and I do agree with Justice Thomas’ argument of the lack of due process; if it had been a different individual, perhaps one who was being falsely accused of domestic abuse, and lost their right to bear arms, the ruling would have been different.

Visas granted to foreigners are for limited periods even though they can be renewed, so a foreigner would have to get the visa renewed multiple times to graduate from a 4-year college. So it would appear that very few foreigners would be getting green cards as a result of graduating college. Unless foreigners are flooding colleges in violation of immigration laws, which wouldn’t surprise me.
Until President TRUMP clarifies the statement, you have given the answer:

It’s a terrible idea. Never before in American history has a degree from a university been linked to permanent residency in America. Over the years, many foreigners have attended American universities, gotten their degrees, and then gone home. Why is it so important now that we offer this unnecessary incentive to foreigners?
It’s tone deaf. Just the other day, the labor statistics told us that employment for Americans is way down, but employment for foreigners (including illegal aliens) is way up. A majority of the country is now in favor of mass deportation – something that is unprecedented. I want mass deportation, and this statement only takes the wind out of those sails. This whole idea, and the timing of it, is just horrible.
This whole thing is something that reminds me of the worst decisions made in the first term, something that had to come from Javanka or some of the other liberal idiots that sabotaged the 45 administration. This statement is appalling and has to be walked back.
That was a nice hike. For a few years now I’ve been trying to find an old hiking trail, well today I found it. It’s a beautiful wilderness trail with tall trees, a healthy understory, streams, a small mountain lake, elk sign, buck rub and signs of an ancient fire. There are massive burned out husk of cedar trees, with the new forest being fully mature and having very large Douglas Fir trees.
I’ve found very similar forest in other areas I hike into. There must have been a massive fire that took place hundreds of years ago. Long before man caused global warming, long before the lefties decided to force their fear porn onto the populous. Long before FJB’s electric car mandates. The climate changes to its own time line.

Huxley Lake from forest service road 4611, Mt Hood National Forest, Oregon. The trail head is unmarked and hidden behind an overgrown dirt mound. A trail is shown on topo maps but it’s not correct, it’s off by about 600 yards. The trail is also shown on my GPS and it is also wrong. This is why I’ve had so much trouble finding it. The Lord put someone on the dirt road that knew where the hidden trailhead was and this person pointed it out to me.

Judge Cannon Holds Hearing on Validity of Jack Smith’s Special Counsel Appointment
According to NBC News, President Trump’s lawyers “argued that an officer like the special counsel must be appointed “by law” and that the special counsel should be categorized as a “principal officer” and subject to Senate confirmation. The statutory text cited by the special counsel’s office “does not authorize” the U.S. attorney general’s appointment of the special counsel, his lawyer, Emil Bove, argued.”
Cannon appeared skeptical of Trump’s legal team’s argument that a special counsel is a “principal officer.” The defense argued that giving an attorney general power to appoint a special counsel with the authority of a US Attorney is akin to a shadow government (since only a US president can appoint a US Attorney and the Senate must confirm).
“That sounds very ominous, a shadow government. But what does that mean?” Cannon asked, according to NBC News.

Pergram states that Congress using their inherent authority would create “an extraordinary conflict between the legislative branch of government and the executive branch” – that’s nonsense. Congress created the DOJ. That agency has gone rogue. Are we to believe that Congress can not bring them to heel? In this particular case – where the AG is the contemnor and his agency, the DOJ, refuses to prosecute – it is imperative that Congress use it’s authority. To claim otherwise is to place the AG beyond the law.
