I see what has happened here. I hope this man (O’Brien) will be far away from a future Trump administration, but I fear this was a done deal when Lindsey went running over to Ukraine and we stopped hearing about how the Ukraine war could be ended in a day.

In the 6th episode Rebecca one of the FBI agents is talking to a group of agents trying to impress them with ways they can screw up the nation’s economy. Rebecca’s idea is to set up a scenario where a cop kills an innocent black man which would start riots. I knew it was an older show but not exactly sure how old.

It’s been about nine years since Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue filed a Freedom of Information Act request for records about a CIA asset and FBI informant who helped fund the Oklahoma City bombing, as well as for records about a neo-Nazi bank-robbery gang also involved in the attack.
Tired of waiting, Trentaudue sued the FBI over the matter in February, demanding the bureau to produce the 69,375 pages of documents that it’s holding. But now, the FBI wants to take another nearly 12 years to fork over those documents to him, which means that it would take at least 20 years for the bureau to comply with his initial FOIA request.
Such a slow production rate is unacceptable, Trentadue said in a Tuesday court filing.
“The FBI proposes to process these records/documents for release to Plaintiff in monthly increments of 500 pages over a period of 11.5 years!” he said.
“If the Court accepts the FBI’s proposed snail-pace processing of these materials, Plaintiff will be close to 90-years of age when he finally receives all of them,” he said.
“He has already waited almost a decade for these documents/records, with the FBI having made no effort during the interim to produce them, and should not have to wait another 11.5 years to receive them.”
Trentadue has been suing the U.S. government for OKC bomb-related records for nearly 30 years, ever since his brother was murdered in a federal penitentiary. The complex story of how the death of Trentadue’s brother relates to the OKC bombing can be read in this Mother Jones article [link].
Trentadue’s latest lawsuit seeks records on FBI informant and CIA asset Roger Moore (not the James Bond actor), and the bank-robbery gang, the Aryan Republican Army, which he says was an FBI front group.
According to Trentadue’s lawsuit, Moore was an FBI informant as part of the bureau’s 1980s- and early 90s-era Operation Punchout, which was designed to identify and apprehend surplus dealers that bought and sold government property stolen from Department of Defense facilities in Utah.
Furthermore, Moore build patrol boats for use by the US Navy in the Vietnam War, as well as speedboats for the CIA, according to Aberration in the Heartland of the Real—historian Wendy Painting’s PhD thesis-turned-book about OKC bomber Tim McVeigh.
As for the Aryan Republican Army, Trentadue believes that was an FBI front group that also helped fund the bombing.
Trentadue’s Tuesday filing elaborated further on the ARA’s connection to McVeigh.
“During 1993, 1994 and 1995, a gang known as the Aryan Republican Army or “ARA” robbed banks and armored cars in the mid-west. Timothy McVeigh participated in some of those robberies and is reported to have used money obtained from these crimes to help fund the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995,” he said.
“According to Peter Langan, several members of the ARA assisted McVeigh in carrying out the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building.”
I don’t recall the details, but this predictably resulted in an accelerated surveillance state just like 9/11, but to a lesser extent.

Any plane, train and/or bus that moved these illegals into and around the USA should be confiscated and used in the mass deportation efforts.
All President Trump needs to do is to look into the camera and tell all of the illegal foreign invaders that our patience and our pocketbook has worn thin and they all have 90 days to leave. There are no such things as anchor babies, so they all must go.
They should immediately report to their embassy/consulates within the USA for deportation instructions. These facilities should be responsible for transportation and logistics of their own people. If they refuse, shut them down.

After the 90 days, close every foreign embassy/consulate in the USA unless and until they are willing to abide by our immigration laws. The same applies to asylum and refugee laws. Otherwise they can go directly to jail for facilitating human trafficking and sex slavery.

Not 90 days. Far too long for the rats to find hideouts. Give them 30 days max. Then start deporting in no particular order or place across the country. Never give them a hint where the deportations will be from day to day. Have buses etc at checkpoints for all those who voluntarily want to leave. Trains, planes, buses whatever.
Learn how to NOT tell what is going to happen before it does like the repubs usually do. Spring upon those who refuse to deport themselves but DO NOT tell them where it will go down.
90 gives us room for negotiation, to go lower. We are humanitarians too, and can afford to be magnanimous, but test us and we can go all out strict at any time.
We won’t be anything like the tame alleged insurrectionistas of J6, the ones all the crybabies cry about.
Self-deportation is a time-proven method. Make it uncomfortable enough and they will leave. Money and bullets always tell the truth 🙂

Hearings are currently being scheduled at least out to 2027. Makes sense when considering there are fewer than 1,000 immigration judges in the US and the backlog runs anywhere from 3 to 5 million cases. The swamp will scream about ‘due process rights for illegals’ and the squishy Rs will go along and there will be hearings continuing for years to come. (Maybe those 87,000 IRS agents could be exchanged for immigration judges).
In the interim, work permits will be granted and we’ll be told these people are needed to take the $20/hour fast food jobs that Americans don’t want.
Also, ask yourself, how many of these illegals will be dropping anchor babies between now and their immigration hearing date? We’ll be told their children are Americans and this is ‘the only country they’ve ever known’, they can’t be deported and need their parents here.
Unfortunately, PDJT might not be able to flip the damage done by the potted plant. However, after he wins in November, it should be announced immediately that the border is completely closed. No more amnesty hearings will be scheduled, no more work permits, no more freebies. Tell everyone if they arrive after the election, they’ll be the first deported.

I was employed by McDonnell Douglas (prior to it being named Boeing), was laid off in the January 1991 A-12 contract cancellation layoffs. Prior to the layoff, I noticed in my department in Product Support, bosses were greatly rewarded when employees transferred out and the work was given to someone else’s desk without the person being replaced. Did anybody actually observe it? I didn’t see any parades and I don’t know anybody outside of the post office that had the day off. Most people I talked to had never heard of it and were oblivious that yesterday was even a “holiday”.

Buspirone – Typically, it is used as a second-line agent behind selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs) when a patient does not respond to or cannot tolerate the side effects of SSRIs.
Escitalopram – an SSRI
Hydroxyzine – Hydroxyzine is a sedating antihistamine that can be used short-term to treat anxiety and trouble sleeping, but is not meant for long-term use. Medicines typically used first-line for the treatment of anxiety are the antidepressants like the SSRIs or SNRIs (for example: paroxetine, sertraline, escitalopram).
Sodium Chloride – Sodium chloride nasal (for use in the nose) is used to treat stuffy nose, post-nasal drip, dryness inside your nose and nasal passages, or nasal irritation caused by colds, flu, allergies, or pollutants.
Benzodiazepines – (also called “benzos”) are a class of agents that work in the central nervous system and are used for a variety of medical conditions. They act on specific receptors in the brain, called gamma-aminobutyric acid-A (GABA-A) receptors. Benzodiazepines attach to these receptors and make the nerves in the brain less sensitive to stimulation, which has a calming effect.
WARNING: Do not change or in any way alter your use of prescribed medications except under the direct supervision of the prescribing physician.

So, why aren’t these incidents investigated with respect to prescription drug use and/or cessation of same?

So, there’s another thing to look for after mass shootings – the abuse of alcohol in combination with SSRIs by the perps.

A married couple owned shares in an American-controlled foreign S corporation, they never received any profits but were taxed on the profits. They sued after paying the tax bill but said that wasn’t fair because they hadn’t received any of the profits and the Supreme Court said, yep, you do have to pay the taxes.

Hmm. The second case, the Moore case. Does this set the table for IRS to take you on unrealized gains?
No; it has to to with a longstanding tax structure that Congress set up for taxing C corporations vs S corporations and partnerships. It simply reconfirms Congress had the authority to establish the tax structure and the fact that these people didn’t like it doesn’t change the fact that the framework, longstanding, is valid.
Though, my summary is from speed-reading and excluded the publicity the Moore’s attorneys were trying to generate to create fear and sympathy for their client.
In the Moore’s particular situation, they invested in an S corporation, which tax structure is set up as a pass-through to the shareholders, so, like a partnership, the individual shareholders must pay taxes on their portion of the S corporation’s profits. It’s up to the shareholders to make sure they receive the profits from the corporation, which in this case, that American-controlled foreign corporation, for whatever reason, decided to hold onto the profits and not distribute them to their shareholders. This ruling says, profits made, taxes due.
If it had been a C corporation, the corporation itself would have to pay the taxes. It all comes down to how the business is structured at its founding and the tax structure is something the founders elect when forming the business.
