Seriously, no snark. Give me your opinion because at a certain point I will admit my analysis starts to look at people through a very dark prism. Given what we continue to see getting worse by the day with the mental state of her husband, Jill Biden is really looking sketchy.

As you watch Jill Biden treat her husband like he’s an in-patient on a day outing, I want you to look carefully at her ring finger on her left hand. Notice she is NOT wearing a wedding ring or any ring on the ring finger of her left hand. WATCH:

The other possibility is that while she was wearing her big diamond ring at some previous event, someone she was shaking hands with got a cut of some kind. Or maybe she herself was injured. It’s not good optics for either kind of incident to happen.

In the 1930s Japan had effectively removed accountability of the government to its people and the result was that the nation was effectively leaderless (caretaker governments) throughout much of the 1930s, with numerous independent centers of influence and power. She then keeps her left hand on his back at times until they clear some people, then holds hands for a short while before the handoff to that guy coming in her direction.

Last night, while watching the debate I noticed that Joe wasn’t wearing his wedding band, either. It’s a bit odd for a politician not to wear his wedding ring, especially since men’s wedding bands are usually simple.

I recently lost about 15 pounds and my ring keeps slipping off whenever I wash and dry my hands. Biden looks to me like he is quite a bit thinner than he once was. Perhaps his ring no longer fits? As far as Jill goes, I don’t think she’s bright enough to be diabolical. My guess is she is following orders. And, very bizarre activity related to her ring hand off.

Just read through all of the comments, noting screen names as well. What interests me more than even the significance of the ring is this: Those in favor of the ring being just a cigar are apparently new posters. I didn’t recognize their screen names. Some went a bit overboard explaining away the ring. Those who posted more careful analyses were long-time posters. Although the latter’s comments were of course speculative, they obviously gave thought to the ring question rather than brushing it off.
And that’s pretty much what we face in November — those who pretend that all is normal, and those who acknowledge that it isn’t. As of right now, the pretenders lead the comments about two to one.

I have had my wedding band on for 32 years. I have only taken it off a few times, when I was using heavy tools or heavy automotive work to prevent injury to fingers. I have traveled all over the country. I live in an area that gets into the 100s during summer. My hands don’t “swell” enough to have an issue with rings. I NEVER saw my father, who passed at 90, take off his ring. Stop making excuses, something weird going on.
