I pray he does not simply forgive the people who planned and orchestrated an insurrection against him. I personally wasn’t sure what to make of it, the information was sketchy, so I thought I’d better post it here just in case there was anything to it.
President Trump’s original instincts are generally the best, especially when it comes to foreign policy, but he’s got a lot of people around him who will try to put one over on him.

We were on the phone last night with some longtime friends in Canada who mentioned how a small container of fresh blueberries were over $11 and a gallon of milk was like $8 in addition to a water emergency in Calgary due to aging water main. The planned feudalism intends to starve many into submission.
It is important to work towards as much self-sufficiency as you can. While I am grateful we have our own well and extensive gardens, those that are in cities will be increasingly vulnerable.
The left has made it plain that laws or morals do not encumber their actions. Summer is just getting started.
I did a DIY for a small off grid solar powered backup system. It can run my well, which requires 220 power. It can also run a couple of circuits in my house. We ran off of it for about 2 months to test it out. It is robust enough and it also reduced our monthly electric bill by about 40%. We are back onto full grid power now and saving the backup power system for when it’s needed.
Got any suggestions for well water that contains a lot of Iron….mine turns everything orange. What will make it “drinkable”? Can’t find anyone who has a solution for removing the iron …..

As things stand now this is not the case — I and others have articles flagged as “dangerous or derogatory”, for example, but no indication of what the platform considers to be that. It could be a literal single word that caused them to do this (and thus very easy for the person to edit or remove it, thereby voiding the complaint) but there is no obligation for the site owner to do that, and typically they refuse to do it even under challenge.
The last is of course Trump’s Immunity Claim.
Why do I say that the Supremes basically indicted the DOJ for abuse of power and knowing misconduct? That paragraph makes clear that the DOJ knows damn well that the Executive has an unrestricted right of discussion and debate with Executive Branch officials including the right to fire them.
BTW Sotomayor’s “dissent” in this case? She’s demonstrably unfit and should be impeached as she either can’t read or is prone to histrionics unfitting an Associate Justice or for that matter any judge, on any court. She claims that malice murder is immune under this decision when it is clearly not. Under her standard Biden could and indeed must, right here and now, be personally prosecuted and upon conviction executed as an accessory before the fact for his willful blindness with regard to the El Salvador illegal immigrant, wanted in his home nation for murder, that his Executive Department released and who went on to, it is alleged, murder an American and who is now in jail awaiting trial on that charge as it was an official act from his office that led to that man’s release into the United States despite him being wanted for murder in his home nation, an inquiry that DHS deliberately, as a matter of Executive policy, did not conduct and act upon.

Following my post today, a neurosurgeon and Unreported Truths reader (yes, some of you are actually brain surgeons) wrote in.
For obvious reasons, he did not1 want his name used, but his email and answers to my follow-up question speak for itself. I’d urge you to read to the end, for the prediction he makes:

He undoubtedly has Parkinson’s disease, and is increasingly suffering from Parkinson’s dementia. The signs are unmistakable:
-his shuffling gait
-the absence of associated movements (facial expression, arm swinging). When he does swing his arms, it appears stilted – probably because his handlers have told him to swing his arms when he walks. It’s something we all do naturally, but it goes away in Parkinson’s disease
-gait instability
-soft voice
-ON and OFF periods – times when the medication seems to be working well, and when it isn’t (also explains how a good dose of Sinemet times [sic timed?] right could get him more animated
-resting tremor is not prominent in Biden’s case, but this is true of many cases of Parkinsonism
His physicians UNDOUBTEDLY know this, and it is unconscionable that we do not know this about his health record. I understand HIPAA issues, but this is worse than the Roosevelt secret – he couldn’t walk. At least he had his mind about him! Here we have someone with cognitive issues with his hand on the nuclear button.

The Chevron decision cuts both ways.
The original ruling allowed agencies to function effectively, which they cannot if every interpretative gray area in the law requires a court decision.
If the agency is working in the public interest, we definitely want it to exercise broad interpretive leeway. For instance, almost every important environmental decision in federal court over the past 40 years is based upon Chevron. Without it, the EPA (not an entirely captured agency) is virtually powerless.
But when corporate interests have captured a federal agency, then the same interpretive leeway gives the agency even more power to serve their corporate masters at the expense of the public interest. Thus we have the FDA sending armed police to shut down Amish farmers and grocery stores for selling raw milk, while they allow into our food supply hundreds of harmful but profitable chemical additives that are banned in other countries.
The Chevron controversy is therefore a false dilemma with no solution. The real issue is corporate capture. If federal agencies served the public interest, then no one would want to hamstring them.

In a letter to judge Juan Merchan just hours after the Supreme Court ruling – and 10 days before he’s set for sentencing, Trump’s lawyers sought permission to file a motion to set aside the verdict while Merchan considers whether the Supreme Court ruling affects the conviction.

1000% — the grounds laid out in the letter are four-square as set forth in yesterday’s decision.
All of the commentary by Trump once he was in office needed to be parsed as First Amendment material within the scope of his official duties, and all the testimony about meetings following his taking office are subject to the presumptive immunity doctrine laid down the court and required pretrial resolution prior to the evidence being allowed in.
I do not believe there is any basis for an argument of “harmless error” under these circumstances.

These types of ancient but never previously disclosed allegations are no more believable when made against RFK Jr. than when they are made against Donald Trump.
What we are seeing is a full-court media press against Bobby Jr. as his chances look better now that Biden has been revealed to be senile.
There are plenty of reasons not to want to vote for him over Trump, but this made up bs isn’t one of them.
BTW his wife likely killed herself because she didn’t want the divorce. She knew him since she was 14 years old, so she had an idea what he was like.
Yes he had a very ugly and messy divorce, but I can think of another candidate in recent memory who made headlines over a divorce where cheating was involved.
