The program has faced two separate legal challenges in Republican-led states, which argue that the president overstepped his authority in implementing his debt relief plans by not acquiring input from Congress.
On Monday, U.S. District Judge John Ross of Missouri ruled that the DoE could not forgive loan balances going forward, but said the federal department could lower monthly payments. He said the DoE “lacks the requisite congressional authority to forgive loans under the SAVE plan.”

A couple of years ago, in a court trail in AZ, a witness alleged some judges were possibly involved in money laundering. They would pass money through obtaining mortgages.
Wish I could remember the court case where this info was brought out. It was revealed in the testimony of a witness in a court trial that was somewhat related to the Mortgage fraud. Believe it was a video of the trial and testimony that I watched.
Supposedly this kind of fraud is commonly used all over the country. Maybe someone here can recall this. I will try and find it.

U.S. Supreme Court justices on June 24 rejected appeals brought over COVID-19 vaccines by Children’s Health Defense (CHD), a nonprofit founded by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an independent candidate running for president.
The nation’s top court rejected an appeal seeking to overturn lower court rulings that found that CHD and its members lacked standing to sue the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over its emergency authorizations of COVID-19 vaccines for minors.
The justices also rebuffed another CHD appeal in a case that challenged the COVID-19 vaccine mandate imposed on students at Rutgers University, a public college in New Jersey.
The Supreme Court did not comment on either denial. It included them in a lengthy list dealing with dozens of cases.
“Disappointing that the courts are closed to FDA fraud harming millions of Americans,” Robert Barnes, an attorney representing CHD in the FDA case, told The Epoch Times in an email.
