I went to two Trump rallies in SoCal during his primary run. They were amazing! The atmosphere at the rallies is incredible. I recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity to go. Dodger Stadium would be an awesome venue. Steve Garvey (Dodger legend) is in the US Senate race, along with President Trump would pack the place. I fact it doesn’t have “public health anywhere in the document, which meabs it is right there in the 10th; under “,..the powers not delegated,..” so yes the States CAN take it upon themselves to pass laws and regualtions concerning public health, SO LONG AS they do not violate their citisens rights.
And, THATS primarily where the Federal Courts, Govt. and Constiturion get involved.
Theoretically, if a State ir municipality passes an ordinance prohibiting public assembly, AND THE CITISENS DISAGREE with it, they SHOULD be able to go into Federal Court and have the Fed way in on their behalf to say “ah ah ah, Constitution! You CAN’T DO that!”
The thing is, first if all the Federal Courts shouldn’t have dockets clogged with all sorts of extraneous cases that are a result of overregilation, so that such cases could be heard promptly.
Second thing is, notice its ONLY if some portion of the citisenry objects and so files a case.
The States CAN violate their citisens rights with laws impinging on the rights of the citidens, even as dilineated in the Bill of Rights,….SO LONG AS NO ONE COMPLAINS.
So, for instance a city or State COULD declare itself to be “gun free” with NO GUNS ALLOWED, and so long as the citisenry went along with it, and no one challenged it in Court, the State WOULD effectively be violating its citisens 2A rights, with impunity.
Of course, this WOULD be challenged, so lets look at another example.
The registered sex offender law.
Why is it citisens do not require that, after they have served their time, burglars, arsonists, car thieves, etc. register and notices go out in the neighborhoods where they live, so everyone knows who they are?
WE don’t, but WE do require “sex offenders” as defined by laws that invariably are going to bring in some questionable cases, to undergo this “special treatment”.
The public hears “sex offender” and they think some perve that raped a 5 y.o., when it COULD be some 18 y.o. with their 17 y.o. girlfriend; its happened.
My point is, society accepts it, and doesn’t really CARE if its Constitutional or not.
Ultimately its up to We, the People.
Excuse the long post, you got me going. Here is how we got to where we are. I think it helps to know this stuff.
We suffer the consequences of a ‘centuries’ long weakening of States Sovereignty. The ‘rolling back’ of Federalism started virtually when our country began. The New York State Justice system demonstrates this in part by its three egregious Trump trials. The State system has been stung by the Federal Jewel Wasp.

The insidious effect of the Uniparty; part of our “somnolence” stemmed from our adhearance, despite consistent clear and convincing evidence to the contrary, that we had a “two-party system” and that ONE party would of course be a CHECK on the other party.
If, for example one party began cheating at elections to give it an advantage, OBVIOUSLY the other party would challenge that in some way.
If one party passed laws, or failed to pass or enforce laws enabling the News media to be captured by a small group of like minded individuals in order to control public opinion, OBVIOUSLY the “other party” would act to block such actions, …
We were blind to what happens if the party we are looking at to represent us is “controlled oppositiin” and during campaigns and in Congressional hearings giving us “sound and fury, signifying nothing”.

The Fla. case before Judge Cannon is not about the 2020 election steal, hence it can not unravel it.
Only Smiths OTHER case, in DC or the RICO case in Ga. are based on accusing PDJT and others of fraud in alleging the election was stolen, thereby opening the door to him of an affirmative defence and so unraveling the 2020 stolen election.

The only thing I can figure is President Trump assumes the incumbent will win the primary and he wants their loyalty in return for an endorsement if they win the general. A more appropriate sentence would have been probation with threat of jail if she does it again because she apparently doesn’t understand that petitioning the government for a redress of grievances does not mean burdening individual citizens who disagree.

The problem is the unequal application of the law, NOT that what these anti-abortion protesters did was okay.
They trespassed on private property. They blocked people from going about legal activities. In this system, the elected representatives of the people are reduced to bit players on the scene, marionettes whose main job is to keep up appearances that the systems of the past are still operating and that the voice of the people still matters.
In reality, the state consists of three distinct layers, which we can call deep, middle, and shallow. All three play crucial roles to exercise and retain hegemony over the population domestically and globally.
The deepest layers are those that operate mostly out of the public eye thanks to legal protections for classified information. They are the security and intelligence agencies that overlap closely with what is centralized law enforcement. In the US, this is inclusive of many agencies, including the FBI, DHS, CIA, NSA, NSC, CISA, and many more besides including all their cut-outs in the foundation world and private sector, some known and unknown. The term deep refers precisely to the clandestine manner in which they operate.
Next we have the layer of the middle state, mostly called the administrative state. In the US this consists of 400-plus civilian agencies with two million and more employees with positions that are protected by union rules and federal legislation. The elected president can appoint several hundred positions to head these agencies but all power and institutional knowledge belongs to the permanent bureaucracy, which knows that it wins all struggles. Political appointees come and go.
The most intriguing and least-discussed layer is the shallow state. This is the sector that is more consumer-facing, largely private in ownership often with publicly traded stocks, and mostly enjoys a trusted reputation among the general population. They both comply with edicts but also have a huge voice in shaping them. The shallow state consists of name brands and lobbies in every industry including medicine, pharmaceuticals, media, digital technology, energy production, transportation, and national defense.

It’s illegal to be right wing in large parts of the Western world today. Or it might as well be.
No, there aren’t any laws making it a crime to be right wing—criminalising the belief, for example, that nations are more than just economic groupings whose output can and should be maximised by unrestricted immigration, or that patriotism, rooted in love of place, people and their shared history, is the highest value—but there might as well be.

Anyway, in support of my proposition that being right-wing is basically illegal, here are two examples.
First, Germany. A video circulates of a group of wealthy party kids partying at a club on the wealthy party island of Sylt. They’re dancing and clowning around singing “Deutschland den Deutschen, Ausländer raus!” —“Germany for the Germans, foreigners out!”—to the tune of cheesy noughties Eurodans hit “L’amour Toujours” by Gigi D’Agostino.
Whatever you think of the sentiment—pretty innocuous in right-wing terms, where a nation, as I say, is more than just an arbitrary economic grouping—it would have been hard to predict the firestorm that awaited these young revellers.
The video has become a national scandal in Germany. “Respectable” newspapers like Bild swooped in, ruthlessly, to identify the partygoers, reveal their personal details—something German newspapers generally refuse to do, especially when crimes involve foreigners or leftists—and basically just ruin their lives. Some of the kids identified have already been fired or face expulsion from university.
But it gets worse. Now German politicians are demanding the “maximum penalty” for these dangerous subversives. That makes it sound like they’re seeking the death penalty, and they surely would if it were available to them. Instead they’ll have to settle for a judicial stretch. The video has been condemned by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and SPD politician Bärbel Bas has described the chant as an “unconstitutional slogan.” The maximum sentence for “unconstitutional symbols,” by the way, is five years in prison.

No one can ever convince me that the entire covid panic wasn’t manufactured specifically to derail the growing economic boom Team Trump had engineered via deregulation & tax cuts.
With Reagan, they had to wait until AFTER his second term for George H. W. Bush to gradually dismantle the “Reagan Revolution”, but they couldn’t afford to have the country enjoy eight years of free market prosperity under Trump – especially since they thought we were finally getting accustomed to the 0bama “new normal” of an authoritarian, command & control economy – and needed to stop Trump in his tracks.

Yesterday the Missouri Attorney General was in court in a lawsuit against the current Administration and FJB’s ignoring the recent Supreme Court ruling against forgiving student loan debt.
